Can be better

Good location near everything

Staff bring only water and clean towel / bed was not changed never / washrooms was not clean never / floor was not mopped at all , each room very big dust specialy on curtains!!! Insects small in the kitcken and seatting area . Doors are not properly closed so there is gap between and all insects can enter from outside. Pool was clean

Comfy, Clean, all you can ask for. Fantastic self catering unit.

Private pool was a bonus. Barbeque facilities also a bonus. Fantastic hosts. Loved the little pub/bar with friendliest owner (Lucky) right next door. Comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms are lovely. Cleanliness superb. More than adequate space. Overall fantastic stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

The location was a little confusing as there are 2 different locations for this property, so I suggest getting the contact information for the lady that hands over the keys is best, so that taxi driver can communicate directly with property. Maybe just add a kettle to kitchen.

The private pool was great. The house was clean and the room and the staff was friendly and helpful

AC was not up cooling very well, but that was rectified as soon as we informed the staff. The water pressure in the showers was low.

I will give 4 out of 10. Stayed for 3 nights and for the value paid it averagely met the expectation

The swimming pool temperature well maintained.

1. Water pressure in all the toilets were bad and the shower heads are rusted and clogged. 2. You have to call or text the housekeeping and wait for 30min to attend to your needs as they are not in house keeping. 3. The town isnt walking distance and availability of tuk tuk are rare near the villa. 4. Many types of insects around the villa. Not advisable if you are travelling with young kids. 5. Clock battery not changed 6. Insufficient towels and toilet essentials

Spacious house. Very helpful, responsive and kind staff, good WiFi connection.

On pictures looks the house much better. In reality the house needs renovation, especially the outer part with the pool. The garden furniture is in very bad shape. Was not dirty, but it could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. No moskito nets on windows.

The property is decently close to the main beach - 10 min tuktuk ride. The staff were friendly and helped with booking the tuktuks. Complained about the pool being dirty and shower pressure being low and staff came to fix it ASAP, although the pressure issue was not resolved.

The drains smelt really bad, infact the smell was so bad, someone in our group was unable to sleep at night. The property looks old and not modern. Shower pressure is VERY low.

Quiet stay for friends/couples

After seeing how touristy Ao Nang is near the beach, I was glad this villa was further away from it. It was in a good location walkable to some nice restaurants and 7-11. We loved being able to use the washer and there were 3 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Communication through WhatsApp with the hosts was very good.

The villa was clean, but not spotless. The initial address we gave our driver was not correct so we had to search KG Villas specifically in order for the right address to come up. The address alone without the location name was not correct and 0.5 mile away. Wasn't a huge deal, but good to know for future visitors.

It was a great experience and I really enjoyed it

The villas size are just perfect for 4 people. The bed are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with utensils and got washing machine as well! You can either relax on the coach while watching netflix or just chilling in the swimming pool accompanied by a big unicorn (lifebouy)😆 They also got bbq stove next to the pool.

The shower are bit slow. Other than that, everything are fine.

Villas had everything that you need for your stay: beds were comfortable, pool was fun to get refreshed in, space was clean. Location was quiet and a part from the main roads, but short walk distance from restaurants, shops (7-10min).

We booked a private pool villa, its anything but private the hotel reception was inside our villa, could it be any more private? And we specifically booked a villa with washing machine because we had lot of wet clothes. But unfortunately the washing machine didn’t work and i asked them about it. They said to go out villa and search for a laundry. Other than that room was clean and well sanitised.

The villa was a 2 bedroom pool villa. The pool was clean and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice kitchen with all the appliances, a washing machine and a locked carpark in front of the villa for a family this would be a great place about 15 minutes to the beach

They were doing construction in front of the villa and the noise was annoying, They offered me another room but we decided we needed to get back up country after the sandbox
