We arrived at 12:30 and they told us that our room is being cleaned so we can checkin at 2:00. After we checked in we found that the room was not cleaned at all and dusty We had few lizards not gickos inside the room. We had to live with it as they are not harmful Breakfast options are not much. But they are willing to prepare the food you like if you ask

Красивая территория, уютные просторные номера с террасой! Чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Красивый бассейн. Мы были на машине, поэтому местоположение относительно моря нам было не важно. Но пешком не дойти. Домики находятся на очень крутой горе, персонал завозит на машинах. Пешком комфортно только вниз. Следовательно иногда машину нужно подождать. Утром спускаясь на завтрак, лучше взять вещи все с собой, если вы планируете потом куда то ехать, так как возвращаться за ними далеко. Рядом есть супермаркеты 7/11 и Лотус. Вокруг ломиков бегают белки, а так же раз за 4 дня приходили обезьяны, взрослые вели себя агрессивно, поэтому мы закрылись в домике и наблюдали за ними через стекло.

Не понравились завтраки, так же было ощущение, что место завтраков не особо чистое.

Lovely stay with gorgeous views

The views from the balcony are amazing and fare amount of options with the included breakfast. I loved the roti! I would recommend staying here.

Keep in mind it is an alcohol free facility. Which then again you might want to be careful of anyway with the steep hills/stairs. Also, the room service food is not good at all - save your money and go to some of the other great restaurants downtown.

Wouldn’t recommend

I would not recommend staying at this property, there are far nicer resorts in the area with better location and facilities. The rooms are all located on steep hills therefore they offer a shuttle service to and from reception however you could be waiting in the sweltering Thai heat for 15 minutes before one arrives. There is nowhere to wait with A/C. The pool is far too small for the size of the hotel, the sun beds are all quickly occupied. We had food by the pool and saw how it was prepared and lost our appetite. The rooms are dated, lights were flickering, requested for an iron and ironing board, took 40 mins to arrive and didn’t bring an ironing board so had to wait longer. Choose somewhere else closer to the beach for the same price

The staff quality is poor , the shuttle is bad , insects keep coming inside the room , breakfast is very unhygienic I think they do not understand what hospitality is It should not come in your search on top and should be rated as a 2 star property

Estadia excepcional em vários sentidos

Estadia excepcional em vários sentidos. Café da manhã estilo buffet, com uma variedade imensa de opções ocidentais e tailandesas. Quarto extremamente confortável. Cama e banheiro impecáveis. Infraestrutura excepcional com piscina borda infinita e muita área verde no entorno. Oferecem 2 garrafas de água gratuitas por dia por casal, kit higiene, roupões, chinelos, pantufas, bolsa grande de palha, tem frigobar, cofre. Disponibilizam um transfer até o centro de aonang gratuitamente 3 vezes ao dia (só a ida, as 10 hs, 15 hs e 19 hs), para ir por conta própria eles mesmos chamam um tuk tuk e vc paga ao tuk tuk 100bath cada trecho.

por ser muito grande, precisamos ficar aguardando o carrinho pra ir até a recepção, e de volta pra o quarto. Poderiam passar com um pouco mais de frequência.

Ratten in den Zimmern - nie wieder würde ich hier übernachten

Das Resort an sich war traumhaft, mitten im Wald aber trotzdem zentral zu Ao Nang gelegen. Mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle oder Tuk Tuk für 100 Baht kommt man in weniger als 10 Minuten in die Stadt und zum Strand. Die Villen sind wunderschön eingerichtet und grundsätzlich auch sauber ABER es gibt Ratten in den Zimmern. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttle Transfer zu den Zimmern hat gut funktioniert und war sehr witzig. Der Poolbereich ist gut aber mit zu wenig Liegen und Schattenplätzen ausgestattet. Hier sollte man früh kommen und sich eine Liege mit Schirm reservieren. Massage war super wenn auch teurer als in der Stadt. Frühstück war top. 7 11 vor dem Resort war super für Einkäufe.

Traumhaftes Resort aber die Ratten in den Zimmern gehen gar nicht. Deshalb rate ich jedem davon ab hier zu buchen. Wir hatten erst eine Treetop Villa. An Tag 2 haben wir Kratzen und Quicken in den Wandpaneelen über dem Bett gehört. Dann haben wir draußen 2 Ratten gesehen, wie sie die Abflussrohre zum Zimmer hochgerannt sind. Zusätzlich haben wir Rattenkot im Zimmer gefunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit aber auch sehr entspannt (fast so als wäre das ein altbekanntes Problem). Ein Techniker hat sich dann das Zimmer angeschaut und uns gezeigt, dass die Wandpaneele oben offen sind und die Ratten hier jederzeit von der Wand ins Zimmer gelangen können. Und das direkt über dem Bett. Nachdem der Techniker die Ratten auch gehört hat durften wir das Zimmer wechseln. Hier haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Villa mit Whirlpool bekommen weil sonst nichts mehr frei war. Beim ersten Blick durch das Zimmer ist uns auch hier Rattenkot an mehreren Stellen aufgefallen. Wir haben das der Rezeption gemeldet aber die Mitarbeiterin hat das wohl nicht ganz verstanden also wurde nichts mehr unternommen vom Hotel. An Entspannung ist da nicht zu denken. Sehr schade, ein traumhaftes Resort, wirklich schön und die Mitarbeiter sind wie gesagt sehr bemüht ausgezeichneten Servive zu bieten. Aber die Ratten in den Zimmern gehen gar nicht. Uns tut die Bewertung wirklich leid weil es wie gesagt grundsätzlich ein wunderbares Resort ist und die Mitarbeiter die freundlichsten Menschen sind aber hätten wir das vorher gewusst hätten wir wo anders gebucht.

