Nasty DONT WASTE YOUR $

Not a thing!!

Everything the place was a dump!!!! And Everything was broken DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Ended up leaving early and paying for a hotel with my family of 6 thanks for costing me tons of extra money had to buy an air mattress because the couch bed was disgusting) no toilet paper no soap dirty dishes in the dish washer and what was clean was rusty fecal matter in the toilet sand in the tub old food in the microwave the beds squeeked so loud with every movement dryer did not work left me with a ton of wet clothes none of the tvs worked at all had to set my 71 yo father in law up with my phone as a TV among so many more things and when I tried to call to speak to someone they would on email me

The villa was dirty, the TV's were broken, the kitchen had sticky stuff on the counter and tables. The shelf in bathroom was broken, and filter in the vent didn't fit and was very dirty. When I arrived there was no parking.

The walk to the beach

The pet smell was very loud,not clean, dust everywhere,busted up furniture. the dishwasher was full of smelly dirty water and leaking on the floor,trash cans outside were full, shower curtain rod rusty,toilet was dirty! Very unsanitized, I was very disappointed, uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I call several times,the first time I was told someone would be there in the morning at 9am,no one showed up. I called 2 times after that and all I got was voice mail. It's bad business to just take someone's money and not render the services properly. I demand a refund!

Close to the beach. Livingroom couch was comfortable and appeared to be new.

The beds were broken, squeaky, and uncomfortable. Large heavily stained ottoman in the middle of the living room. Splintered and loose screw stairs.

i didn’t get to stay they ripped me off straight up

this company/property straight up ripped me off .. I paid for 4 days at this location and they had rented it out to someone else when I arrived to the site there was a person in the unit 3 that I had already prepaid back in march for reservations 15-19 they it was rescheduled for September 21-25 and mind you I call the day before to make sure everything was correct and with my reservations so the lady told me yes the reservation was still active so we arrived at 9:30pm 9/21/22 and someone in the unit and they harassed me about a 200$ rescheduling fee the whole time up until the day before our arrival be didn’t mention the rescheduling fee before the reservation was rescheduled so at this point we’re stock in SC after driving 6 hours away coming from Va with 3 small children we us we also paid a pet fee which we didn’t bring our dog this company then they wrote me talking about I arrived late I guess that why the unit was rented out and the said they would accommodate me and my family after we done had to rent another condo due to not being able to get stay in the unit we clearly paid for and they will be hearing from my attorney because bottom line this place is bad for business and straight up rip me off out of my money and made my vacation crappy experience 😩

very dirty and not clean beds were old and run down and the place was not cleaned at all and there were hardly any dishes to cook with and roaches came out at night cause place was not secure and clean. horrible stay and if you want to be comfortable you better spend a day cleaning up really good and go buy your own sheets and pillows and covers and pay a $112 cleaning fee at booking

We had a good time in North Myrtle beach. Place is so so.

It’s a very nice location, close to the beach and very cute with a lot of potential. The price felt fair for the amount of time we stayed. The grill was a nice touch and we enjoyed the screened in porch. You can have a very nice time here.

We had quite a few issues as soon as we arrived. The door code wasn’t correct, the beds hadn’t been cleaned or changed. The washer machine didn’t work. We emailed the property manager and she did take care of all the issues the next day. That’s why we are leaving a little bit better of a review. If she hadn’t fixed the issues, this would sound a lot different. She had someone come out the next day and bring new appliances and furniture and bedding and we really appreciated that. The location is nice and you can have a lot of fun there. The mattress are horrible and need to be changed that would help a lot.

Disappointing

Super close the the beach

Wasn't given the correct code for the door. Couldn't reach host to get it for over an hour and the pull out bed was broke and the washer was broke and couldn't get on wifi and couldn't get ahold of the owners for any help left messages never heard back. The parking was ridiculous too. We only brought one vehicle and had to fight to keep our designated parking spot.

Never again will I come back.

