Très beau séjour à Porto mais déçus de l’appartement

L’emplacement est sympa et calme L’appartement est spacieux et la literie est bonne. L’équipement en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine est très bien. Les deux chambres séparées sont très pratiques.

Les photos datent d’il y a plusieurs années. Le ménage laisse à désirer seul le « visible « a été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Il y avait une invasion de fourmis dans le salon et la cuisine. Nous en avons même trouvé dans la salle de bain. Le réfrigérateur doit absolument être changé car le freezer fuit et cela trempe tout ce qui est mis dans le frigo. L’appartement est très humide et sent fort l’humidité. Les joins de la salle de bain doivent absolument être refaits.

Muy lejos del centro y muy incómoda para niños

Es una casa muy bonita y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada de menaje. Pedí una cuna para mi bebé y nos la dieron.

Está lejísimos del centro, las paradas de Metro están a 1 km y las de autobús tampoco están cerca aunque son un poco inservibles porque no funciona bien. A 200 metros tiene una discoteca de reggaeton que cierra a las 6 a.m. y que nos despertó dos días de madrugada, tuvimos que usar tapones para dormir. Para ir de la habitación al baño hay que subir o bajar una escalera sin barandilla que es un poco peligrosa para los adultos y peligrosísima para los niños. Encima de la cama hay una ventana sin persianas por lo que al amanecer ya está todo iluminado. La puerta de la nevera estaba rota y era complicado abrirla. Inexplicablemente no tenía wifi.

Nice place with a nice interior. Calm part of the town but still in an acceptable distance for walking from the downtown. Very good and prompt communication with the owner via booking messenger.

Exceptional

A refreshing stay, the apartment was bright, modern, clean and comfortable. It felt good returning after a busy day exploring! Location was great, with just a short walk to the City, neighbourhood was quiet and friendly.

Okay

Big, spacious and full of light. Big fridge, comfortable beds. Pillows a little bit tough.

I couldn't leave the luggage for two hours before the check-in. Old building, humidity, old furniture, barely working keys (I could only unlock the front door after 10 minutes of intense efforts and panic). No TV, wi-fi working only in the living room. Only one of the two bedrooms had a window, but because was on the roof, I couldn't use it while raining.

Good

The apartment was very cute and has a certain charm, just like Porto. The communication with the host was very easy and we managed to do a late check in without any problem. The host even sent some suggestions for restaurants in Porto, that were very helpful.

When we arrived it was late and cold and the main heater and the electric radiator in one of the bedrooms were not working at all, so we had to move a radiator from downstairs. If staying more than 2 people the water in the boiler is not enough.

Yes but NO.

Honestly the appartment is very well decorated and it's very very wide and calm and peaceful and you have everything you might need but a lot of things could be improved.

The appartment is more than a 20 minute walk from Trindade and I arranged the check-in time two days before my arrival with the home owner in order to do the check-in. The day I arrived was raining and almost 30 minutes before of the scheduled time, I was still waiting in the front door of the appartment and nobody was appearing hence I decided to send a whatsapp telling them I was waiting. They inmediately call me and told me a neighbour was going to open me the door and give me the keys since she was in the middle of the city and couldn't come (Aham, okay). The woman who finally came to open me, named Maria was very friendly and lovely and showed me the appartment and told me Paula will later reach me out and pass by to give me the wi-fi key. Not Paula nor Joanna ever appeared in a 5 day stay and of course they neither sent me a message with the wi-fi key. By far this is the WORST welcome I've ever had and I always try to keep an open-mind while travelling but some kind of things are just a very clear RED FLAG. Not only that, the appartment has no natural ventilation and it has humidities on it, specially in the bathroom and due to that, the humiditie smell in the house is pretty noticeable despide they have a dehumidifier on the living room but the storage of the same was full so it wasn't working. In the shower of the bathroom there's enough space to put a bathroom shelf but for the amenities but for some sort of an unreasonable reason, the shower gel was in the floor. Also, the place isn't as clean as I thought as I could see hair in the floor the very first day I entered and some marks and, finally the wall paintings that are in the living room and in front of the bathroom are kind of creepy.

Exceptional

Very good location, in a quiet part of the city. Close to both the metro and the historic center. The apartment has a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare meals if you do not want to eat in restaurants. On the first day, we got information about all the most interesting places to visit and about the beach that will be most suitable for children. We highly recommend this apartment!

Disappointing welcome and logistics with keys.

When we arrived by taxi there was nobody at the property and we had to wait a considerable time outside with our suitcases before anyone showed up.

Amazingly designed flat with some downsides

Nice artistic flat with an outstanding charm. Good location, 20 mins from city center. Free parking on premises!!! Wonderfully designed bathroom, good quality towels.

No washer, no TV, the representative was 5 mins late to meet us there upon arrival. Freezer needs to be repaired, I suppose, fireplace was not that simple to use as promised.

Great value for money

The apartment was exactly like pictures or even better. Recently renovated with good taste and has everything you need for a short stay, also really quiet. Paula was an excellent host, waited to us until midnight and professional. The apartment has free parking spot nearby and the center is just 20 minutes walking. We will definitely come back next time!

Wifi speed was a bit unstable and rather slow.
