The cleaning time was very bad, 2 to 3 pm, which was the time to rest, which is better before noon.

Location is good

The corridor is very noisy, the next room is very busy and the sound of the street can be heard completely in the room, and the soundproofing is very bad.

Дубай - город туристов, где очень много обслуживающего персонала. Может приеду еще ))))

Приехали из Абу-Даби на автобусе № Е101 сошли на конечной ст. Ибн Баттута, а оттуда на такси до отеля обошлось в 100 дирхам-50 мин. дорога с учетом пробок. Нужно приобрести дубайскую карту для общест. трасп. на каждого человека и сможете доехать на метро до ст. Шараф, займет около 1 часа времени, а оттуда пешком прямо по курсу по навигации ))) ну или все с той же ст. Ибн Баттута сесть на № 9 автобуса -1,5 часа. По приезду нас ожидал комплимент от отеля тарелочка нарезанных фруктов, за что благодарим администрацию. Номер состоял из двух комнат, поэтому отдых был очень комфортным. В номере есть все что нужно для проживания вплоть до элек. плитки на кухне. Постель, матрас, подушки очень удобные, чистая постель и никакого запаха в комнате. Вода круглые сутки (горячая и холодная). Интернет отличный. Персонал обходительный. Убирали и пополняли запасы воды каждый день. Завтраки платные. В пешей доступности есть несколько остановок и автобусная станция откуда на № 9 маршруте можно доехать до муниципального пляжа Джумейра (бесплатный пляж), ну и метро ст. Шараф пешком 10-15 мин. До Дубай-Мола можно добраться через метро 45-50 мин. Деньги меняйте в банках в других местах не выгодно, не далеко есть банк. Сам отель находится в районе где в основном живут индусы, поэтому рестораны все специфичные много перца и специй, в общем на любителя.

Отель не новый, в номерах требуется косметический ремонт и обновление мебели, но это для администрации. Наш вид с окна был не лучшим, дома вроде общежития с кучей проживающих. На отдых это никак не влияет все в норме )))

Its conveniently located and there is good service, staff is readily available when you need help and they are very polite and friendly

The toilet works but it takes a bit of effort to flush

Location and staff behavior is v friendly I stayed in room 306 Baer on my request of upper floor - this is probably my tenth or fifteenth stay in this hotel group ( gateway hotel included ) and I was v happy with response of staff

Television has some cable channels only / tv model lg itself is v old and cannot be used as smart tv as it has no smart functions - so even if I hv Netflix / prime video in mobile I could not even screen play - I suggest property shall hv smart tv with ott channels like net flux prime etc not v costly and guests can enjoy stay better

Muhammed and Omar and all other staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. The pool.and.fitness centre were both immaculate and clean (all in working order). The bedroom was the perfect size, the bed was very comfortable. Cleaned everyday to a high standard. All the services listed were fully available.at all times.

As an English guest, milk would have been great for my tea that was available in the room.

Perfect, Highly Recommended.

When it comes to choose hotel i always do a lots of research coz i had bad experience with some hotel who showed good picture in Booking.com but in person everything is worse. But this hotel is my time like if some one want ;good, clean and comfort with medium budget you should go for it. i'm pretty sure you will like it like i do. Staff are good with good talking attitude. Maintenance and all are good too. Actually all staff's have good communication skill. Special thanks to Mr. Vivek, mr pandey, and a beautiful kabayan from front desk.

Nothing to dislike there.

Excellent value for money hotel in bustling Bur Dubai.

The hotel is in the heart of Bur Dubai , and is an excellent base for anyone looking to purchase electronic equipment or wishing to visit Dubai Creek and the old souk alongside it. Also liked the fact that the hotel is quiet and does not host nightclubs or bars. There are anyway many such bars/ restaurants nearby if required.

At peak check in times perhaps more staff could be provided to the front desk.
