1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane.
6. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, all of our fireplaces are gas or electric.
7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
9. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September.
10. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%.
11. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay.
12. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.
13. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
14. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
15. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).
16. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
17. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 7 minute (2 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. The driveway is paved and fairly flat.
18. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
19. Is this cabin secluded? –This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. We do have one neighbor to the right.
20. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular!
21. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website.
22. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks.
23. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi.
24. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.
25. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

We stayed some small children and rhe house was very well equiped for stairway gates, step stools, etc. It is a wonderful home.

This home is perfect for large families, plenty of gathering space, but also private areas for quiet times. The kitchen is well equipped, dining table accomodated our family easily and the decks provide spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and were very surprised and pleased with the host response times. This is the perfect retreat away from the busyness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We saw many bears, but followed all the great advice provided. We were able to safely view these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Heaven's Cabins will not disappoint.

The property is very well documented in the advertisements. Close to many things to do off the property but plenty of entertainment right at the house. Down time on the multiple decks was enjoyed by everyone along with the hot tub, chess game and hammock. The roads to the house are twisty and turning so be prepared. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are very touristy but the house is a calm retreat. Check in and check out is seamless. So fun having the bears visit in the yard almost daily. Had a great time surrounded by heaven!

The home was beautiful and spacious.
We cooked several meals there for our 11 guests. We found the kitchen well stocked and easy to work in.
We had very high expectations for the game room, which is didn't completely live up to. The air hockey table was underpowered and needed a thorough cleaning, which we did. The shuffle board pucks didn't slide well. But both still worked and were fun. The pool table was great, as was the card table and theater.
While there were imperfections, I must say again, the home was spacious and beautiful. The views were magnificent. The balconies were wonderful.
We've already spoken of return trips to this same cabin.

Property was amazing. The location can’t be beat. One and only complaint is the bed in room number 2 was extremely lumpy, not sure how my other guest felt about their beds. Overall It was a beautiful cabin stocked with everything we needed. I would stay here again and again. 4.5 out of 5……. Side note: the drive up the mountain was very scary. Narrow, none railed, cliff like roads.

We enjoyed our visit. The cabin was just as the pictures shows online. We had a few maintenance issues that were quickly addressed with a phone call. The views were gorgeous, our teenagers loved the game room. Only issue there were a lot of lady bugs in the downstairs bedroom.

It was FANTASTIC! The Chalet was great! There were 11 of us and we had the BEST time ! The kitchen and dining areas were tremendously accommodating for all of us to enjoy! The Jacuzzi was great in the evening with a relaxing glass of wine! The views were amazing and we actually witnessed a double rainbow! The Game room brought a kid out of each one of us ! Reaching out to the support staff was very easy and with a quick response. In fact, we had to leave a day earlier because of a major storm and communication with the staff was great. Would definitely be doing this again! There were only a couple of minor things that we would like improved such as the water pressure on the 3rd floor was somewhat weak. Otherwise…. FANTASTIC!

this was the perfect home to celebrate the holidays with family. there was a christmas tree and some stockings already in the home upon arrival adding to a festive ambiance. the beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had access to its own bathroom. the basement has plenty of things to keep kids and adults busy and happy. everything was labeled so well so it was easy to find everything we needed. we very much enjoyed our stay

Upon arrival , noticed place is just as in pics. Went inside and inspected all rooms and it was well kept and clean. All pictures in the add match the place. The view was great. Furniture was modern and plenty. The bedrooms were nice. The kitchen had all the implements you could need. We come every year as a group and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Would most def stay again. Great place.

Our family loved this house (and we have stayed in many,) it was a great fit for our four kids (and spouses,) mother in law and us. It was a quick ride into Gatlinburg, a lot of curves and hills, but that is to be expected. We had three trucks and two cars, no issues with parking. We will stay here again in the future!

We traveled with 5 couples who like to get away in the Fall to enjoy the colors. This is our second time renting with Heavens Cabins and they are first rate. Surrounded by Heaven was a great place to stay with incredible views.
Each couple had their own suite with king beds. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was very clean. We enjoyed our time visiting Dollywood, eating out at Crocketts for breakfast and the Local Goat, before we saw a show in Pigeon Forge.
Unfortunately, it rained on our planned hiking day, but we stayed in the wonderful cabin with plenty to do. We even saw a bear on the property.
Heavens Cabins are first rate and you will not be disappointed.