Superbe !

Hôtel magnifique !!! Lés bungalow sont splendides dans un écrin de verdure très appréciable ( cela change un peu des hôtels conventionnels) Servuce de navettes pour les déplacements dans l’hôtel. La piscine est somptueuse en terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle. Pas très loin du centre en touk touk. Le restaurant est bon et l’accueil impeccable !

Fantastic stay at a rain forest oasis in busy and vibrant Ao Nang

Beautiful grounds that five you the feeling of being in the natural beauty of the rainforest while being only minutes away from the bustling beach area.

Not a deal breaker for us but the whole property is on a very steep hill so you are reliant on taking free shuttle up and down.

Wonderful and a must try!

We will never forget our incredible experience at this property. You literally stay in what feel to be treehouses perched within the jungle canopy. The employees were wonderful and kind and always available to help. The location is great, just at the top of the main road so you’re not directly within the more energetic stretches of the road. A must try for sure!

The only thing I might say is that the facilities could use a little help but it is nothing that will affect your stay. The facilities are very clean.

Will be coming back for this amazing experience

The location of the hotel is magnificent and magical. Staying in the jungle was amazing. The steep hill up to the room was not a problem since the drivers of the shuttle were always there for you no matter what was the time of the day. A lot of wildlife here, we had been drinking coconuts in the balcony and went inside for a few minutes. Once we looked at the balcony - 10 monkeys were enjoying our coconuts. Was an amazing experience. Glad that the room service was quick to help to clean up the mess monkeys left. Close to Ao Nang centre; easily walkable. Sadly no crosswalk to 711 but it’s easy to cross the road either way once you get used to the dynamics of the traffic. The breakfast was a 10/10.

I wouldn’t count this as a disadvantage, since this is a jungle. But we’ve encountered a bunch of different insects in our house, cockroaches and other species.

We was very satisfied to stay there.

Very varied food, great breakfast. The hotel restaurant is great. The territory of the hotel is very nice. I feel like stay as a botanical garden. There is good swimming pool. The houses (rooms) stand far from each other. The hotel has a special car, only for taking guests to the rooms.

It's a long way to the sea, but the hotel takes you to the sea three times per day.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Surrounded by nature and fresh air. Amazing staff friendly happy and full of life. Hotel is easy to access via any means of transport. Close to the town and beach

At night my partner and I go lost finding our room at night time and started wondering around in the dark. Looking back at it now it was funny..

Beautiful secluded jungle stay

Amazing again. We visited once before and again it was great. Views are amazing, pool is great and all huts are beautiful and very comfortable (we’ve stayed in 3 different ones so far).

Quite a climb down to the pool/street if you’re in one of the upper huts. But if you’re willing to wait a little while the staff is happy to pick you up in their shuttle.

although it was recommended by my friend who stayed here before, overall we all regret about choosing this hotel.

the nature in the hotel and the territory inside are nice

1) noise from the road makes the experience a bit controversial. you expect to find yourself in the jungle but everywhere you also head highway…. 2) room was dirty, low quality of cleaning. bedsheet the impression that somebody used it before you. this point was very dissapointing 3) location is not good, garbage around and big road

A very unique experience if you don't mind the distance from Aonang Beach.

Very interesting experience of living on the mountain and access to the room by the hotel van. The ride is like a forest adventure, especially at night with all the lights on. The swimming pool view is amazing, overlook the big garden that you can take a walk in. One of the staff Farrokh is very nice and helpful :) !

It's really hard to carry the luggage from the hotel van drop point to the room but luckily the staff will help. But still a challenge when you want to check out and bring the luggage out. (may be able to ask staff for help again) Breakfast is mediocre and often finished if you go a bit too late. A bit distance from Aonang Beach, walk is 30mins or you can ask hotel to organise transportation. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold but after I complained the hotel fixed it.

Stunning setting but rooms need a lot of TLC.

Gorgeous setting and stunning pool area, staff were friendly.

The room needed a lot of TLC and wasn’t very clean. TV was thick with dust, bed drapes were dirty and couldn’t use outside bath as it had an ant infestation. Wicker seating outside had holes in it, railings were all chipped of paint and decking was well overdue a varnish. Pool bar was also closed.
