We were family of eleven ranging from 2 years to 67 years old. We loved the layout and the fact that the rooms all had bathroom with showers. It was clean and well stocked with cookware amd dishes etc. and in a great neighborhood. Beds were very comfy.
It has amazing views and was very close to Chamonix center.
Three things would have made it even better: a couple of good knives, a few light blankets or throws, and laundry hanging lines in bathrooms.
Thank you Jayne and Jonathan!

We stayed at the Chalet over February break and had the most wonderful time. Jayne and Jonathan are great hosts and very available for questions before arrival and during the stay at the chalet. The chalet was appointed with everything we could have needed for our trip. Beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing. We also loved being so close to Chamonix town and walked there everyday. I would definitely recommend this chalet to anyone- it was everything that was advertised in the description and more!

We booked to visit Chamonix with three parents in their 70’s and our daughter aged 9 - so quite a diverse group to please!
We had a wonderful time! Loved the town and attractions.
The chalet was absolutely perfect for us. 5 large double rooms, 3 with glorious views. It was very clean and well appointed.
We had a few communications with the hosts before and during the trip, and they were courteous, kind, friendly and helpful.
Overall a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this Chalet in January 2023 with my parents, my brother and his partner, and our 3 children aged 12, 14 and 15.
The location is perfect if you are planning to ski Grand Montets, Le Tour, and Flegére as you are on the “right” side of Chamonix to avoid almost all the traffic in town getting to these places.
The house is also walkable to town and Albert 1ere/ Maison Carrier, a Michelin starred restaurant. The house is also extremely walkable to Intersport for ski rental and the Spar and so many other essential places. The views from the decks of the mountains are so beautiful and the chalet is in a quiet neighborhood among other equally beautiful houses.
The chalet was as promised and there was plenty of space for all of us. The only thing we struggled with was that several people in our party are well over 6 feet tall and so they had to stay in specific bedrooms with taller ceilings. Haha! The jacuzzi was fantastic and used very often!
We really appreciate all the help we got from Jonathan and Jane prior to our arrival, especially their recommendation of Chef Ben Bradford with Mountain Gourmets. Having breakfast, tea and dinner provided for us during most nights completed the great experience. Thanks for a great stay!

Chalet owners were exceptionally helpful and informative throughout. The chalet was fantastic, clean, thoughtful layout with plenty of space for the 8 of us. Clearly the hot tub was an added bonus. Location was great for buses and skiing to the east of Chamonix. 5 min walk to nearest restaurant and a pleasant 10-15 min walk to centre of town. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Beautiful Chalet
Chalet was in the perfect location with a 10 minute walk in to Chamonix. The chalet had plenty space for our large group. The added bonus of the hot tub after a day on the slopes was a nice finish to the day. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you to Jonathan and Jayne for all the recommendations and contact throughout the booking process up until our final day.

Superb chalet
Chalet Cristalliers is a fabulous chalet and was perfect for the five couples in our group. Everything in the chalet was of the highest quality and the hot tub and deck were a great addition, especially as we enjoyed some amazing weather.
The hosts, Jonathan and Jayne, have equally been of a great standard, maintaining contact throughout the last couple of years and always available to answer any questions.
It was a great week and we would definitely return.

Lovely Chalet in a Great Location
Lovely chalet that is great for families. The outdoor hot tub, the deck area with plenty of seating and a gas grill, and the indoor fire place were the highlights for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living room comfortable. We loved the open fireplace - our kids are older but it might be tricky with younger ones. The rooms on the first level were most comfortable for adults. The attic room was fun for the kids - the stairs are narrow and the ceilings low going up to the room. The chalet location is great - we could easily walk into town as well as to the sledging area. The bus stop is across the main road and also easily accessible. The owners were very responsive and were quick to assist with matters.

Great spot
Great location. Close enough to town to walk, 2 min walk to bus that comes every 10 minutes.. took a couple of days to figure out the bus. Must hit the ‘stop’ button on bus to stop at Lafrasse , 2 min from house . And the number 1 bus in the morning becomes the number 15 bus in the afternoon!
Property was great, Jayne and Jonathan were responsive to emails before during and after the trip.

Amazing place!
We had a wonderful family vacation in June/July 2019. The views were beautiful and it was an easy walk to downtown Charmonix. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer. The furnishings were outstanding and beds extremely comfortable. The owners were very quick to answer questions and help out in any way they could.
I would highly recommend this property and we plan on returning in the future.