Overcharged. Had no supplies like listed. Not very clean.Very very rude host that you will have to call over 30 times to get ahold of them.Hair clogged up the shower so bad there was a 3 foot long glob of hair dangling from the drain. Washer sounded like it was going to blow up. The floor was more comfortable than any of the beds in the unit.And not to mention you will be dining and cooking with your pals the roaches! So enjoy! I would not recommend staying here until it’s updated and completely fixed up. Also read online there’s a few lawsuits on the ownr after a worker told me, over the conditions his units are in. Don’t walk the other way from this, but RUN!

it’s not what they said it was washer was broke walked into glass all over the floor from a table holes in the walls the sofa bed was broken couldn’t use it and the mattress was put on lower bunk bed in the one room tub did not drain that well filled with water when taken a shower and some lights did not work in there and when we came back late one night found out the place has cockroaches and not just one a bunch of them called them and got a run around owners wouldn’t even do anything for us and a person came out dropped off spray instead of doing anything for the cockroaches paid 1500 and some change and wasn’t what it was made up to be and I can deal with small stuff but I stop when there is cockroaches or anything like that never again and they don’t even tell the next people coming into stay there about anything and cleaners done clean for anything 5 min there if that and gone I’m not the only person that had problems this stay other person moved out very next day dealing with the property owners

Cozy little house

It was very convenient to the beach! It was a cozy little house.

I didnt like the struggle of parking and we had to kill a couple of roaches while there. There was supposed to be a pull out couch but it was broken.

I liked that it was close to the beach and a good price

One villa had one too many visitors and people were parked in the wrong parking spots. One woman was threatening to pop tires and next day I was accused of being the person doing the threatening. I called the office and request to be moved and offered to pay for an upgrade. They offered me a villa half the size of mine for double the price. The bedroom didn't have a remote and the house was dirty when we got there.

When I arrive at this location. I had the address and the door pin code that was sent to me. I called the check in number and waited only to find out that my reservation didn’t properly go through. The desk clerk was more interested in getting off work at 4 then seeing what went wrong with my reservation. I did the rental agreement online as instructed and everything. I was told the property manager would call me and I never received a call. I called several times and left messages. I finally received a email the next day concerning the reservation. I was treated very poorly. These people did absolutely nothing to assist me with the problem. Sad part is in the email it said they were completely book however the property I was scheduled to stay in was still vacant the very next day. They left me high and dry thank goodness I was able to find a hotel nearby

I wouldn't stay any more the unit wasn't clean the mattress cover on both beds was dirty The legs on dinning table was broken. The chairs I'm the living room had stains in both chairs. I just wasn't pleased with the unit at all. Management didn't get back in touch with me. On top of that the toilet stop flushing I had to put water in it so it would flush. TV in the bed room didn't have a remote.

I didn't like the fact when we cooked roaches came out of everything.. Stove refrigerator even the cabinets. Killed at least 7 or 8. It needs to be bomb. A frying pan was put away and still had egg in it. Overall we njoyed our vacation because of the location.

Walk to beach long.Beach nice. Room dirty. Very disappointing.

Fans and lights in 2 rooms didn't work. Reported but not fixed. Walls dirty everywhere. Shower rod rusted and pulling out. Was charged for extra car but spaces not there often everyone was angry. They said they paid for parking too. Beds covered in plastic which made it hot but were hard as a rock and sounded like they were falling down when you moved. Had to pull up on bathroom door to latch it. Pool was a 20 minute drive and we had to pay to use. Picture looked like it was there but when I called to complain and ask for a refund when we got to room was told no refunds. It is crazy to list pool that is in different town from room. It is a tiny pool that is in a fitness center basically for senior citizens and the indoor pool is used for seniors till 1 but not told that upfront and was offered the outside pool but half of it was being used for seniors swimming laps. The other people we talked to that were staying in same building were as disappointed as we were. We believed the rating and comments on booking.com but will think twice before doing so again. I didn't even mention the roaches in kitchen and bathroom.

Poximity to the beach was great for the price

Property was unclean inside and out, AC did not work for the entire visit. First night was spent with NO AC. It was 84 degrees at 9PM INSIDE. The portable unit we were provided with leaked and ruined 2 backpacks we left on the floor by the table. One contained my $1300 tablet which no longer works due to water damage. We have not been contacted nor offered any consideration at all. In addition, we suffered several insect bites from something there and had to be treated with antibiotics from the local clinic. SMH
