Convenient and comfort.

Good and attentive staff. I arrived early and asked for an early check-in. They were going to charge a fee but offered a room upgrade at additional cost and threw in early check-in and late check-out for free.

A bit pricey and the restaurant only opens for breakfast.

Rimelig hotell som stemmer overens med prisen, men var likevel fint, rent og ryddig. Hjelpsomt personell.

Tar betalt for de tjenestene de kan, blir noen ekstra utgifter. For eksempel for en kopp varmt vann eller å oppholde baggasjen sin.

Práctico, cómodo y bien situado

Lo fácil y rápido que es hacer el check-in y el check-out. De hecho, es el primer sitio donde puedes hacerlo tú mismo. Las instalaciones son prácticas y cómodas, y la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer el centro de Copenhague a pie. También positivo el escaso nivel de ruido, a lo que contribuye el suelo de moqueta.

Las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas, pero es algo que se refleja perfectamente en las fotos. El ahorro de espacio es admirable, pero perjudica si el tiempo de estancia en la habitación es alto. Los edredones dan mucho calor si no se va en época de puro invierno, así que sería aconsejable que pusieran algo intermedio como una colcha.

The luggage storage for a guest should not be charge. i just arrived 1hr ago they can allow that little time to checkin instead i have to leave luggage in storage and be in the city. 1hr early checkin would have make my day more comfortable. Little more space is expected in the room. Hardly any space. Would hit the chair while coming out of bed it is so small

Modern, elegant, moderately priced, superb location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, comfy beds

This hotel is within a few minutes walk to the train station and to the Glyptotek Museum (my reason for going to Copenhagen). It is extremely comfortable in a modern architectural idiom. There are some larger rooms on the upper floors, although mine was small, but very well designed and quite comfortable with everything I needed including a great view from a big window. There is no restaurant, but there is a cafe on the street level with sandwiches and salads, and a really wonderful breakfast room on the top floor with a terrace all around with spectacular views over the city along with a generous, very high quality, and diverse breakfast. While this might not qualify as a "luxury hotel" by some standards I found it to be quite luxurious, well located, and with an exceptionally high value for money paid. Helpful, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, excellent location make this a really outstanding place to stay.

I did not like that I had to leave after only three nights to go to Amsterdam to see the Van Gogh museum. It also rained most of the time I was there even though I offered to pay a premium for sunny skies. The weather is better in the summer, fall and winter tend to be cold and rainy. Amsterdam was worse...

Superb proximity to the train station, food and attractions. Very convenient check in process. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay, good value for money.

Rooms were quite small and there was a lot of noise from a club nearby that persisted until midnight on a Sunday night. The rooms didn't have good soundproofing which made the noise very audible inside.

A great and calm stay

Room was small but modern and comfy. Pillows helped my TMJ tremendously. Great bed. Hotel is located in central and safe area, close to major attractions. Will certainly visit again!

The overall idea of hair & body wash dispenser is great, but quality was poor, I’m afraid. I really missed normal hotel toiletries.

Great for a short stay for 1 person

Good location (close to the main station), clean and comfortable rooms and despite being near a busy road, the building is well insulated and not noisy at all. The breakfast was perfectly good, with an excellent view.

No criticism really, just the breakfast could’ve had a bit more choice.

Nice stay in the heart of Copenhagen.
