I have traveled a lot and lived in different hotels around the world, this hotel claims a Michelin star. The best staff I've ever met. Everything from the reception to the room boy, I didn’t live in a small hotel, but in a luxury hotel, that’s the impression I left. Thank you

One of the best hotel in deira naif

Great service, respectful staff ,room clean and quiet. in deira one of the best hotel comfortable stays and easy to access metro and bus. For shopping all the shops around are a better choice for purchasing

Exceptional

The Staff Especially, The reason behind i faced an issue with AC Cooling they changed room my room and make my stay perfect. They're very Professional and Respecting Costumers if any issue comes. Very Good Budget hotel without any kind of Scams. They are nice

All of the stuff except the man that has received me in the hotel the first day.

The bathroom 😞 I had to change rooms, in the first room, he had hot water problems, when I was taking a shower, the sink was shaken, all the water poured on the terrace of the shower, dirty water flowed into the shower while I was taking a shower, and the second room had the same problem, the sink was shaken

goog for a short down town shoping trip but reconsider for family trip!

I was in a hurry so had breakfast somewher else.But staff was very attentive and kind.Mr. Sumit was very polite and professional.This is the older part of town.Good for bric a brac stores.So it is very crowded and very dirty as an are for the clean Dubai.But it is very multicultural for restaurants and ambiance.

Entrance and elevator are is at the back and reqires some waiting time.
