Additional cleanings may be scheduled at an additional cost.
No smoking inside the property or outside if you have doors open as smoke will get in and penetrate the furnishings and linens.

1 Bottle of hand soap per bathroom
2 Toilet tissue roll per bathroom
Shower Gel, shampoo and conditioner
1 bottle of dish washing soap
1 New dish sponge
3 Dishwasher detergent pods. Please DO NOT USE liquid dish soap in dishwasher! I
4 garbage bags
*All extra supplies should be provided by the guests.

No additional guests can spend the night other than register guests.

Primary signer is responsible for the costs of repairs of damages incurred during their visit this includes fines to the property by the county due to excess notice, lewd acts and any other illegal actions of any person in their group during their stay.

If you are bringing a pet you must let us know before as there is a pet fee.

Our pool is never heated.