A group of 8 we enjoyed a great New Year week in Chalet Crystallisers, the accommodation is first class and in a great position to allow easy access into the centre of Chamonix and the different ski areas. The chalet is extremely well appointed and the hosts were readily available to address any questions we had during and before our stay. Faultless and highly recommended.

We can't wait to go back! Jayne, the owner, is absolutely wonderful and saw to every detail. We were 5 adults and we stayed for 2 weeks. The home is perfect for a large party. It features a large living room with comfortable furniture, huge dining area and a very workable kitchen. There is a beautiful deck just off the main living space and even includes a very nice hot tub. The 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath and a TV in every room made it very comfortable for all. Don't miss the trails directly across the street from the property. Miles and miles of biking and hiking trails that we didn't realize were there until the day before we left. You can rent bikes just up the street. The Micro-Brasserrie de Chamonix is a very popular pub just a 5 minute walk down the street with great food. We love the Saturday market! Don't miss the Elevation 1904 Restaurant and Bar. Our favorite Restaurant in the valley is at the top of the Plan Praz gondola. La Bergerie de Plan Praz. Paragliding is an awesome way to see the valley. This was our third trip to Chamonix and we look forward to the next. So much to see and do. Still haven't covered it all. Thanks Jayne!!!

We spent a week in this fantastic chalet in July 2018. The chalet is beautiful, inside and out and is maintained to a very high standard. There was plenty to do in the summer for adults and teenagers alike. I can recommend getting the cable car up the mountains on both sides of the valley, the views are spectacular. We also did the white water rafting which was fantastic fun and the brave ones did the paragliding which they really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives and can't wait to go back.

Outstanding Property
We spent 10 days in Chamonix and the surrounding Region and used the Chalet as our base. It very comfortably accommodated our family of 5 and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Jayne was always accommodating and very responsive to any question we had. The Chalet was just as pictured and was within walking distance of all that the town has to offer. As a large family we generally look to book a house or chalet and this was by far the favorite of the family so far.

Lovely chalet in a great location
This chalet is very cute and very well kept. It had so many great features: comfortable beds, a relaxing hot tub and fireplace. The owners were lovely and so helpful. There was plenty of room for two families. Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and shopping. Would stay again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

Amazing Chalet - Highly recommended
We stayed at Chalet Cristalliers just before Christmas (December 2017). Originally we were going to be a party of 10, but then an additional 2 friends decided to join us at short notice. Firstly the Owners Jayne and Jonathan couldn't have been any more helpful and accomodating, not only with this last minute change, but their responsive communication and helpful advice also made the whole process and our stay a wonderful experience. The Chalet is brilliantly appointed and spacious and at no time did we feel crowded despite there being 12 of us. The kitchen is brilliantly designed and made cooking for such a large group a breeze. The location is fantastic - the nearest bus stop is only 50m away and it is also only a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest bakery. You will not be disappointed by Chalet Cristalliers. It is undoubtedly the best and reasonably priced ski accomodation we have ever experienced. I can also recommend the local micro brewery, just a short 3 minute walk away - great beer and food and not expensive. We have already booked again for 2019.

The property was perfectly located, beautifully presented and spotless.
We stayed in the chalet for two weeks in July/August 2017, there were five of us In our party including one child and the chalet was very spacious. The chalet is about 10mins walk to the edge of Chamoinx and a lovely bread and cake shop (open between 6am and 8pm) We walked to the shop most mornings to pick up fresh bread and croissants. The chalet has multiple bedrooms over 3 floors, we only used the top and middle floors and found them to be perfect for our needs. Each bedroom has a either a ensuite shower or bathroom attached to it and the beds we're made up as twins or king size doubles on request. The kitchen, lounge an dining room were lovely with all the equipment you would expect in a modern property. Jayne the owner was the most helpful person we have encountered when we were booking and while we were in the property, her help and advice/ instructions left in the property were very comprehensive. We would highly recommended this property and would return any time for another stay.

Choice location in Chamonix
We are 6 mature adults who spent a week in Chamonix in May of 2017. The chalet was rustic with all the comforts of home. There are 5 large bedrooms with bathrooms in each bedroom plus a half bath in the main level. The beds were comfortable and the showers spacious with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cuttery and everything you need to cook. Jayne and her husband are great to work with both before and after you arrive. They helped us solve a minor problem by phone while we were there and allowed us to keep our luggage there for a couple hours when our transportation to Geneva was delayed. The hot tub is a nice feature and every bedroom has a flat screen television as well as the living room. They had more English speaking channels than any of the 6 previous places we stayed. You have plenty of room to dine inside or on the deck. The Chateau is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Chamonix or a bus came by twice a day just a block away on the main drag. There is a refrigerator but no freezer attached. We later found the freezer is on the left side under the sink. We worried about finding enough things to do in the off season but Chamonix is a beautiful area year round. We were very happy with the chalet and would recommend it for families or friends traveling together. We loved eating at the nearby micro brewery, the elevation 1904 restaurant ,and the Cap Horn for more formal dining. We strongly recommend this chalet for a wonderful time in beautiful Chamonix.

