Great location, super apartment

Apartment was exactly as described. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach and new town. Equally you can be in the old town/shopping centre in 5-10 mins. The balcony is a nice size and was comfortable to sit and relax. Kitchen has a great set up, large fridge. Really nice touch with water, chocolate and crisps left out for our arrival. Towels and sheets were all changed mid week. We had a perfect week here and will return in future!

Safe was not working. Was not an issue for us as we always carry valuables with us.

Very pleased with choice of apartment

Location good - clean spacious apartment - very comfortable beds - nice to have clean towels

Key necessary for entrance and strangely exit from pool area - a bit awkward - for some reason noise /voices from neighbouring apartments quite loud in bedrooms

We had a pleasant stay, location for us being elderly and having walking problems was not ideal

the kitchen was good, showers good, comfortable bed, outdoor furniture on balcony good.

views from the balcony were slightly misleading on the ad as there were rooftops, sky dishes etc before the sea view. We were there 9 nights, the towels were changed after 3 nights but no more and bedding not changed at all. The TV didn't work but we didn't bother to contact anyone about this even though these things should be checked before arrival.

Very good

Very clean, spacious, decent size terrace, has a well-equipped kitchen, smart TV and wifi, bedrooms en-suite. Good location near amenities but not noisy. Water in the fridge on arrival plus snacks, toiletries in shower, so it felt very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We really liked it overall. One issue is that the blinds in the sitting room were broken so it was too bright. I believe they are going to fix that. The resort doesn’t seem geared toward staying with kids which wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent value for spacious modern apartment in great Puerto del Carmen location

Good location within walking distance of beach and bars/restaurant/shopping areas. Accommodation was modern, clean with good appliances - large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, coffee-maker, TV with Netflix, good WiFi. Spacious with nice verandah and good view, large bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom/showers. Our host Cristina was very helpful with quick responses to any questions or requests. Overall very comfortable and good value for the location and quality of apartment.

Can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like.

Appatment was close to everything but on top of a steep hill. Easy to get down but not easy to get back, especially in the heat or with a baby in a buggy.

brilliant

the property was very clean and comfortable. it has everything you could possibly need including washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and iron.

The hill leading up to the property from the main drag is a killer. it’s really steep and even difficult to walk down. There is a type of alleyway with steps down to the front but these don’t have lighting. they’re certainly easier to climb but you really need a torch.

Location was perfect, very central, easy walk to old town and main strip! Apartment is huge and beautiful, very high standard, photos don't do this property justice! Staff were fantastic any questions we had we just messaged them and got replies almost instantly and they organised our taxi back to the airport, would highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nothing too much trouble for the hosts of this apartment

would’ve been useful to have an information manual there on how to get rid of rubbish etc

very disappointing and total waste of money.

Not at all child friendly. big tiled staircase and big steps inside with no railings or barriers. this property is not at all accessible or suitable for young families. it’s impossible with a buggy and very dangerous for a toddler. Not to mention the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (which are downstairs) were covered in ants (some of them large flying ants).

Perfect Holiday

The apartment was modern, spacious with a seaview. The bedrooms both had a modern ensuite. The king-size bed was so comfortable. We stayed for 3 weeks & didn't want to leave. We could not fault a thing. The kitchen was well equipment & there was also an additional toilet. The host was very helpful & answered our questions very quickly. Also arrange a taxi to the airport on our request.

The resort is 1st class. Food excellent and reasonably priced. People very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

The dreaded Hill from the promenade up to the apartments . Not good for people of a certain age or if you have bad knees.

Well equipped

The seaview is obstructed. The pool area didnt have any sunbeds. Noisy neighbour right next door , 4 nights out 9 loud talking at 3 am with extremely annoying voice

The big hill that you have to walk up to get there isn't suitable for children or people with bad backs. The sea view is very clever what you actually see is satellites and roofs. For the money this place isnt worth it, when the apartments across the road costs less

Great balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun lounges couldn't have managed without this when everything was in lockdown

Lovely spacious apartment, pictures do no do it justice. Our stay was cut short by recent events so will definately return in the future. Great location very central close to lots of bars and restaurants but on quite complex. Carmen who we have been in contact with over various things is a pleasure to deal with and always very prompt with replies to our enquiries a big thanks to her.
