Solo estuve una noche. Fueron muy amables y eficientes en lo que pude experimentar. Muy buen clima, muy t tranquilo me parecio.
Pautas claras.

Custo beneficio nota 10.
Gostei de tudo.

First of all, the friendliness of the staff. Even though you are not at home, you can feel it as if you were. Second, the location and the space. It has a very cozy lounge and if you want to spend time outdoors it’s also nice. It’s a beautiful place to stay in general.
Perhaps this was due to the particulars day we went but they were refinishing some spaces on the property and early in the morning and late in the afternoon you can hear the hammer banging. This was a bit annoying. And on the other hand, there were days that we didn’t have hot water to shower.

Beautiful house, very friendly, and perfect location with the bus stop a few minutes walk away

nothing
they were not polite, did not follow the payment rules they presented in booking and didn't cancel when I said I wouldn't oblige

Friendly staff, unique Alpine house on large property with breakfast

Location, outside look of the hostel.
Misleading information - hostel provided a transfer from the airport, price should be 3400 ARS as they wrote to me before taking this service, after drop-off driver charged me 8900 ARS. It made the begining of my stay very unpleasant. I would not take this service if I knew that before. If a plane had a delay or whatever is not my fault, driver knew my flight number so he should adjust. That is called offering a transfer. If there is a night rate I should be informed in advence since I provided the flight data.
DO not book a room with 8 beds, since THERE ARE ACTUALLY 9 beds in the room and the room is even more packed.
On Booking is written paying in cash with USD, when I arrived with USD and wanted to pay they said they accept only ARS. Irronicaly they have a sign on the front desk that they accept all the credit cards (photo attached). I had to return to the town to get the cash.
Place is outdated on the inside, hot water dripping from the tap of shower and an open drain in the middle of the bathroom, lots of noise coming from the wooden stairs.
Simply do not understand how this place has such a high score on the Booking.
Real dissapointment.

Beautiful hostel, the environment is calm and relaxing atmosphere. Out of centre but closer to other other attractions as a result.
Not a lot of space in the rooms and plug sockets limited.

really cozy hostel and nice people
unstable wifi and kitchen gaggets could be more clean

The garden and location is amazing (a bit outside the city but I liked that, and city center is a 10 minute bus ride). Everyone is super friendly and chill, and they bake their own bread for breakfast:)
There is a bunch of packing space in the bathroom and room as well.
Beds were comfy but we were a bit tight in the room.

Inexpensive, nice common area, nice breakfast and family room. Flexible in changing rooms when we got unlucky with snorers in the dorm. Excellent location for heading out to Circuito Chico.
Odd vibe from some staff, loud music playing in common area in the evenings, not enough bathrooms for the number of people staying and shower wastewater exit pipe open in bathroom.

Nothing
The room doesn't have any space. The shower didn't work well and is inside the toilet area. There were people sleeping everyspace on the commun area.
The breakast is awful. One piece of bread, one slice of cake (not fresh) and you need to wash your dishes after

The staff
Our bathroom and the breakfast.

the house is amazing! the people in the hostel are awesome (that changes per group obviously)
Hot showers were nonexistent unless you pushed a button on the top floor. The manager would get mad if you pushed the button on the top floor…
Online is says check in is at 1 PM. I got there at 3:30 PM after an 18 hr bus. I was told check in was at 4 PM. I literally sat in the living room watching the girl who told me this do nothing for a half hour. it’s one thing if there isn’t a bed ready but she just sat there not going to the room to make sure everything was ready. when 4 PM came I went up and was like can I check in and she was like oh yeah okay. She told another staff member to check me in. I asked him why I had to wait until 4 and he had no clue. got to the room and there were at least 6 beds made and ready to go. didn’t make any sense to make me wait a half hour just because she didn’t want to take 5 minutes to check me in.
Can’t wear shoes upstairs. not a big deal just a little odd.
location is far from
downtown/bus station/airport. you have to take a taxi or bus. if you take the bus you can use your SUBE card but can’t pay in cash.

I was supposed to stay one week there but I ended up staying two weeks instead! Apart from the nice common areas, above all, I met such nice people there (the volunteers and the other travelers). I really felt like part of a family. I also loved the garden and the fully-equipped kitchen. The hostel is also well located because it’s not the center but at the same time, there are a lot of buses available to move in the center or go for a hike!

Valhalla is the best hostel in town. Period and full stop.
I liked everything! Especially the staff is amazing

Concept to turn a complete house including big garden into a hostel with a shared living room and terrace. Big kitchen.
Private room is too expensive considering it is tiny and does not even have a proper window (except small one behind a mirror).
We had to ask staff three times and wait for an hour until someone finally turned on the heating (which took one minute)
4.0
The staff were friendly, they provided laundry. The breakfast was good. There was free wifi and games in the common room.
The kitchen was a little small for the amount of people using it.

stayed in dorms this time. no bunks beds in the upstairs one, which is great, and very comfy blankets. breakfast ample and tasty. the property is a really comfy place to hang out
heating always being one makes some of the rooms quite stuffy, especially the reception. a little too much incense on top of that and we avoided some of the common areas until later in the day
4.5
Lots of space to hang out, nice staff, tasty breakfast and very homely bathrooms. easy to get to number 20/10/55/50 buses for hiking

su patio
todo excelente.
