This is a wonderfully clean and well presented property that is very well equipped and well located just outside Dunsborough , and within easy walking distance . Its well maintained and spacious . Landlord is super helpful and professional and picked up after a couple of rings .
Minor potential improvements ...Make sure you get the pin codes to access the property keys . I had to contact the landlord directly to get the pin code for the keys . Good job I was proactive and did this . There was a 4 digit pin code the Booking.com site that would have been assumed incorrectly by many to be for the keys. Struggled to find the remotes for the heating , and think some are missing but landlord responded promptly and helpfully .

Really beautiful and quiet location but still so close to town centre.
Parking was very limited, especially when neighbouring villas had multiple cars visiting or staying. Strata/complex may need to review installing speed humps or reminder signs as speeding visitors were very noticeable, especially on the corner.

The unit is relatively large inside. Each of the two rooms has an en-suite and we managed to find everything we needed to use during our stay.
The standard of cleanliness really let it down. We had no access to cleaning products to be able to clean the faeces from the underside of the toilet seat (not that we should have had to). There was some glass cleaner left out, which was useful for cleaning whatever had trickled down the mirror in the children’s room at groin height. The ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a long time, see blue Jay cloth, which I had to wipe as the air chin remote was missing and I needed to use the fan instead. My son has asthma, so I’m glad I checked before switching it on! There was an old sock under the bed along with a lot of dust and on checking under the sofas before departure we found more dust (when I say dust, I mean actual drifts, like a herd of dust bunnies!) and an aging red M&M. We got in touch with the owner to let them know about the cleanliness as we were leaving. I didn’t want to say anything sooner as we didn’t want to be waiting around to meet someone and also I didn’t want the invasion of privacy. I wondered if the cleaner had had an emergency and had to run off and said this to the owner. They did say that they were sorry and that if we found ourselves back in the area to get in touch to “see what they could do” but this was a token gesture in my opinion, as they know we won’t be back. This “home from home” was not as clean as it should have been.

The place was spacious and had everything we needed. We were down south for a wedding and going to cellar doors. This was a very good home base for that. Owner was very nice and helpful.

It was very comfortable and we loved the bush setting. The unit was well equipped and we were very happy there
not much that we didn’t like - just a couple of suggestions. maybe more towels could be provided and a folder providing some information regarding the town and restaurants or things to do and see.

The property was clean and well equipped. Nice walk into town or Clamcy’s for dinner. Loved watching the little birds on the bushes outside.
We could hear the traffic through the day from the road when we sat outside but was quiet of a night.

Really appreciated all the appliances (washing machine and dryer) plus kitchen appliances being readily available.

Comfy beds, nice location.
Shower was lukewarm. While that might be pleasant in summer, it was torture in winter

Its location is very good. 3 minutes by car to Dunsborough town centre (you can also go by walk using the shared path passing next to the property).
The house was very cleaned and the owner available for all the queries.
this is not a “didn’t like”, it is just a suggestion to specify that a baby cot is available at the property. we brought one but we could have saved space in the car.

The property was centrally located and close to most things. A comfortable, clean, modern and well stocked villa with most things you might need while away.
The location is very close to a busy road, so the road noise was the only downside.

Facilities were great and the beds and sofa extremely comfortable. Unlike most of the other villas we also had both an outdoor table and chairs plus 2 outdoor chairs to relax in. The deck was undercover so we were able to sit outside even though it had been raining. Location is fantastic and an easy walking distance into Dunsborough. Very quiet and it was lovely to have the birds in the grevillia trees. Parking although not undercover was virtually at our front door. Free wifi and Netflix was a bonus.
The only issue we had with the villa was the cleanliness. Bathrooms were extremely clean but the rest of the villa was not. There were spills down the legs of the coffee tables and the side of the sofa which has never been cleaned. Finger marks from children on the glass door and the tracks were filthy. Chairs in the bedrooms were dust coated and under the beds needed a good clean or at least a sweep. The villa just needs a really good spring clean. Yes both my Mum and I like everything to be clean just as it is at home. We pay the
