Cute cabin with fun decor touches & plenty of space for our group of five. We had some trouble with the hot tub and didn’t hear back from the property contact. Beware if you’re planning to cook meals - the oven did not work properly, couldn’t get the oven to heat.

Overall loved our stay! Home had plenty of space and beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed all the nature right in our backyard! Loved the king bed in master suite. Kitchen had almost everything you needed. Loved the gas stove. Unfortunately ice machine worked poorly and fridge water filter needed to be changed. Enjoyed the park/pond right down the road and the local restaurant's which were in walking distance. Fan in living room needs to be fixed, cord to adjust fan speed was broken. Enjoyed the family board games and books throughout the home.

We were in Green Mountain Falls for a family reunion and had several cabins rented in the area. This cabin was perfect for the main gathering place because of the large open area which opened onto the back deck. We were able to gather here for many meals, and for game and family time. The kids loved playing on the rocks in the backyard, which was also fenced. It was centrally located and easily accessible. It was also close to the hiking trails. It was very clean, beautifully furnished and supplied. Many wonderful memories were made here, and we would love to return soon!

The home was clean, well organized and had magnificent views. Our fur baby made deer, rabbit & chipmunk friends. Our 1 1/2 year old grand daughter had room to play when she visited. The master bed was so wonderful it is beyond word. HUGE!! Definitely will be coming back.

Located in a neighborhood but you felt secluded. Beautiful views! Close to activities, restaurants and shopping.
Would have given a higher rating but there weren’t enough towels so we did laundry every night, only a half roll of paper towels, house was clean enough but could have used a good cleaning and we waited 2 days for a response to a question about the trash container.

We really enjoyed staying at this property with our 2 year old and small dog. There are some hiking trails nearby and the Pantry had great breakfast. It’s a really neat area and close to Pikes Peak.

The house was clean, everything was operable, instruction on items in the house was clearly written and posted, the location was beautiful, the host was easily accessible for check in and clarifications on anything we needed - this place is outstanding. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay there again.

The property was amazing! Pictures can't do it justice. The scenery around the cabin was gorgeous, and the interior of the cabin was fabulous. We had such an amazing time playing games in the living room, cooking in the kitchen with the beautiful view out back, and exploring the little town area and hiking trail by this property. I highly recommend staying here; I know I plan on coming back in the future!

Beautiful cabin and astonishing views of mountains. Only downside the hot tub did not work which was the main thing we were looking forward to while being in the winter scenery.

Secluded yet convenient to all of our needs. A perfect cozy, quaint & quiet cabin/cottage with a beautiful wood burning fireplace and relaxing hot tub. A superb retreat yet a short drive to the likes of the Broadmoor resort for a special dinner. With winter snow & an inclined drive respect the need for an all wheel drive vehicle.

We had the BEST time! The cabin was absolutely precious and the location was perfect. You felt mostly secluded but you could literally walk to the the little strip downtown. We pictures didn’t do this place justice, it was perfect and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 5( my husband & I , our 3 teenagers) spent 3 nights in this cozy cabin over New Year’s . This is the quintessential Colorado cabin! We loved the location and proximity to Manitou Springs- this cabin had everything we needed for our family vacation- board games to play , a fenced yard,( for our dog) and a hot tub too-our favorite part was the beautiful quartz fireplace! So cozy and fun! We highly recommend !

Dog friendly was a plus and the fenced in property was great for them to be outside and enjoy. Hot tub was clean and seemed to work properly but lack of instructions left us searching youtube to operate. Family game night was so peaceful in front of beautiful pink quartz fireplace.

We absolutely loved everything about GMF and our cabin. It has everything we needed. Fenced in backyard for our dogs. The hot tub was a great way to start and end the day! Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful! Hope to make it back soon!

The main issue was the primary (master) bedroom had NO window coverings on one large window. The neighborhood seemed old and run down. Very dim lighting but when sun came in the window; dust and cobwebs everywhere. Two wash cloths, one hand towel per bathroom.

Beautiful, private, quiet cabin and convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Breakfasts at The Pantry were incredible! Also wonderful watching mule deer wander about the yard..

This private, clean, and well furnished cabin was a perfect homebase for the last few days of our family's Colorado vacation. The kids LOVED the hot tub and winding down with Netflix in their rooms. Walking distance to trails and the town of Green Mountain Falls, and a reasonable driving distance to all the sigths in Manitous Springs and Colorado Springs. We had small issues with the firepit and coffee pot, but the hosts were very responsive and fixed them immediately. The cabin does not have AC, which I overlooked when booking, but it was not an issue at all during the warmer days we were there and the nights got cool enough where the whole family slept comfortably. Thanks for hosting!

This great little cabin was perfect for my trip with my daughters and their spouses. We didn’t expect snow but the hot tub made it magical!! We had a great breakfast at the Pantry-down the street and then we did a Cave of the Winds tour. Was an incredible stay and would highly recommend!!! Thank you

The cabin was quiet and relaxing. It's just what we were looking for in a weekend with friends.

Between the trails in and approximate to the neighborhood, the constantly crackling stone fireplace and star gazing from the hot tub, this cabin has it all. It feels private enough all while being very close to some more action in Manitou Springs should you so desire

Perfect getaway with the family for 3 nights after Christmas. Beds are comfy, hot tub is great, tvs in all the rooms and Wi-Fi made the stay more comfortable. Would definitely return to this cabin.

The Cabin was awesome! We did have some issues. The light bulb in hallway had still not replaced. (Was listed in former review) super dark hallway we had to leave the bathroom light on to see our way. There was no can opener and the knife set needs to be tossed! Completely usless. We had to scrub the oven as somthing from previous guest had spilled on the bottom so that when we preheated oven the whole Cabin filled with smoak! It was in the negative temperatures so we couldn't open the house to air out. The batteries died in the remote control for the TV and there were none available to replace them. We would stay again but worried that the attention to detail is slipping.

We stayed here for a girls trip. The accommodations were nice and as described. We had an issue with the hot tub but they were quick to contact us and tell us how to fix it. We were a quite concerned about overall safety though. Both sliding doors has issues locking so we had to find a way to block them from opening by placing something in the track. The front door only had one dead bolt lock so it seemed anyone who knew the code could easily enter. There was no light in the hallway so this added to the creepiness factor when checking in after dark.
These things were a bit alarming for women staying at a property. We definitely did not feel very safe for these reasons. These are simple improvements that would certainly improve the experience.

The location was perfect and the house was beautiful but I would recommend putting better lighting in the hall and kitchen. The stove was covered in grease but everything else was beautiful
