Located 6km from Cassis and 10km from La Ciotat, it allows you quick access to the beaches and the creeks, while avoiding the nuisances of the summer season and enjoying the tranquility and all the amenities.
Capacity 8 people + 1 baby.
Ground floor: Large 35m² living and dining room, American kitchen, 1 sitting / reading room, 1 toilet, terrace.
Below, pool area and separate bedroom with shower room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed, one with shower, 1 bathroom (shower + bath) and 1 toilet.
Cot and high chair available for baby.
The covered terrace, facing south, is 30m² and overlooks the relaxation pool area. The pool measures 2.5mx3. 5mx1. 5m deep. The whole house is equipped with all amenities, quiet, open view of the hills.
All the necessary comfort is offered: tv, internet wifi, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine, plancha ..., free parking at 30m, shops nearby in the village (max 300m: pharmacies, bakeries, mini-market, press, tobacco, fruit and vegetables, butchery ...).
