Awesome retreat break, quirky cottage, very comfortable with everything we needed to have a relaxing time.
Loved everything

Close to everything, on the water
Maybe more defined parking, other guests had bikes and scooters all over which made parking a concern

Beautiful view, aircon worked well and quiet
Upon arrival @ 230pm there was a family in our cabin, so we didn’t know that is where we were staying and no numbers are visible to tell each cabin apart. Once we contacted the owner and worked out which cabin was ours the family left the cabin we thought it was a bit odd and realised they must have been cleaning.
We went in to check it out presented well and clean until we had a better look, queen bed sheets and bunk bed sheets looked as if they had been slept in with dirty feet. flakes of dirt and sand in the bunk bed and queen along with visible stains. Floor needed a vacuum and mop, ‘second room’ was much like a second lounge room no door just a privacy screen not very private for three adults, missing a light bulb which was a pain at night and visible mould on the roof.
No cooking supplies e.g oil, paper towel or cleaning supplies for BBQ outside which was quite dirty. No cleaning supplies other than dish soap, half empty hand soap and dirty sponge, spray and wipe was much needed to clean after cooking in the kitchen lured many cockroaches, decided not to use the drying rack for dishes as it was full of rust and drip tray was not clean at all.
I feel there needs to be someone onsite at check in time, or make cabin numbers more clear as on our second day we had a couple telling us we were in their cabin as they had received the email with the wrong cabin number.
Could use more pictures of cabins with small bathrooms along with adjustment in price for said cabins.
Much more I could point out.

Location was fantastic. Beautiful water views from living area and main bedroom.. Central to Cafe and shop.
The 2nd room was open with just a partition blocking it from the kitchen living area. With a young child needed the spare room to be shut off.
Lots of little things like a light bulb missing, couldn't get oven to work. No microwave contains etc. Just little things important when you want to be self contained.

We were surprised at how much room there was in a little cottage. It was clean and comfy. And in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful.
Only a very minor thing. One of the beds ( bottom double bunk) had springs that were pretty uncomfortable.

Waterfront villa and generous size for a family of 3-4 with private jetty. only 6 or so within the whole complex which feels safe and is quiet. We found out pet friendly too so next time can bring our dog. Close to grocery stores and cafe and park. Great fishing for the kids with private jetty.

The cabin was comfortable and cosy, the fishing was great and there was a park for the kids to play in. Great fish and chips too!

Excellent location and view. Foxtel on tv.
Cottage 2 - The mattress were collapsed and so uncomfortable to try and sleep. The bed felt like something was wrong too and when we looked under it is missing half the slats with a piece of timber there. The bunk beds were the same situation. We ended up having to sleep 1 person on the double, 1 person on the lounge and my child on a little sofa for our 3 night stay. The shower glass wasn't cleaned properly and the shower door was very difficult to open. The bathroom files are all cracked with grime built up in between the cracks. The hand soap provided was almost empty. There is mould on the ceiling of the bathroom above the shower. The back screen door consistently fell off the track and the glass door was difficult to use and lock. When we arrived the door was wide open and we had to kill the flies and mosquitoes that were in the cabin. No wifi password found and smart tv couldn't be used because of network quality.

Location, Location and Location. Right on the waterfront, great watching all the fisherman and oyster farmers going up and down the river. Weather was magnificent sun all day and rain on the roof at night!!
Don't go to the coffee shop next door $7.00 for a luke warm coffee and milk solution!!

Everything was awesome

I've already booked to stay there again. Accommodation was OK not great — saved by the generous covered deck at the back, with river views. However, the Greenwell Point location is truly beautiful. The best morning walks ever! Nearby fish and chips shops are how fish and chips used to be in the good old days.
Never received the email from owner about access to the keys, but other residents staying in other cottages helped me out. Accommodation is quite basic, not flash at all, so it's not for fussy types. Good night's sleep every night though!

Location

The location was really good. It was an easy walk to the jetty and a nice walk around Greenwell Point and the waterfront. The large balcony was good for a large family to sit at. The indoor sitting areas were a bit small for a group of six people. The bedroom behind the front door was weird. Information provided by the owner prior to arriving was good.
Small things like providing a tea towel and at least one dishwasher tablet. The house was unable to be locked. The bbq key was not where it stated it was in the booklet provided about the cottage. The information in the booklet appeared to be dated.

Location was amazing, cottage has everything you need. Great hosts, responded to questions immediately!
Cottage wasn't very clean. Kitchen utensils weren't clean.

Private Jetty was used to our advantage. We caught good size fish here too. We loved the idea that we didn't have to go far to cast a line.
Be prepared to bring along your tea/coffee and cooking oil & spices for cooking.

Very clean, tidy and lovely view and quiet location
Instructions for tv & foxtel, some more cleaning supplies (spray n wipe, etc.)
4.0 / 5.0
The location of the property is excellent, being close to all eateries, amenities and the waterfront.
The only thing we didn't like is that the fly screen of the bedroom window is missing. Mosquitoes can get in through the window, which can be annoying during night time. The property owner should have the fly screen replaced as a matter of urgency.
