total failure with this accommodation. The house was a mess, the washing machine was making foam in the house, it was noisy, the internet was not working, the TVs were missing, one of the toilets was clogged and the other one was broken, both toilets were not attached to the floor... this apartment is a danger for who lives in it... the host did not want to fix the situation and had a terrible attitude. We left 7 people without a toilet for more than 24 hours...

Very centrally located, right next to tram and metro facilities, close to shops and bars, Lidl is only next door. Very Spacious Apt, great for families, lots of personal space. comfy beds, great communication with host.
Air conditioning only worked properly in the kitchen area, didn’t work in the bedrooms, we all found it very difficult to sleep (mid july) with the heat with no air conditioning. In the two of the front bedrooms the curtain didn’t fit the whole window so there was a lot of light coming in all night. It’s a busy street so lots of sirens and flashing lights coming through window.

The position of the apartment is very good, right next to the New York Cafe. The host was also very nice and communicative

Excellent communication with hosts and easy access to apartment. The apartment is located in an older building and one of the best things about staying in an apartment instead of a hotel is that you feel like a local. Great apartment for traveling with teens. We all got lots of space from each other with the toasty warm bedrooms with high ceilings. Washing machine and dishwasher very convenient. The small lift was very easy to use and made things easier. The apartment was clean and bedding and towels were good too. A carton of milk and tea and coffee were a nice touch. We stayed in December and were warm from the minute we walked in.
The only bad thing was the shower screen/curtain but the shower itself was great. Very hot water we just used towels to dry the water around the shower after the shower.

The location was very convenient, quick access to metro stations and cool restaurant around walking distance. The fact that you have many rooms makes it a good choice if you want to travel with a bigger group of friends.
It is quite dreadful in regard to sleeping. The noise coming from the tram makes it quite impossible to sleep. In our case the window shutters were also defect and we couldn't close them, so the lights coming from outside added to the bad sleeping experience. I think this is a big deal, I know it's a city but it really felt that the tram was crossing your room.

it was centrally located.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking.com. The stairwell contained bins which were overflowing, had rats and smelled awful. A plug socket caught fire during our stay and nothing was done. The sofa bed has vile and unhygienic stains on it so one guest slept on the floor instead. One shower is missing a door and the door on the other shower is broken. 3 of the 4 bedrooms’ lights didn’t work-probably the same faulty electrics which caused the fire. the dining table only has 3 legs actually attached. I’ve been trying for weeks to get my money back but the property don’t respond. DO NOT STAY HERE.

it’s a big apartment so if you are traveling in a group it’s useful but that’s the only good thing I can report.
This property should not be rented out to people traveling with small children. there are nails sticking up from the floors and the electricity sockets are hanging out of the walls. Both showers are completely broken and one of the toilets is not properly bolted into the floor. The heating does not work properly. Someone urinated on the stairwell on the ground floor and the apartment smelled like smoke for our whole stay.
4.0
The apartment is centrally located and there are great transportation links
There is also a grocery shop directly beneath the apartment which was handy for extended stays
The last member in my group was allowed to leave his bags till 12pm
Cutlery and cooking utensils provided
Jonathan brought us bananas, toilet rolls, milk and coffee on our first day. We were very thankful and appreciated this
Whilst the guy we dealt with Jonathan was very friendly and helpful I have to be truthful in my assessment. We were very disappointed at the state of the apartment especially for the money we paid
The apartment in all honesty should not be rented out in its current state without serious renovation and cleaning. It will definitely pose a safety hazard for families with young kids (thankful we had no kids in our group).
Elevator looks dangerous and could be a safety risk. We noticed large leaks and a pool of water at the elevator entrance. We couldn't step outside the elevator without stepping in a huge pool of water. This cleared after a few days but I don't believe it was due to a fix, possibly because it stopped raining
Apartment is much older than the pictures suggest. There is a very bad stain on the wall with the clock from leaks. It need a new coat of paint
The wood panels on the floor are lose and we stumbled multiple times, it is dangerous.
Electric outlets are loose and pose a safety hazard.
Shower doors in the bathroom were removed. We had to put this back to prevent water splashes. It needs a better fix or total replacement.
Washing machine didn't work for a few days at the start but it was fixed.
The apartment is very dirty and any prior cleaning done between customers is abysmal. Don't dare to take the pillow covers off or look behind cupboards and beds you will be amazed at the filth. Lots of dust that hadn't been cleaned for a long while in the bathroom and rooms.

Location is superb, just next to Metro entrance.
The atmosphere around looked not too good. Metro has no escalator and elevator.

It was great having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a lift. There is Lidl downstairs with bakery. Tour bus stops outside the apartment which was very handy. The apartment is quite central and we walked to quite a few locations. Rotem our host was very helpful and gave us clear instructions.
There was some traffic noise on the street side of the apartment, but this didn't bother us.

The location is really good. We found the drawing room a bit smaller for whole family of 9. But that was not a problem .
