Decepcionante respecto a expectativas.

Tienen una hora en la tarde en la que regalan copas de vino a los clientes alojados.

La limpieza, muy mejorable, sobre todo en la alfombra de debajo de la cama. Tampoco es cómoda la ducha, que tiene una mampara minúscula y se sale toda el agua.

Fantastic holiday

The hotel is well situated location is excellent . It is very clean and staff were really helpful . Wine hour from 5 to 6 was superb . I plan to return as had the best time .

Maybe could do with a lick of paint in the bedroom .

Leuk hotel aan de rand van het centrum

We wilden alvast bagage afgeven, maar konden al vroeg inchecken. Goed ontbijt en aan het einde van een middag in de stad even een glas wijn drinken van het huis, daarna in de buurt een restaurant op zoeken

Nooduitgang onder aan de trap was dichtgeschroefd Een aantal op- en afstappen op de verdieping, is niet voor iedereen makkelijk

Relaxed trendy vibe.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, complimentary wine hour was great, check in and check out were really smooth and breakfast has some great choices like the organic orange juice and the croissants.

No restaurant in the hotel operating outside breakfast hours. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay.

Enjoyable and easy.

The location was great for the Metro and to get around the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wine and night cap hours were a good idea - very sociable. Breakfast was good and open until 11.

The size of the room was deceptive from the description- very little room to move around the bedroom (bathroom was fine) and wardrobe was small. As a city break we accommodated this.

Schönes Hotel mit modernem Ansatz und tollem Frühstück

Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Sehr gute Qualität und lecker. Die Lage ist perfekt, um in alle Richtungen etwas zu unternehmen. Die Dachterrasse ist auch sehr schön.

Man läuft durch lange Gebäudeflure in ein anderes Gebäude, zwischendrin sind sehr unbequeme Treppenstufen, da die Gebäude nicht auf gleicher Höhe sind.

We had a great stay at the Danmark Hotel, and we will stay there again.

Our room was comfortable, and being able to open the windows to let in the cool, fresh air was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and all hotel staff were friendly.

I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Alles in allem sehr gutes Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl von vielen Dingen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war top. 2 Minuten und man war in der Innenstadt. Sehr schöne Bar und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr schöne Gegend und man kann sehr viel zu Fuß machen.

Das Bad war leider sehr klein und der Kleiderschrank ebenfalls. Der Fahrstuhl war leider kaputt, was bei den schweren Koffern echt blöd war. Die Zimmer waren leider sehr hellhörig. Vom Flur hat man alles gehört und auch von der Straße war es recht laut. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Rausfallschutz am Fenster, was im zweiten Stock mal schnell schief gehen kann.

Locatia este excelenta in apropiere de punctele de interes turistic si cu toate acestea a fost liniste Desi spatiu e mic -specific tarilor nordice- este foarte bine organizat si placut decorat -atmosfera placuta Micul dejun poate fi luat pana tarziu - 11 si e variat inclusiv vegan iar cafeaua ti se prepara in orice varianta vrei. Poti lua micul dejun in curtea interioara Am putut lasa bagajel in camera speciala dupa check out Poti imprumuta umbrela de la receptie Se face curatenie zilnic fara sa ceri si foarte discret

Costul ridicat -dar stiam ca in Copenhaga preturile sunt mai mari -chiar si fata de alte tari nordice Asta e singurul motiv pentru care nu stiu daca voi reveni

Great central location, but a few amenities like an open roof bar and larger rooms would help.

Breakfast was excellent. Having bikes available was also a very convenient for guests.

I'm not sure why the roof deck bar was closed, which was a little unfortunate. My one issue was the size of the room. Did not like that the bed fit wall to wall, it made sleeping a little uncomfortable, a little claustraphobic.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

La situation

Nous avions réservé une Suite junior, et finalement on nous a donné une chambre normale. Il a fallu négocier pour avoir une partie du remboursement ce qui n’est pas normal. Problème aussi sur la petite terrasse intérieure où lors du petit déjeuner, il est autorisé de fumer ce qui est absolument insupportable pour les non-fumeurs.

Extremely small room... not manageable for even one person.

Breakfast was very good. The location was spectacular... walking distance to the metro station and close to many great restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Check-in took a long time and the poor front desk girl was managing everyone and everything. She tried to be friendly but she needed help. The room was so small that I had trouble walking around in the room. The tiny table next to the bed wasn't big enough to even hold my phone and charger. There was no hairdryer and when I called to get one, it took a LONG time to receive it.