Smoke alarm ran out of batteries and wouldn't stop chirping. Mold came out of one of the Jacuzzis. Bathroom towel rack and shower door broken. You can hear everything throughout cabin. Otherwise, clean, comfortable beds nicely decorated. We did enjoy the gameroom and outdoor firepits.

Our adult group of 12 enjoyed the cabin. A few suggestions--moving one of the fire pits to the main floor off the living room or kitchen would be a "big plus"! Also, having three way lights in the bedroom for reading at night before going to bed. A chair and floor lamp in the bedrooms would be a good addition, as well. We had "bear visitors" every day and a bear appeared in the parking area "up close" when we were preparing to leave.

WOW! Beautiful house. Have stayed in MANY VBRO’s. This was the MOST well appointed, well stocked house yet. Had everything we needed. 12 adults and 1 child. Fire pits, games, hot tub, comfortable areas, views, room For everyone. Everyday bear sightings. Had a small glitch with cable ( happens) response time was fantastic, communication fantastic. 1.6 miles from Gatlinburg, 4 miles to park. Check in a breeze, check out a breeze. FYI : The road up is steep and windy. We had 6 cars and it was a “puzzle” fitting them, but we did. Recommend shopping before you go up the hill. Or you can Instacart. The Publix in Pidgeon Forge is great.

The cabin is nice and we enjoyed our stay but there were some things that disappointed us. Many of the appliances were outdated or were defective, as well as the amenities for entertainment. There were some things that were just broke upon arrival and it wasn’t as clean as expected. The floors were clean but the drawers in the kitchen were not clean, some of the utensils and such were also dirty, the kitchen trash can had spill marks/stains all over it which came off after cleaning it. The outside of the home had spider webs all over, which made the sitting outside uncomfortable, even right at the front door I had to clean out a big web. It was just not cleaned well. Fridge was broke upon arrival, so we had to deal with that and wait for a repair man to come the next day and fix it. I understand things happen but one could tell the fridge had been fixed several times in the same spot. A little frustrating.

Nine family members stayed here. The house was as described. It was roomy, well supplied, comfortably outfitted with multiple games and activities. We got a lot of use out of the pool table.
The views off the multiple decks are a significant part of the appeal. Sunrises and sunsets as well as mist and cloud shrouded mountains make postcard-like vistas common on days it doesn’t rain.
We saw bears three times at the house during our week, and a couple of the times both in the national Park and on the drive up to the house. It adds a wonderful wildlife experience to the trip, but do mind advice not to leave food or snack bags in your car or Outside. 15 minutes to the national park entrance, as well as Gatlinburg’s main street.

We really enjoyed staying here. House gave us space for everyone. The view was amazing. Kids loved the game room. Bathrooms were small. jacuzzi tubs take up a lot of space. I would have preferred a bigger bathroom and a closet in my room. Also the kitchen really needs a proper pantry. The tiny cabinet doesn't work with a large group.

The cabin is exactly how it is pictured online. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balconies is beautiful, but you can see numerous cabins to the left/right of you. The cabin is very large and everyone had their own space. My grandsons and the adults all loved the game room and theater room. The only thing I would recommend to the owners would be to install some sort of table/stand under the big mirrors in the bedrooms with the small vanities for putting on make-up and/or blow drying your hair. The weather was awesome. We stayed from June 9th thru the 16th. Temperatures at night were in the 50s/60s and during the day 70s/80s.
We did not have any bears visit our cabin but we did see several of them three days in a row driving up/down the mountain. I was very nervous about the drive up/down the mountain before we got there but it was surprisingly not bad. The road is paved and there are guardrails at the turns. It is very steep at some points. We were in a 12-passenger van and had no problems with the drive. I would book this cabin again.

Sibling get together of 65-75 year olds. House was fantastic. The management company was extremely responsive to all communication and had someone to the house in less than 30 minutes when one of the fireplaces wouldn’t light. Road is not to be taken lightly. It is steep and winding but we managed. We had a blast and loved our stay. Highly recommend

The home was beautiful it looks just like the pictures, it was clean, roomy and had a huge game area that we enjoyed. The view is incredibly beautiful, watching the sunrise every morning just started your day off right. We spent a lot of time on the decks to BBQ, eat, play and just hang out. On the last night we had a mama and 4 of her cubs come for a just made the week complete. It is so close to Gatlinburg where there are a lot of things to do). Will definitely be back and will stay in another one of these rentals.

Location was great because we were within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to experience. The ride up to the house is a little daunting with the winding road, however, the view was well worth it.
