The location in proximity to the city was good. The room was very clear. There was a fridge, sink, glasses. The bathroom was nice.
The pictures looked far nicer than the whole experience. The accommodation was within a shopping centre with people lurking around the front door. The front door to the accommodation was not closed, even after 10/11pm at night. The front door led directly to a corridor to all rooms. The walls to the rooms were very thin to the point they wobbled when windows or doors were open /closed. The windows opened to a courtyard area of the shopping centre and did not feel very private or secure. We didn't feel safe there & we found another place to stay. Floors were still wet and smelled strongly of bleach when we checked in. At least it was clean 🥲

The apartment was located very close to all the city's attractions. Very clean.
The check-in process was not great. Noone on site to help with getting into the building. We met 4 other couples that had the same issue.
Ensure you have email from host with lock box number before you get to the apartment.

Location was good.
It is absolutely unacceptable the behavior and the facilities we met. We arrived at the property late at night, there were no keys left for us at the check in, and the host kept us outside in the middle of the night for 2 hours, kept telling us that someone will come open for us and then he stopped answering the phone. We arrived at the property around 12:30 A.M and were unable to get in until almost 3 A.M.
They also promised us a full refund, but nothing happened. I do not recommend this property as we are not the only guests that this happened to.

Situation leaves me with nothing nice to say as my time was destroyed. Terrible checkin and customer service experience .
Check in took 4 hours 1:30 pm to 05:17pm Friday evening. I travel for work and a long time customer of Bookings. worst experiences I’ve had in years. Hotel signage poor making it difficult to pinpoint where hotel is or start check in. Tech intensive and lack of responsiveness from the staff made this difficult. Requiring internal password and QR code info not working correctly. Apparently, there’s a luggage room but no information was provided. Finally gave up emailing,messaging ,calling and called booking (costly phone calls) . Because the hotel lady responded to bookings, you refused a cancelation. I was trying to check in early but understood I needed to wait till 3pm. Staff was aware I was on the premises the entire time! The hotel lady did blame me which was completely obnoxious. A 5 minute conversation or reciprocal inquiry and email would have resolved this at 3pm. There were others with me downstairs trying to access there rooms. Got to my room exhausted and upset. Not sure how this place has high ratings.

La posizione. Vicinissimo al centro e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Servito da metro vicinissima e dalle principali linee di autobus, compresa quella diretta per l'aeroporto.
La camera è stata consegnata un'ora dopo l'orario previsto per il check in (alle 16). Noi eravamo lì sin da mezzogiorno, ma per il check in anticipato chiedono 90€, perciò abbiamo aspettato.
La sera stessa sono apparsi scarafaggi. Ben cinque o sei in meno di due giorni. Volevamo lasciare l'hotel ma ci hanno detto che non ci avrebbero rimborsati i quattro giorni già pagati. Ci hanno proposto un cambio di camera e, per fortuna, nell'altra non c'erano blatte.
La pulizia in quattro giorni non è mai stata fatta né il cambio asciugamani. In entrambe le stanze nelle quali siamo state ci hanno fornito un solo asciugamano (e noi eravamo in due) e due teli doccia entrambi sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere il cambio entrambe le volte.
Il letto della seconda camera era terribile. Sprofondava ed era scomodissimo. Ho dormito poco e male tutte e quattro le notti.

Самая замороченная система онлайн регистрации из всех , какие встречались, мало того, что ты должен ввести все свои паспортные данные, обязательно еще карту с кодом, что мне показалось странным, но пока мы не ввели , кода не приходили. А с поселением тот еще квест, вместо того, чтобы гулять Будапештом, мы потратили 3 часа и кучу нервов на заселение. Заезд заявлен в 15.00, а кода от миллиона дверей прислали только к 16ти часам, никакого видео-помощи , как добраться через кучу коридоров, холлов, поворотов, этажей, лифт, где Кей-бокс, все разбросано и неточно, только к 18ти мы попали в номер, перед этим нужно еще скачать приложение, только через которое можно открыть дверь. В общем то еще приключение. В номере душевая дверь не закрывается, после каждого похода в душ вода стояла до коридора, ножного полотенца не было, душевых принадлежностей нет, кроме мыла, розетки поломаны, телевизор не работает. При этом на телефон не отвечают, общение только через почту. На следующий день пришел мастер починить телевизор, посмеялся, сказал ничего не может сделать. За номер заплатили 2 ночи 200 евро. Да и еще выселение в 10, за следующий час штрафуют на 30 евро . НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!

Die Ausstattung ist super, die Betten sind sehr gut. Alles klimatisiert, was bei 32 Grad für eine gute Abkühlung und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment führt.

Einzig die Lage, sehr zentral
Der Ablauf der Dusche funktionierte nicht und das ganze Bad war ūberschwemmt. Obwohl es uns versprochen wurde, wurde es nicht in Ordnung gebracht und wir bekamen auch keine neuen Tūcher, da wir diese brauchten, um das ganze Wasser aufzunehmen. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, sie hātten keine Zeit gehabt, sie schicken jemanden am nāchsten Tag. Aber es kam wieder niemand. Ab dann reagierten sie nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten.
Nachdem ich einen Teil des Geldes zurūckforderte, kam eine Nachricht, sie hātten jemanden geschickt, es sei alles in Ordnung gewesen und wir hātten auch neue Tūcher bekommen. Was alles nicht stimmt! Wir mussten 4 Tage mit der kaputten Dusche leben ohne frische Tūcher.
Der Aufenthalt im Vagabond war eine reine Enttāuschung und niemals das Geld wert.

