This beautiful home offers travelers a luxurious, clean and accommodating stay central to the Las Vegas Strip.

Completely remodeled with new windows, accent lighting, wood cabinetry, wood floors, Picasso granite counters and tabletops throughout, fresh paint, new stainless steel appliances, large LED screen TVs, designer furniture and high-end mattresses. House equipped with new heaters and air conditioning units, new pool equipment, resurfaced pool and spa, LED pool/spa lighting and complete new patio and pool deck. State-of-the-Art Security System with automated door locks and environmental controls customizable to guest's preference.

Game Room: A 650 square foot private room offering guests the ideal 'Man Cave' with a pool table, Shuffleboard, Wet Bar equipped with beer and wine glassware , icemaker, beverage center, 70' LED TV, game table, large leather reclining sofa.

This home features 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet and is connected to a bathroom! It's located just minutes from the heart of the Strip!

The main living areas and kitchen are very open and flowing...perfect for entertaining.

The backyard features a large private pool and spa, as well as an extra large covered patio for lounging and dining. There are lounge chairs, outdoor seating, gas fire pit (tenant to supply propane), and a BBQ. Pool and Spa jets, heater and lights controlled via convenient, easy-to-use panel.

Enjoy dining in the gourmet kitchen with seating for 5 or in the separate dining room that can accommodate up to 8 adults.

One bedroom is located on the first floor, with a Queen size bed. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom features a single King size bed, the other features a single Queen size bed and futon, and the master features two Queen size beds with a private bathroom. Each bedroom features it's own large LED TV. Bedrooms offer high-end mattresses furnished with different mattresses of various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.

Great house for families of any age.. The man cave area, pool, and covered areas were the highlight of the house. Location is great with 2 grocery stores close by. Neighborhood is safe with wide streets if you like to run. Airport and strip are close by.

Great place and truly enjoyed ourselves. Centrally located near stores and hiking. I walk early in the morning and felt safe being alone. Being close to the strip Uber costs weren’t bad at all! Easy check in and check out. Really comfy beds and great game room. We were in the pool most of the time though. Definitely would rent this house again.

The house was nice, clean and very spacious. It was as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is including the propane gas for the fire pit. We would have loved to sit outside more during the cool evenings. To require guest to pay to have it refilled for a short stay is unreasonable.

This is our 2nd. time staying at this house. It is an excellent facility for our group. We are usually 8-9 people and this accommodates us perfectly! The listing is as advertised. Safe neighborhood and great location. When we travel to Vegas this will always be the first on the list!

The property was perfect for our stay. Group of 4 couples, all adults were visiting Las Vegas for the Garth Brooks concert. Each couple had plenty of space. Nice kitchen and game room/bar area for gathering. Property was nicely furnished, and well maintained. Great location for access to Strip or Downtown via Uber. Grocery and drug store within walking distance if needed. (about a 20 minute walk) Very responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the house. Location was great - close to the strip and an easy drive to Hoover Dam and Red Rock state park for hiking.

The space was perfect for our size group. We utilized the pool area and game room quite a bit. House was generally well stocked, however, lack of toilet paper and no hand towels in bathroom. Several things in the house need some care for example the lock on the patio door was broken, the round towel holder in downstairs master bath was not fixed to wall, kitchen sink handle was broken. House was supposed to have direct TV but did not or no directions on how to access. House could use some updating. For example bathroom fixtures. All in all we had a great stay and appreciated the functionality of the space.

The house was great, and in a great neighborhood! The house was extremely clean, and it was good as the pictures represented it to be, NO disappointments! Host was great to work with, and most importantly, we would stay there again! Game room was awesome, beds were comfortable, and pool was really great to cool off in after a day of golf!!!

The property was everything we expected it to be, and more. Clean, spacious, bright, and the pool and common areas in the backyard were perfect. We used the barbeque often and the kitchen was well kitted out with everything one might need. The whole house was well air conditioned so that the incredibly hot weather wasn't an issue at all. So, all in all, we had a great time in Vegas and the main reason was our accommodations were perfect.