Beautiful Chalet, in an excellent location
We visited Chalet Cristalliers for a 3 generation ski holiday (ages 3 months to 66 years). It was conveniently located for access to beginners slopes at Planards, an easy walk into town and a regular bus to the main cable cars. The accommodation was great for a large group and we had an excellent holiday. I would strongly recommend this property and would use it again in the likely case that we go back to Chamonix

A well appointed spacious chalet. Clean, warm and very comfortable.
The Chalet was very comfortable. Plenty of room for the Eight in our party. It was very clean and well equipped. After a nice meal in the evening around the large dinning room table we all had plenty of room to relax around the open fire. The Hot Tub was a joy after a tough day on the slopes. Parking was easy at each resort we visited along the valley. The local free bus service was efficient but crowded at peak times. Chamonix centre was fun and full of good restaurants and bars. A visit to the local Microbrewery (MBC) was a good night out (only 5 minute walk from chalet).

A wonderful chalet perfectly located to access Chamonix and the mountains
A wonderful chalet within walking distance to Chamonix and about 50m from the bus stop. We came with another family and it was very easy for everyone to have their own space or all sit together in the lounge. Very comforatable and we'll definitely come back. The owners were very helpful with any of our questions. Strongly recommended.

Great place to stay in Chamonix
An extremely well situated chalet within 10 mins walk of Chamonix centre with all the local amenities, shops restaurants etc and 5 mins from the shuttle bus stop allowing easy access to Argentiere and other areas of the Chamonix valley. Beautifully maintained with all the facilities - large rooms, comfy beds, wifi/UK TV for the teenagers - needed for a relaxing holiday walking in the surround hills. A soak in the hot tub and a cold beer on the terrace enjoying the views the a welcome reward after a hard day! A trip to the micro-brewery - less than 5 mins walk away - for a burger and a beer is a must. Very attentive owner who ensured that the holiday went off without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a nice, clean and cosy chalet!
The chalet had everything we needed and more. It is big enough for 8, but not too big either. Since the weather (as it often is) was mediocre in Chamonix, we had to spend some time indoors, so we did appreciate the high standard of the chalet...The microbrewery close by is great, and the city centre is just a short walk away. There is a nice room in the basement for storing mountain gear and drying clothes. Nice ensuites for all the bedrooms. We will be back!

Luxury hotel meets comfortable mountain home
Our group had an incredible early March stay this winter. Our 3 families appreciated that the bedrooms were split over 3 floors allowing for privacy. We loved the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom and individual temperature controls. The fluffy towels, robes and slippers were a luxury! The common areas were warm and inviting with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking group dinners. Another bonus was the seemingly endless supply of cups so no one was without a clean one despite near constant consumption of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the week. We loved curling up beside the 3-sided fireplace and indulging in the selection of games and dvds during the snowy evenings. The boot room had plenty of space for all our skis, snowboards, boots, and gloves, all of which were dry and toasty warm at the beginning of each day thanks to the boot warmer.
The location was great. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the hot tub. The bus stop around the corner from the chalet was helped us easily get to the different ski areas. You want the #2 La Frasse stop - other buses will drop you off in town and you have to trek back to the chalet. It's only about 10 minutes, but every step counts in ski boots at the end of the day! We also rented a car which made it even easier to get to Grand Montets (15 min instead of ~30) and to the Carrefour to stock up on groceries. There were also smaller grocery stores within walking distance. We enjoyed the food and beer at the micro brasserie that was a few minutes walk away, but watch out for the rugby schedule - some days it's impossible to get a seat. But no worries, walking a few more minutes takes you into town with many more options for eating, drinking, and shopping. We found the ski rental at the Intersport across the street from the micro brasserie very convenient. Nearby there is also the Richard Bozon center with a swimming pool and ice skating when we needed a break from the skiing.
Jayne was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond in helping with my questions and arrangements for off-piste guides, ski lessons, extra cleaning service, a clutch late check-out, cribs for the babies and more. Thank you Jayne for making our dream vacation a reality!!
We hope to be back soon!
