The Hayloft is a luxurious conversion in the village of Bleddfa near Knighton in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep ten people in five bedrooms, made up of a mezzanine king-size double with en-suite facilities, two doubles and two twins as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also contains a utility, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as a second sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for five cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Located in stunning countryside, The Hayloft is a luxurious cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Biomass underfloor heating. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and two highchairs. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Outdoor pool table. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Water is from a spring. Note: Children to be supervised in mezzanine bedroom as open to the stairs. Please Note: This property has a £500 Good House Keeping bond.

This lovely village is just a short drive from the popular market town of Knighton, situated on Offa's Dyke and opening up fabulous walking along the border and into the stunning countryside of the Shropshire Hills. The town of Presteigne is just 8.5 miles away with a range of independent shops.
