The house is in a nice neighborhood, and it was quiet. We rented for a basketball tournament and the players LOVED the ping pong table and media room. The primary room is HUGE with a nice adjacent bathroom. We never felt crowded, and the location was just perfect for us to get to the various gyms. You would be moments away from the outlet mall, dining, grocery store and more!

The house was so spacious and perfect for our family to gather and have our "Texas Christmas". The host was prompt to reply to our messages and very accommodating. The location was also perfect with grocery stores nearby and easy access to major highways.

The property manager was wonderful. The few issues that were left by the previous renters were taken care of very quickly. We enjoyed having the 6 bedrooms for 6 couples from out of state. It was wonderful to have family in one big house. Location was great; neighborhood was great. It was the beginning of the heat wave in TX, so that wasn't great, but it was wonderful to have space in suchy a large home.

We booked our stayed here over Christmas having not all been together in 8 years. Unfortunately our daughter’s family of 5 came down with the flu so there were just 5 adults and 3 children which left more than enough room. Check- in was a breeze but there was an awful smell. I sprayed each room with Febreeze and we used Scentsy’s and essential oils to clear it out. We discovered the source as there were at least 20 bags of trash in the garage which had obviously been in the house and the garbage bins were full to overflowing. Housekeeping had reported and maintenance showed up to remove the bags in the garage and after airing out all was fine. Evidently the people before us did not respect the property as there were just 4 forks, very few drinking glasses, no laundry detergent, watered down dish soap and watered down Suave. A screen to the master bedroom was torn, no chairs outside to enable us to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pond was not working and just a mess with standing water, leaves, broken lights. I spoke with the property manager and within a couple of hours she had a whole new set of cutlery, glasses, soaps, paper towels, and new ping pong balls delivered. Making Christmas dinner we discovered there was no potato peeler or can opener. I don’t believe this is the norm but the people before us. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, the carpet is worn and when my son sat down in one of the dining chairs the leg broke. These were the issues however the house is spacious, media room is better than the pictures with 4 large bean bags and a huge comfortable sofa. There are also 5 beds in the bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a twin. There is no Keurig but a large coffee pot (we fortunately had our mini Keurig). The kitchen is open and appliances all worked great. The neighborhood is nice and an easy walk to multiple playgrounds. The few inconveniences were small in comparison to the gift of spending time together in this lovely home. Knowing the manager truly cares and works hard to rectify any issues makes a huge difference and if we are lucky enough to gather again we would definitely stay there. I suppose since the house is so large it will always have large groups so there will be lots of wear and tear. Definitely nothing major and it is clean. I suggest an inventory on kitchen essentials upon arrival and check cabinets and closets for stored items including new ping pong balls.

Due to Covid-19, my daughter's wedding was reduced to just the bride and groom's immediate families. We rented this house in Round Rock for its size and because of its proximity to the venue of the ceremony. The house was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. It has a nice kitchen and a dining room table that can accommodate 10 people. We used it for several meals throughout the weekend, including dinner on the night of the wedding. The house is certainly not luxurious. The carpet is stained in a few places and there are areas where paint needs to be touched up. But, it did suit our needs nicely and we were comfortable during the whole stay. It is a nice value for its size.

We had a wonderful time in this house for our family reunion. It is spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood in Round Rock. We had a couple of issues while there, but contacted the property manager and owner who were quick to respond. Will definitely recommend this rental to others.

Repairs needed - curtain rod on left side in Masterbedroom,. No electricity in outlets in upstairs kingsizebedroom next to blue bathroom. Painting needed behind master bedroom door, plus door frames on back door and bathroom upstairs. Also new frying pan, handle is broken.

This is the 4th time that we have stayed as we have been attending a conference that has been ongoing throughout the year. I have noticed that the house is starting to look a little worn. It could use some touching up on the paint and one of the beds was very, very hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay much more than a hotel and were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood.

My son's wedding was a destination wedding in Georgetown. This home was 15 minutes from the Southwestern University Chapel, so myself and 12 family members stayed in this home for 4 days and we had more than enough space. I hosted the wedding rehersal dinner for 50 people and every square inch of this house was utilized. Theater room, ping pong table and the huge back yard were especially nice for our party. The property owner and his property manager were extremely accommodating and GREAT at communicating. Very quick responses to all of my questions. I would seek out this property for my next large family gathering.

Really enjoyed our stay!! The house comfortably slept 9-13 people on any given night for the time we were in town for our daughters birthday. So many bedrooms and yet it still felt open and welcoming!! We had a few issues during our stay and the property manager responded quickly via text each time. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for what we needed, lots of open space for a family reunion/80th birthday celebration. The large dining room table was great for 10 adults to sit and 5 more could use the breakfast table. There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone to use and the backyard was big enough for some outdoor play. The video room and ping pong table were big hits with the kids and the adults. The only noticeable issue was the condition of the interior paint in high traffic areas but the house was clean and everything worked.

We were in Round Rock staying with 16 family members for our daughters wedding. (in Hutto) This house was completely set up and ready to go and just like moving into our house we already own. Ping pong table was an added bonus because of the rainy weather. We would have loved to have enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Everyone felt very comfortable with their own room and the kitchen set up is amazing! We hosted a brunch there from Salt Lick and it is so open no one felt like they were blocked off from the rest of the group. I cannot say enough great things about this home.
