Westgate Entertainment District is a super-regional destination for shopping, dining, & entertainment. Glendale Arizona's Westgate Entertainment District is a 223-acre mixed-used development that includes 8 million square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment, high-end condominiums, parks, and office space. It is anchored by Gila River Arena, home of the Arizona Coyotes, and adjacent to State Farm Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl and host of Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLIX. Also anchored, is Tangiers outlet center, which is approximately 1,100,000 square feet of shopping fun.
As far as the inside of the home, "Pictures are worth a thousand words applies here".
We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing hotel quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I am kind of a nerd and read reviews on mattresses so you could have a great nights rest. I then proceeded to hire an interior decorator for the home. We added a 5 burner gas grill in the kitchen, Quartz backsplash, built-in Kitchen-Aid appliances, Quartz countertops, & much more.
The backyard is the highlight of the home. Everything from the 8 seater table/fireplace set, to the 12 person picnic table, to the low voltage lighting, to the hot tub, to the pebble-tec pool, to the ping pong table will make this home a family hit. We added the little things like having board games in the family room like poker, chess, cards against humanity and a PS3 for the kids. Every TV has Cable access and outside we have a bar & TV outside for outdoor lounging.
The home features little things like having lamps that have power outlets in them or putting in USB outlets above the nightstands. The home has a bidet (which is amazing if you have never used one before). When you walk in the front entrance, the LED light automatically turns on. I think details matter and I try my best to pay attention to them.
I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation. Please ask if you need any suggestions on what to do or where to go.

Had a great experience. Elvis was amazing with communication right from the start. There was an AC issue and he had a maintenance worker there within the hour to fix the problem and already had a different solution if it couldnt be fixed. We were very happy with our stay and will be visiting again.

Again, another successful work trip for our traveling crew at this property. I love the amenities this house has to offer our crew when they have to be out of town for work. Thank you to Elvis for making the stay comfortable and easy to gather the appropriate information for the rental.

Our company had to send 10 crew members to Glendale and this house is perfect for them. This was the second stay at this house for them and they enjoyed the amenities this house has to offer. The property manager, Elvis, is great!

We had a broken AC unit in one of the downstairs bedrooms. I notified him the 2nd morning of the stay and the mechanic came out that evening around 8:30pm. The mechanic came out to access the bedroom and did something to cause the 2nd bedroom unit downstairs go out also. It was over 84 degrees in those bedrooms and we could not sleep in either bedroom for majority of the stay. The host would not credit us for the inconvenience. He did say we could move to a different property and would credit the cleaning fee so when I confirmed the cleaning fee amount to be credited, he then said not that fee, only the new cleaning fee would be credited. Why would we get charged a new cleaning fee to move to a different property?(we were the ones being inconvenienced) and would have to pack everything back up and move to a different house, So we decided not to move because we didn’t want to be charged any extra fees to move properties for something we didn’t cause. We had to move the bed mattress’s out into the living room and pool room to sleep(I have pics I can send). I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service of the host and not sure if we will be using vrbo going forward given our experience.

The house is exactly what it looks like online. We had an amazing experience, beautiful house and a great location. We had no problems communicating with the property manager to see if we could check in a little earlier. Can't wait to come back.

We were supposed to be in staying at a different property, but the property was having some maintenance issues. The manager was quick to inform us and was super accommodating! Elvis got us into another of his properties which we loved! It’s a perfect place and the pool time we all had was perfect!

Excellent property! Kitchen, mattresses and backyard were among the best we’ve enjoyed over the past 20 years. Property Manager Elvis was very responsive.

To summarize my overall impression of this property...I never got to see it. I was contacted by the owner 2 hours before my family's arrival and told that I have no place to stay. "Leak in bathroom" was the reason.

Crew travel trip
We had several adults stay in this home while working local concert events at the Stadium and Arena close by. It was a great fit for them to be so close to those venues and to have a nice relaxing place, with all the amenities, to stay during their downtime. They totally enjoyed the accommodations.

Looking forward to coming back
Had a great time at a great house. Elvis was so prompt in addressing a small issue we had but other than that we had a blast. So close and convenient to so many options for shopping food and entertainment! Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Back yard has tons of options for relaxation. We’re looking forward to booking again and working with Elvis!

