We and our grandkids enjoyed staying at Robert's apartment. It was easy to drive to, and close to Presque Isle, grocery stores, great restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. It's clean and bright! Just information for future travelers, the stairs going up to this apartment are a killer. I wouldn't rent this for older people.

Not the greatest place but it works.

Our location was very easy to locate and the host made the check in seamless. The Victorian home had a nostalgic charm that welcomed us in and made us feel right at home! This location was so convenient to everything. We weren't sure we'd be able to keep 2 grand children busy for a few days but, there is so much to do in and around Presque Isle that the time flew by! We were very pleased with this rental and will definitely book it again when we are in the area!

Our overall experience was fine. The house was easy to get to, in a nice location and very roomy. The bed was comfy. The refrigerator had some food leftover from the previous guests.
Our only complaint was that the three AC units (2 in bedroom windows and 1 free-standing in the living room) were filthy and needed a good cleaning in the vents where the air comes out. Fortunately the weather was not hot enough to use the AC that weekend. If it weren't for that, we would have given better ratings.

This location is near the beach and the beaches are natural and beautiful! This was a great place to lay down and relax after a long day at the beach! This house has charm that you won't find anymore. We had a great time! Thank you!

The apartment wss spacious & we appreciated the amenities. The steps, however, were killers. The apartment was close to most places we wanted to go & the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very nice to deal with.

Need to update description
Not clean. The floors were definitely dirty. The dishes had food still stuck to them and were sitting in their drying water. The rugs are not new/updated. The owner messages too much. No bowls for making anything of larger portions. The box of cereal that was left, although we didn't desire/need it, was expired by 2 months. Yhe fan in the dining room has layers of dust on it- couldn't turn it on without cleaning it even if I wanted to. A lot of small details missed when cleaning.

It was very quaint. It’s a simple property. I liked to have the space compared to a hotel for my daughter, my niece and I. Was there for my daughters bridal shower and it’s very close to the Yacht Club.

Fishing Trip
Nice place with everything provided for a weekend getaway. Clean and simply decorated. Directions on how to use things or dos and don'ts labeled throughout the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Very Nice, Great Stay
This is the second property we have stayed at owned by Robert, and we have not been disappointed. Both places have their own unique door locking procedure and are under surveillance, making you feel safe. Each duplex has everything Robert claims, down to fruits and coffee, he is very accommodating! Ready to answer any questions you may have. Great location and great price. All you need is your own toothbrush and clothes, and to book with Robert, he supplies everything else you'll need.

House in Erie
The house was great and clean. It had a really classical feel to it which my son and I really enjoyed. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Nice unit
Rental was nicer than the pictures showed, good price location was decent other than the police sirens every 20 minutes. Probably not a common problem.

Affordable and good location
This property is close to the park and about 20 minutes to the beach. The home was clean but the front porch was unusable due to remodeling in the 1st floor. The apartment was old and dated but very clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice location
We liked the location...close to Presque Isle State Park, Tom Ridge Environmental Center, Bayfront Avenue, and downtown. Enjoyed the Lake Erie Arboretum in Frontier Park, just one block away. Romulos, chocolate shop and cafe, also one block away, is a great place to buy gifts. The apartment was very nice. It is an old house, but clean and well maintained. It suited are needs. We would recommend it.

Peaceful neighborhood
This may be an older property, yet I provided a quiet place to hang out. The park nearby was lovely and there is a store close by. I would stay again.

Great location, but neighborhood is a little sketchy.
Overall a good place to stay. The only problem is that the lady who lives down stairs was telling us to stop walking around because she can hear every move we make. Not for kids with a lot of energy.

Enjoyed our stay in Erie!
We booked the apartment for an extensive visit (8 days), a vacation and family wedding. The upstairs was spacious and relatively clean but old , easily overlooked when I opened the frig filled with groceries. Switches for light and ceiling fans were a little tricky even with directions. King bed was very comfortable for adults but not the queen and futon. Location is great within walking distance to groceries, gift shopping, pizza, popcorn and evening trips to Romolo’s for ice cream and chocolate. Yummy restaurant a block away for dinner! My family loved walking/running at the Bay Front & Frontier Park with swimming and bike riding at Presque Isle. Owner was very nice and quickly responsive to our request(needed a few more towels).

Comfortable and Cozy
The host has thoughtfully appointed this apartment for his guests’ comfort. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. Great price and good location.

Quaint and cozy
This apartment was quiet and cozy for two college friends enjoying a local home and garden expo. The furnishings were in good working order and the beds were comfy. We brought our own food but didn’t need to as the apt came with waffles, cold cereal, and oj. What a nice surprise! We checked out some local shopping, ate at a place called Mad Mex (which offered vegan options—that was a plus for me), and hiked at Presque Isle Park. Erie had much more to offer, but we ran out of time. When we come back again, we will definitely check to see if this apartment is available. Thanks Robert, it was lovely....
