Nagyon szép és csendes helyen van: egy apartmanház negyedik emeletén található, lift van, a teraszról zöldövezetre lehet látni, papagájok repkednek a fákon. Róma központjából több busszal is elérhető. Conad supermarket két sarokra van. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

A lakásra ráférne egy nagytakarítás és egy kis karbantartás: az egyik szobában nem lehet felhúzni a redőnyt (=nem lehet kimenni a teraszra), a teraszajtóról leesik a kilincs, az egyik fürdő vécéjében csak csordogál a víz, a vécépapírt sem viszi le.

Perderia ser melhor. Faltou boa vontade do anfitrião.

O espaço bem confortável, espaçoso e foi reformado recentemente. Facilidade de entrar e sair, com o elevador.

Os eletrodomésticos, são antigos e precisa de manutenção. Inclusive tive problemas com eles, o qual foi relatado ao proprietário e não foi resolvido. Faltou dois jogos de toalhas.

Spacious apartment in a quiet location, but a lot of things missing

The apartment is spacious and functional, in a quiet location. It is equipped with basic dishes. There is a wonderful garden and a terrace with a view.

There was not a drop of soap in the apartment when we arrived, so we literally had nothing to wash our hands and take a bath with, and we arrived late at night, so it was not possible to get basic necessities. There was not a single grain of salt, sugar or oil, and it's really frustrating that you have to buy all that for just a 2-3 day stay. The location is quiet and pleasant to stay, but there are not many options for transportation, and we used to wait quite a long time for the bus to come.

Very nice place to spend a few days in Rome

Very nice place in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Colourful parrots at your window in the morning and 100% silence. Big terrace with amazing view.

A little far from the city center but it worths it.

Poor

The host didn't answer the phone or my messages when we had to arrive. The booking said that we had free transportation from the airport to the location, but we obviously didn't and none of the hosts knew English, so we couldn't communicate. Also, in the first two days, we didn't have hot water at all. I raised my concerns to them but the problem wasn't solved. Also, the location is pretty far away from the city centre and there's no metro in the area, only some busses but you will have to change many means of transport if you want to arrive closer to the centre.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment just shown in pictures. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean rooms and bathroom. full kitchen to use. And a nice balcony.

Location wise little far as you are depends on public bus transportation and it takes 40-50 mins to reach City centre.

A good apartment in Rome

The apartment is in good location, you know exactly where it is, so you know what you get. There are three great bedrooms, clean, and comfortable.

You need to get your own shower gel, shampoo, soap for the washing machine (that did leak the moment of our stay) and for the dishwasher. If you arrive late, you can’t go to a store to buy them. You only get one key, if there are two couples, this is a BIG problem as you depend on each other, to enter the apartment.

The check in girl was amazing. So helpful and fun! My family loved her, and we will always remember her as part of this trip to rome. This was our second stay at this property, so the property itself was familiar. Lots of room for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms, and even my kids mentioned how fresh the linens smelled. The check-in lady told us about the ticketappy App that was so great -- we could buy our bus and metro passes right from my phone and not worry about where to buy them in the neighborhood. She also told me about the citymapper App which was also very helpful.

The first time we stayed here, everything was very new. The washer looks pretty sad after these few years of sitting outside and I was afraid I would regret using it, so we just bought more clothes rather than washing. The apartment wasn't ready on arrival -- prior guests had checked out late and made a mess. But they let us place our stuff inside which helped. The floors were still a bit dirty but maybe this was because the cleaning lady was rushed since we were waiting. It would really help if there was a broom and dustpan in the apartment so guests could sweep up a bit themselves. Overall, the place was a little more worn then when it was new. Noticeable wear and tear i suppose, that might not be noticeable if it's your first stay. The kitchen had limited utensils and dishes, and some of the pans need replaced. We used public transport and this place is a long ride from center. The apartment is still a reasonable value and i would still recommend it as a value conscious option for a family, if you have the time and energy for the bus.

Lovely spacious apartment in an idillic city!

The apartment is huge. 2 bathrooms were great, rooms super spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Every room has A/C.

Was a tiny bit far from the centre of Rome (1hr-1hr 30min multiple change bus rides). However because it’s further out there are some nice local cafes that are super cheap and lovely. Shower in 1 bathroom, bracket needs replacing to keep shower upright.

Good value for money Large apartment. Very clean. Reasonable location but must have a car although access to bus is available.

Parking is tough but that’s Italy. Need to get used to managing hot water in building
