The check in process was really easy, the doors work automatically with an app so you don't need a physical key.
We had to check in late but the host was in contact with us the whole time.
Slippers would have been great
Also keep in mind you need to check out exactly at 10:30 otherwise the door locks.

It's located in 5 km from FCO. Antonio was very friendly and helped us with a taxi. Also there is an online check-in option and you can pass the room without staff, which is a big plus if you arrive on the night flight
In the shower it was just a cold water, but we were there just for 5 hours, it wasn't so big minus for us

Signage. Could not find the place and gps kept giving directions incorrectly but property not signposted. Also only open until 11pm so time was tight when we did not know if it was the property

The location was excellent! Very close (within 10-15 minutes to Fiumicino Airport), supermarkets (CONAD and Todis) were within walking distance. The host (Maria Grazia Bellini and her husband) was very accommodating to us even though we lacked fluency with the Italian language (my wife used Google Translate). We were treated VERY NICELY by Maria and Staff as well as by the general locals there. The room was nicely furnished with Microwave and Fridge, even had board games, magazines etc. Bed was big and comfortable. In the Living Room was a sofa couch and a sofa recliner, both had sleepers in them. Worked very well when had guests over for two nights. Patio had nice views. Also, there are elevator stairs available to move luggage or if one would have difficulty going up stairs. An additional BIG PLUS (especially being that parking would otherwise be a challenge) was the property had gated parking! which can in very handy as we ended up renting a car (to drive to Rome, Colosseum, Pompeii, Vatican, etc.) one can get a Key Fob upon request that allows access to gated parking at your leisure on-premises during your stay. Highly Recommend!
No issues, the place and location were excellent for us! Maria kept in close contact with us, making sure we were taken care of and communicated with us via WhatsApp.

The house was very clean and has a perfect veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset. The staff were very helpful with helping us book a taxis and suggesting places to eat.
Nothing, it was wonderful.

Place was warm
Block of flats full of dubious characters. Would think twice before staying there with kids. Antonio and Maria were bent on ripping us off. They come up with all sorts of hidden charges. Both very unfriendly and rude. Checking in process very long (about 45 min). In the end we had to pay all sorts of extra charges or risk sleeping outside with kids. They insisted on us paying cash.
Flat position is impossible to access on foot and extremely difficult on public transportation. Don't rely on taxis recommended by host as they were very unreliable, as we found out in the morning.
Flat has a strange layout with no kitchen (just a sink in the bathroom). It has just a kettle and microwave. Not suitable for staying for more than one night I would think.
Cleanliness was average with hair in the bathroom sink. The drain in the bathroom was almost blocked. Building was somehow noisy as we herd people chatting/laughing/shouting though the night.

I really appreciated the proximity to the airport. Our host was very helpful and friendly.
The second pull out couch could have been better.

The staff was very accomodating. They had someone come who could speak English and help us.
Our lack of internet during our trip made contacting the property a little difficult. This was our problem. Our GPS did not take us to the exact property. The street number is around the corner, so we missed it. Once we found it, everything was fine.

The room was big and super clean. The kitchen has all the appliances you need for a meal. There is a nice balcony with a simple but nice view.
Wi-fi doesn't Work and the telephone signal is very poor. The boiler stoped a few times, till I found a button on it that made it Work again. The landlade answered quickly when called. Overall I am pleased with my staying at monolocale speedy.

Ok alright, so, I only stayed here for one night, since I was going outside Europe and my flight was from Fiumicino.
I'm not going to lie - it was a little difficult to find the location for Monolocale. But my (G)Maps app helped.
My negative suspicions got wiped the moment I met/spoke to the landlady that runs the establishment. Her English isn't the greatest, but with enough hand gestures and a translation app, you will certainly get by.
Oh yeah, and they have at least one cat on the property (as of this review post). The one I met was called Sofia Loren and she was super approachable and *cute*.
The room you'll stay in is in good condition. It really feels like you're back in your own house.
The shampoo/soap isn't the best, so I'd recommend bring your own or just putting up with what you got!

Very clean, easy to find, comfortable.
There in no elevator so if you're room is on the 3th floor, it can be hard.
