The terrace overlooking the sea is in fact equipped with every comfort to be able to relax and enjoy the best that nature has to offer.
It is possible to park the car on the property’s courtyard on the ground floor. The villa, located on the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, can be reached by a narrow road, not suitable for minivans; in fact, it is advisable to have a car.

The Villa is located in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, Campania, Italy. The villa is located about 1 km from the center of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, a characteristic village full of charm and warmth, on the hills between Sorrento and Positano, and so named because it dominates both the gulf of Naples and that of Salerno. The "Due Golfi" can be observed from the Monastery of the Benedictine Nuns located on the hill "Il Deserto", which is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Thanks to its location, 400 m. above sea level, Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi enjoys a cool and pleasant summer climate, what you need to rest after a long day at the beach. Sant'Agata is easily reachable by car or bus and its position allows you to easily visit the beauties of the surrounding area. Distance from Sorrento 7 km (rocks, equipped platforms and tourist port for the islands of Capri and Ischia), from Positano 17 km, from Amalfi 30 km, from Pompei 30 km, from Ravello 40 km, from Naples 60 km, from the bay of Nerano 9 Km, with equipped beach and possibility to rent boats.

An absolutely amazing property and stay! Thank you for having us!

My Wife and 4 adult children had a wonderful stay at this Villa! Filomena was very good in her pre-check in communication. We were also very pleasantly surprised to be able to meet the owner and her son. Francesco was kind to meet us late (our plane was delayed) to help us check in. He and his mother were so kind. In the morning they brought us fruit and one evening delivered homemade Limoncello. Francesco gave us some great beach recommendation that were as described and very helpful to have some local guidance.
The home was very comfortable, clean and nice. The views were outstanding, and we could not get enough of our balcony.
One word of caution. traveling to this villa for someone not from the area was difficult. Get good directions and rent a small car since the roads are about 7 feet wide. If you follow apple or google maps do not follow the road from down below, it is impassable, you must go up and around.
Highly Recommended Stay, Enjoy!

This property has great views from the balconies. Kitchen was very small and needed paper towels. Very hard to manage one bathroom with 6 people. Some restaurants within walking distance but if you need a taxi it is €60 - €70 EACH WAY to get to a restaurant. That adds €200 a night to the cost of staying at the property. Francesco and his mother were very nice.

The place has an amazing view of the sea! Getting to it is challenging if you are in a vehicle larger than a mini cooper. One way and extremely narrow streets in all directions. The owner was incredibly gracious, provided a baby cot and a baby gate to protect the little one from the stairs, gave us some limencello, and was very friendly! We enjoyed the stay.

Stayed at this property with 5 friends and had an amazing time. The host of this property helped us coordinate transport to and from Naples train station and very responsive with questions we had leading up to our stay. Multiple balconies to sit on and relax. Little walk outside of the nearest town with groceries, restaurants, bus stops to Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano etc. Would recommend!

The view on the Vesuvio and the bay of Napoli is the best we have enjoyed of the whole peninsula. Taking a glass of wine with that view in the evening is priceless! Giovanna lives downstairs and made our stay even more unique. We especially enjoyed her limoncello and her self-made Italian aubergine dish. Practical information: very quite street (outside of the centre of St Agata), toilet within the only bathroom, well equipped kitchen downstairs, gorgeous big table on the terrace for unforgettable breakfast or dinner, delicious bakeries in the center of St Agata, very easy pickup from nearby hotel for boat trips to Capri and Amalfi, and 2 great restaurants we recommend (Emilia and Da Mimi). Lisa helped us to organize all our trips around the peninsula. Conclusion: perfect family holiday!!

We can't say enough!!!
What a FABULOUS time we had at the villa! Francesco took care of all of our arrangements quickly and professionally. Lorna communicated with us about our arrival and gave us the grand tour and instructions in perfect English. Giovannia lived there and seemed to us the perfect Italian grandmother....wanting to communicate past our language barrier...showing us her garden, making us coffee, and telling us about the area. With 4 huge bedrooms (all with king size beds), the 4 of us had no problem finding our own space, even while sharing one bathroom. It was perfect!
We had rented a car, so it was a quick 15-minute drive down the hillside into Sorrento, where we found wonderful restaurants, shopped, and enjoyed the incredible views. BUT, nothing could beat the views from our villa! Even though it was a little chilly, we sat outside every chance we had just to enjoy the vista. Incredible.
We opted not to drive ourselves to the Amalfi Coast (which was the right decision), but our driver had no trouble finding us...even though the mini-bus had some tight squeezes on the small street. But, that's part of the charm.
If you're going to Italy, don't waste your time staying at a hotel. You can do that anywhere! Stay at an actual Italian villa with an Italian speaking host and soak it all in! This villa will always be "casa dolce casa" to us when in southern Italy!

Lovely house
An amazing view of sorrento and the bay.The host is very considerate and communicative. We really enjoyed the lovely house and its cute neighborhood. When it comes to visiting positano,it's better to stay there than positano itself.Great stay!!