Excellent location in thw heart of Copenhagen

Excellent location close to Tivoli, metro, main shopping street and many restaurants. Super nice staff, yummy breakfast (portions are small though), free drinks served twice a day in the lobby.

Excellent location and good amenities.

Fantastic location. Room a bit noisy as faced the street and needed to open the windows to be cooler when sleeping. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful.

Vi hade större förväntningar på hotellet.

Läget var bra. Det var rent och fräscht

Bilderna stämde inte överens med verkligheten. Fanns exempelvis ingen kran på rummet. Frukosten var extremt simpel och många vanliga frukost ingredienser saknades. Ingen minibar.

Très jolie ville

Nous avions réservé sur Booking mais le payement s effectuait uniquement sur place et nous avons payé le double de ce qui figurait sur notre réservation sur booking. De plus, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner (30 euros par personne, j ai jamais payé aussi cher un petit déjeuner) l'hôtel nous facture le petit déjeuner mais le deuxième jour on a même pas pu avoir le petit déjeuner car nous devions quitter l hôtel à 6h30 et le petit déjeuner étai servi à partir de 7h00. Ils nous ont dit qu ils allaient nous rembourser les 60 euros pour le petit-déjeuner car j estime qu avant de facturé un petit-déjeuner, il faut peut-être demander au client à quel heure ils doivent quitter l hôtel. On a jamais eu le remboursement et ils ont même essayé de me facturé une deuxième fois le petit déjeuner quand on a rendu la clef de la chambre. J ai dû insister pour qu elle vérifie que nous avions déjà payer le petit déjeuner.

Le personnel pas très accueillant. Le sourire ils connaissent pas vraiment. On a beaucoup voyager et séjourner dans des hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles. Et c est la 1ere fois qu'on a eu ce genre de problème. Je reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et je le recommanderai à personne.

Great value for money in the heart of Copenhagen

The location is simply amazing, very central in the heart of the city. And the wine hour is a great plus!

The rooms are really tiny. We could barely fit our luggage.

One night of adventure.

Good location, although you should check whether Tivoli is open, before booking. Wine hour and mingling with other guests. Breakfast was good.

Bunk rooms were dark, lights didn’t work. Bed bug bites found after stay.

Loved Copenhagen but this hotel room really let us down

It’s closeness to the centre

The room was too small, nowhere to sit other than a dark bunk bed where you bang your head and can’t see anything due to 3 of the lights not working, this room was like a hostel dormitory, I was mortified bringing my family to this room, I apologised continuously for the duration of our stay every time someone banged their head, stubbed their toe, tripped, dropped something and couldn’t find it in the dark. Worst room we have ever had and we have stayed in over 50 hotels around the world and trust me…. I’m not fussy! This room should have been a 3rd of the price it was :(

Loved everything!

I normally avoid hotels with Booking.com review score under 8.5 but I took a risk as the location seemed perfect for me. I’m glad to have taken the risk and very happy to stay there again. There were lots of American tourists and they might find room too small but it was totally fine with me.

Breakfast to die for!

So many things. Location - walking distance from train station. Breakfast was to die for! Room (320) located at the end of corridor, facing street, very roomy and perfectly clean.

We felt the service was friendly, but never did we feel that staff went the "extra mile."

The hotel was very well located and short distance from most places. Transportation links were very good.

There were a couple of things that we felt could have been improved. Our room faced the Museum of Denmark and there was an exceptional amount of noise. Between the bell tower ringing every half hour, traffic, sirens and noisy party makers we struggled to get a night of uninterrupted sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it felt like we were sleeping on a table. I would never call what was on the base a mattress. When I mentioned it to reception, we were told that all the beds were like that. On Sunday we came down for breakfast around 10:15 and there was 1 person working the breakfast shift. We found it surprising as I would assume it is one of the busiest shifts. Most tables needed clearing, and the waitress was run off her feet. There was no bread at the buffet and we did request some rye, and none every appeared. When we asked again - over 15 minutes later- the waitress again disappeared and returned with a wedge of sourdough and said that was it. We thought it was a bit shortsighted as Sunday breakfast is always very busy. That evening, we came down for a glass of wine after the Wine Hour- so we were paying for our drink. When we ordered we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes because she had a large order of coffees to make and NO clean wine glasses. We were surprised, and once more found it bad planning. We ended up going out to a neighbourhood bar and spent our money elsewhere.

The Breakfast is very tasty and organic, they made everything by handmade with high quality products. The personal is really friendly and polite also. In bathroom you have enough space. The sleeping in bed was comfortable enough.

In the room not good circulation air, especially in summertime.