דירה מאוד גדולה עם מרפסת, מטבח מאובזר ומזגנים בחדרי השינה.
הדירה הייתה נקיה ולא חסכו בנייר טואלט וחומרי רחצה, ניתנו 4 קפסולות לשימוש במכונת האספרסו- יותר מבדר"כ.
קיבלנו את המייל עם קוד הכניסה ממש סמוך לשעת ההגעה וזה קצת הלחיץ, עדיף לקבל יום לפני בייחוד כאשר מטיילים עם ילדים.
לא פגשנו אף איש צוות הכל נעשה באמצעות מיילים- עדיף ליידע מראש אודות כך- יש אנשים שחשוב להם שתהיה קבלה.

Грязно (к чемодану приклеилась чья-то жвачка). Ужасно организованный check-in, фактически ты себя сам регистрируешь через уйму непонятных приложений. На мои вопросы так и не ответили, пришлось по месту разбираться. Сотрудник не понял, что я гость (хотя это было очевидно, я говорила про регистрацию!) и предложил мне платное хранение багажа (потом уже выяснилось, что для гостей оно бесплатное). Выезд в 10! Утра! Ну а заезд с 15. Спасибо что украли 5 часов из моего оплаченного пребывания.

El apartamento era muy grande y la ubicación era inmejorable, en una zona muy céntrica, con transporte cerca y mucha restauración en los alrededores.
La cama no era muy cómoda y tuvimos varios problemas con las llaves del alojamiento que hicieron que nos estuvieran llamando durante todo el viaje.

الموقع بالسنتر كل شي قريب منك موقع باص المطار لا يبعد الا ثلاث دقايق مشي الشقة كانت وسيعة ومرتبه ومتكامله الادوات من غسالة الملابس الكاويه المايكرويف الك القهوة مع الكبسولات كل شي متوفر للامانه خيار جيد جدا
بصراحه انزعجت بس وجود مكيف ولما يعطونا الريموت بحجة انا مالك لم يعطيهم الريموت وهذا غير صحيح واعرف انهم يراوغون بالكلام لانها ليست المره الاولى التي اسكن في الفندق وحصل نفس الموقف المكيف لا يعمل الا بمزاجهم وعند وصولنا كان الجو حاااار جدا بالنهار لكن بالليل لا باس واحضرو لنا مروحه كما انني لا انصح لا انصح لا انصح بالسكن على الشقق المطله ع الشارع هناك ازعاج رهيب جدا سواً النوافذ مفتوحه او مغلقه السكارى يملاؤن الشارع حتى الصباح والصراخ و الضحك بشكل لا يطاق

Location is great. Reception staff are very kind.
We didn't want to share our personal info with online check-in, except the time of arrival (we've got 10 messages about it from the hotel 🙄 including the very first Booking.com msg to NOT additionally share personal info anymore), and at the arrival, we had to wait more than an hour to get into the room...

Nos alojamos en Vagabond Downtown el pasado fin de semana, reservamos un apartamento para dos personas y las instalaciones nos sorprendieron. Limpio y agradable, con un tamaño estándar bastante bueno y con todos los servicios de baño, ducha y cocina en orden. Además, nos dejaron algunos sobres de té y café que agradecimos.
La ubicación para nosotras es inmejorable, nos facilito nuestras visitas turísticas por la ciudad y agradecimos la cercanía a los puntos clave.
Nos facilitaron dejar las maletas el ultimo día para aprovechar la mañana antes de nuestro vuelo y en general el personal amable al estilo Budapest.
Lo principal fue que debíamos entrar al apartamento a la 15h, sin embargo, no estaba preparado, habíamos llegado con antelación y nos confirmaron que a las 15h estaría listo. Cuando volvimos a la recepción seguía sin estar listo para entrar, lo estaban limpiando en ese momento. No entramos hasta las 15:30 y realmente por presión. Esto nos hizo modificar todo nuestro plan del día, cancelar un tour que teníamos por la ciudad y cierta incomodidad ya que si el alojamiento lo debemos abandonar los huéspedes a las 10 am no entendimos por qué a la hora indicada apenas lo estaban limpiando.
Nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas y volver después antes de las 20h que cerraban recepción, pero realmente no nos encajaba por tiempos ir y volver así que si o si nos quedamos a esperar y a reorganizar el dia.

Konum olarak tam merkezde yemek, ulaşım, eğlence mekanlarına yürüyüş mesafesi olarak en fazla 5 dakika , resepsiyondaki insanlar çok samimi çok kaliteli insanlar birdaha gelirsem birdaha kalırım .
Beğenmediğim hiçbirşeyi yok . Belki saç kurutma makinesi biraz daha kaliteli olabilirdi ama genede harika bir yerdi.

That was the best apartment in Budapest🙏 The location was exactly in the Center of Budapest, everywhere we could get by walking and by metro.. The apartment was very confortable, big, shiny and clean..we will come back for sure.. The receptionists Stefan and Monica were so helpfull, kind and nice people, who were there for us with so kindly way..thank you for everything

La ubicación es excelente en pleno centro de la ciudad, y a un paso de lineas de metro que conectan con toda la ciudad. Ademas la habitación completa cama cómoda, baño nuevo y limpio, cocina pequeña pero muy útil para unos dias.
