About this apartment rental

Beautiful three-room apartment, located in a well-kept condominium in the center of Villasimius, just 150 m from the square. Double room, with the possibility of adding a bed, and room with 2 beds, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, equipped terrace and balcony, garage. Up to 5 beds.
Possibility, for a fee, of linen (sheets and kit towels) and beach towels.
Equipped with all comforts: washing machine, iron, coffee machine, air conditioning. Possibility, on request, to have equipment for children.
Reservations are possible from Saturday to Saturday or alternatively from Sunday to Sunday. For those wishing to do more than a week but less than two, the departure or arrival must coincide with one of these two days. For any other request, please contact me.
- there is no tourist tax
- a deposit of € 200.00 is required, to be given on the spot upon arrival and which will be returned on departure if no damages were found.
- Sky HD decoder (you can bring your card)

Excellent location in downtown Villasimius. Very nice and renovated apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

L’appartement est situé à 3 mn à pieds du centre de villasimius, donc des commerces, bars, restaurants et glaciers etc… ce que nous cherchions. L’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, la Clim très efficace et silencieuse. Il aurait besoin d’un petit coup de jeune car un peu vieillot. La grande terrasse est super appréciable. Il n’est pas conseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant des problèmes de mobilité car escaliers pour accéder au logement et escaliers à l’intérieur pour accéder aux chambres et sanitaires. Petit bémol, l’appartement est hyper sonore. On entendait vraiment les voisins à l’intérieur et l’évacuation des eaux usées (salles de bain et toilettes). Ça c’était vraiment casé pieds. Sinon, Filippo et sa femme Barbara sont au taquet pour vous aider et vous conseiller au maximum. Un super accueil de Barbara qui a été de très bons conseils pendant notre séjour. Elle est vraiment aux petits soins pour vous et Filippo aussi. Bref, hormis les nuisances sonores, l’appartement est très bien et VILLASIUMUS une station balnéaire au top. Tout y était. De très bonnes vacances👍. Merci à Filippo et Barbara 👍

wunderschönes Haus, perfekt zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, Terrasse mit großem Tisch zum frühstücken und gemeinsamen essen. sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, die einem mit Tipps rund um Sardinien versorgten (so war es uns möglich die schönsten Strände und besten Restaurants zu finden). 100%ige Zufriedenheit, kann das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen.

Also gleich vorweg, die Wohnung ist top- sauber, gepflegt, gut gelegen! Aber alles der Reihe nach: Die Organisation und Kommunikation lief problemlos und prompt. Die Besitzer sind mehrsprachig (fliessend in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch) und sozusagen einheimisch, und sind enorm hilfsbereit ihre Gäste somit mit wertvollen Tips zu versorgen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, mit viel Charme in dem typisch sardischen Stil eingerichtet und mit allem versorgt was man im Ferienalltag so braucht. Die Terasse ist liebevoll hergerichtet und verfügt über einen offenen Grillplatz und eine sehr schöne und hochwertige Rattangarnitur mit grossem Tisch für Familienessen ganz in italienischem Stil. Unterstreichen möchte ich die ausgesprochene Sauberkeit der Wohnung, aber auch der Rest der Anlage ist äusserst gepflegt. Insgesamt war ich sehr positiv überrascht von dem Nachhaltigkeits- und Umweltempfinden der Einwohner und der Sarden im generellem; dies ja bekanntlich leider nicht eine der Stärken der Stiefelbewohber. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gasse, aber trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und einem sehr gut sortiertem Supermarkt entfernt. Der lokale Strand ist top und in 20 Gehminuten erreichbar, aber ein Mietwagen ist generell empfehlenswert um die unglaubliche Vielzahl von der allesamt erstklassigen Sandstränden in der Umgebung von Villasimius zu erkunden. Ich war, wie man wohl aus der Rezension entnehmen kann, rundum zufrieden, und habe die Wohnung bereits meinen Freunden und Familie weiterempfohlen. Die Wohnung ist ein erstklassiger Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Karibik des Mittelmeers!

Ottimo soggiorno a Villasimius

L'appartamento è in posizione centrale con parcheggio privato, molto comodo per ra ggiungere le spiaggie nei dintorni. La casa è pulita e ben curata, terrazza ampia per fare colazione all'aperto. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. A due passi diversi negozi per fare la spesa. Appartamento assolutamente consigliato!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa, ben arredata e con tutti i comfort inclusi. Casa in ottima posizione al centro del paese, ma molto silenziosa, dove si può godere una pace unica. Assolutamente consigliata per una vacanza a Villasimius. Spiagge stupende a pochi km di distanza. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili.

La casa è in posizione centrale perfetta sia per andare in spiaggia che per andare in centro la sera. Ambiente spazioso e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Poi Villasimius ed il suo mare non hanno bisogno di presentazioni

Bellissima vacanza!

Bellissima vacanza!

Villasimius non ha bisogno di presentazioni! Mare stupendo! La casa è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, a due passi dal centro e la sera non serve usare l'auto! Noi abbiamo due bimbi piccoli ed è stato comodo girare col passeggino! Bellissima la terrazza, ottima per cenare all'aperto. Torneremo sicuramente!!