Great backyard!
Came here for a family vacation with 6 kids ages 8 months- 7 years and 6 adults. Backyard was great for this with all the different activities. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Like a previous person noted, some of the appliances are in need of an upgrade. Kids would have liked to see the waterfall in the pool run more often but wasn’t the end of the world.

I was asked by the Property manager to “please discuss anything negative about the property and our stay with him privately.” If you are in the backyard you will notice the pungent smell of marijuana that never goes away. It’s quite obvious someone is growing marijuana a house next door. With 6 kids staying at this house, this is the last thing we wanted the kids around. Our stay was 8 days, the smell never ever went away.
There were several broken kitchen appliances, electrical sockets that did not function in the master bath and upstairs bath. When i told the manager they didnt work, he gave me a lecture and sent me a YouTube video on how they work. When I explained that none of that was the issue, he told me to search the house for the breakers. The fridge freezer didn’t work. He told us to pull out the huge fridge and unplug it. It sparked when we plugged it back in. He said to turn off the ice maker. Which we needed for 11 people. Two adults sat in the lounge chairs on only one occasion, yet the manager claimed we broke one of them. We came back to the house one day to find 3 huge, heavy boxes blocking the front door. They were lounge chairs. We had to lift them into the garage. We found it odd he would buy new chairs if all of them were in working order. The bbq did not function properly. The manager claimed we broke a knob on the stove. The knob turned round and round and we could not use that particular burner from day one. We explained this to him yet he accused us of breaking it.
The manager told me if I paid the insurance that all the items he claimed we broke would be taken care of (2 LED lights, a lounge chair, carpet, stove knob). When i disputed his claims he snapped at me. I asked a week later when I would receive my security deposit. He called me, was short, yelling at me that he “did not want to debate anything” with me, and proceeded to speak over me. I calmly asked for him to please just go over things with me and discuss everything. He refused then hung up on me. He then send an email Saying, “you can’t bully me to get what you want” and told me to “whine and complain” to VRBO, while I “lacked all class”. Which was dumbfounding after I was rudely hung up on. Elvis is a nightmare to work with. He is extremely rude. Trust me when I say there are better properties to rent, and this house and the management is not worth it to deal with.

A chef and sign equal party
A Chef and sign is a party REALLY. Who rents a house for 14 people and wanna cook while on vacation? And to have a party music or some type of entertainment is needed. And make sure you don't change clothing in the pool area because cameras are outside all around the pool area. Instead of seeing what happens you get harassed about having a party or a event all damn day. You only can have 4 cars at the house and the garage is off limits for parking any cars. But it was way more than 4 cars at several houses and in the streets. Was told to pay extra $1,500 or be evicted for havinga party. Last but not least house is not as big as it appears and 10 people probably the max to stay and be comfortable. They was the house is managed an monitored seem like the house is registered as a rental property.

Check in was straight forward. Location was easy to find. Well established neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well for our four night stay. Quality appliances. We enjoyed the amenities the house offered. Plenty of off street parking.

I will do it again :-)
I have to start with what I care about the most : appliances and attention to details ! The washer and dryer are top notch . The kitchen is equipped to satisfy a chef 👩🏽🍳 (I am one). I would just add a few bowls, serving plates and a masher.
The house was big enough to accommodate 11 of us with enough sheets and blankies. We didn’t experienced one dull moment with everything there was to do in the backyard.
Details are everything and this house decor definitely put an accent on that.
Thanks Elvis, you are a great communicator and very sweet being.

Lavish, tranquil, tons of fu!
From the first step in, the home was warm, inviting, and lavish! Fun was had by ALL playing pool and ping pong, we had an amazing night under the stars playing poker and blackjack at the large covered outdoor table!! The pool was perfect for volleyball and relaxing on the floaties! Kitchen was amazing to cook in! And when we did sleep, we slept like lambs in the most comfortable beds!! Plenty of room for a large family or group of couples!! Neighbors were good and our host was attentive and right on with anything We needed!! We will stay again!! Absolutely!!

Overall good the bathtub was a bit dirty and I would consider using another color other than white for linens & towels and maybe moving pool table to garage other than that it was great