Spacious interior with three seating areas on the main floor. Very large covered patio area. Everything was exceptionally clean - if I could give housekeeping 6 stars out of 5 I would. Lots of nice fluffy towels and the kitchen is well equipped. Large gas grill that worked very well. Good location. Everything in town is easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great, exactly as seen in the pictures. It is very spacious. Location is convenient to the highway and close to downtown. Owner was responsive right away. I would rent this house again in the future.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving 2021 and stayed here again for 2022! This place is perfect for my family! House is very clean- Kitchen is fully stocked and fully equipped! Bbq outside - last year jacuzzi was not working but this year Jason-made sure it was. Had the pool heated- would have love it to be warmer but all good. Jason the manager and Rick were both amazing and very responsive . We wanted to stay here again this March 2023 but unfortunately it’s not available. Love to stay here again

It was a great stay at this property! Jason the host was extremely organized and communicative, there were no surprises and the home was clean, felt luxurious and comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy for a group of adults. Will definitely be booking again!

This home was roomy. We had a group of 7 that fit easily in 3 of the bedrooms with room to spare. Online description is accurate. The cabinets (bathrooms and kitchen) need updating. The beds are squeaky and firm, as many guests had noted. Loved the nice bed pillows and extra bedding in the closets. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the property manager is easy. The game room and pool/spa are nice spaces to take a break from the Vegas hustle. TVs were difficult to get working but with one in each room, it wasn’t a huge problem. There wasn’t a house notebook which was new for our group. The lengthy check-in, rules, and checkout info via email to the main renter had to be shared with the whole group via emails and screenshots. Nice appliances including a stacked washer and dryer. Close to the grocery and a few restaurants. Alarm system was good but the doors were difficult to lock. With the added outside security gates we all felt safe. Would recommend this home for a family group.

We had 11 family members stay here comfortably for my granddaughter’s wedding! We enjoyed the house ,the pool and game room! Jason was readily available when we needed him . My family stayed here for Thanksgiving 2021. We all loved the place. House was very clean, the towels were all better than in hotels and looks new, TVs in every room, MANCAVE was excellent!!! Bedrooms were decorated nicely. Beddings were clean and smelled clean and DID NOT smell of sweat.!!! Ok here is the but - bottom part of the oven needed fixing but the oven worked perfectly. And unfortunately, the spa was not working and was a disappointment. Anyways, Jason the manager was very professional and was always on top of things. He never failed to respond to my requests and inquiries. He handled everything to my expectation. This year we are planning to stay here again and I just confirmed with Jason jacuzzi has been fixed.

Definitely a nice house with pool and spa. Lots of games for kids to keep themselves busy. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook a home cooked meal. Only bad thing was the beds are really hard and the bed frames squeak so much! Especially the downstairs bedroom!

Renting this property was a great experience. The property manager Jason was available to answer questions when needed. We did not use all amenities available at the property as we were busy exploring different sites in Vegas. It was a better deal for us to rent this house and have our friends and family together than to rent a few hotel rooms. I would likely rent again from this property manager! Thank you Jason and team!!!

Loved this house and the backyard. Only thing I would change is more plastic drinkware is needed. There's no glass allowed by pool which I understand but there are only 4 plastic cups to use. Otherwise, kitchen extremely well stocked. Game room is amazing.

We had an awesome time at this house! We had 11 friends and did not feel crowded with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The remodel of the garage to the "mancave" or game room was really nice. Only complaint on our end was the spa was not heated upon arrival, and the main wood floors were incredibly dusty and dirty, all of us took our shoes off upon arrival and were shocked by how dirty it felt. Last thing, beds/mattresses were super comfy! however those traditional wood bed frames are super squeaky to the smallest movement getting in/out of bed. However we would definitely still come back here!
