The brightest spot on my trip to Erie. What a beautiful waterfront, and the Sheraton is the best hotel there. Clean room, spectacular views, and friendsly service. All for a very affrodable price. I go to Erie often and will certainly make this my go-to hotel stay.

Location was amazing. Right on Lake Erie (bay). The room was clean and quiet with a water view. The restaurant had great food and the best French Onion Soup we have ever tasted!

Hotel was impeccably clean except for the outside of the windows in our room which overlook Presque Isle Bay. The view was spoiled by dirt, bugs and spider webs.

The Bayfront hotel is a nice enough stay, but was not worth the cost. The parking is not included- each day is $15. The room was pretty basic but clean. There was a lamp in the room that stuck out and several members of our party hit their head on it. The bathroom had double doors that were clunky/ noisy and definitely were more for look than functionality. And we found half the outlets in the room didn’t work. The pool area is nice, but we were very disappointed they have a whirlpool instead of a hot tub. That said, the location of the hotel was excellent so they definitely still have that going for them. Finally, all staff we dealt with were very nice but half the time there was no one at the front desk.

We've been staying at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront for the past eight years, and will continue to do so; one year we tried another hotel, and it just wasn't up to par. The Sheraton is always clean and crisp, the staff is friendly and attentive, and we know we can always count on a luxurious experience. From waking to a spectacular bayside view, to taking scenic walks, to relaxing at night around the outdoor fire pit, we always find ourselves wanting to stay "just a few days" more.

Very clean lobby and grounds. Well maintained inside and outside. The shower stall was old and had a dirty door track. Some debris and heavy dust around the air conditioning unit, but overall a very nice room, great view, all the amenities anyone could want close by.

We just stayed for 3 nights with our small children. It was wonderful. The room was clean and big & looked modern. The hotel lobby was also beautiful with a small restaurant inside & a full bar. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby as well. We upgraded our room to the club level, and while it was just a standard breakfast, I thought it was worth it for the snacks, coffee/pop and apps later in the day. 10/10. Walkable to a lot of places, but definitely a hot spot for young adults on the weekend. Which was fine! Overall, we’d come back next summer for sure!

They did not change the sheets on the bed. They picked up the towels off the floor and folded them up and put them back on the counter. We were missing a bottle of perfume. Prada housekeeping was terrible place was filthy looking top dollar for the room paid and had to pay for parking, horrible place to stay find someplace else very ghetto should look for better staff

Didn’t have our room ready upon arrival. Was given another room They gave us a good voucher and free parking though. We needed two Queen beds but ended up with one King. The staff was friendly though. And handled the situation very nicely.

We booked a bay front room in this hotel with 2 queen beds just because of it’s location right next to Lake Erie. During our check-in, we were given a marina view room without even notification. After the discovery, we went back to speak with the staff that wrong room was given to us and we have booked a bay front room. Instead of solving the problem, the staff said that Expedia always books more room than availability and that I should take it up with Expedia for a readjustment of the room price. I said this is unacceptable. I should not have to do anything right now and that responsibility should be taken by the hotel to accommodate us. That we have driven 8 hours to get here mainly to stay at a location with nice view of beautiful Lake Erie. Again, no solution was provided and things were escalating fast. The staff was non apologetic, rude, and was not willing to provide any solution. Until, I requested to see if there is any bay front room with king bed. Luckily, there was and out 4th of July weekend was not completely ruined. But it was uncomfortable for us since my kid grew up and we really prefer 2 separate beds. We are completely ok to tolerate this part. However, what was disappointing is the unwillingness of the hotel staff to provide us with a solution and being unfriendly about it. Also it is disheartening to see the hotel not taking any responsibility for this situation and blaming the third party (Expedia) and pressuring the customer to find their own solution.

Worst customer service ever!!! Terrible communication with front desk, reservations and and cleaning staff. Front desk was the worst I've ever encountered. They gave me the opposite of everything I asked for. We're beyond rude, made no attempt to remedy the situation and added insults to their mistake. On the second day asked if I wanted to stay in the room after I was told I needed to check out. Bathrooms are poor poorly designed. Tub is too small and commode is too close to 'French doors'

Loved it! Super clean room. We splurged for this vacation as we dont typically stay in hotels of this caliber. We were not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely tell others thats the place to stay in Erie.
