Agréable retour à Plovdiv

Accueil chaleureux, très gentil et gentleman, appartement spacieux et agréable, très appréciable d’avoir un accès fumeur avec balcon, proche du centre ville et de la gare.

Une literie plus épaisse n’aurai pas été de refus c’est le seul bémol.

Tenía cocina, es amplio y estaba limpio.

La ubicación no es muy cómoda, además toda la calle estaba en unas obras gigantes(cosa que no se nos avisó) por lo que por la mañana había muchísimo ruido, era imposible dormir. A eso se suma el frío que hace en el dormitorio, ya que la sala si está caliente pero el dormitorio en invierno está helado. El agua caliente de la ducha dura poco así que si se ducha más de uno tenéis que repartir. También el papel higiénico , solo medio rollo para dos días.

Spacious apartment a short walk from train/bus station

Huge apartment equipped with modern furnishings and equally massive bed (I've never encountered a king-sized bed on my apartment stays! :D). Clean and comfortable. Easy key pick-up and drop-off. Good location close to train and bus stations and a pleasant walk up to the city centre/main attractions.

- Kitchen could have been better equipped (more than one mug) - You can hear traffic in the bedroom at night as though a window were open

Cheap, cosy and good located apartment. But noisy.

Big, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Quite close to main attractions and very close to railways. Large bed and sofa. Pretty fast internet.

It was very noisy. Thin walls + construction works = bad morning. Plus there was a burglary in the stairwell at night that the owner didn't care about...

It was close to railstation and city center.

The road was very noisy during the night. A lot of traffic during the night.

Excellent short stay apartment

First floor flat with balcony view. Large bed to accommodate dad, mum and kid. Very conveniently located. Its near the station, bus station, Kapana city centre and Plovdiv medical university. Friendly host. Good kitchenette and lounge.

Poor double glazing leaking sound from the main road below. People not used to busy roads might find the noise annoying.

Noisy, not very clean but good location and nice owner

Close to the train station and to the city center. Owner was amazing : he answered quickly, allowed me to check in earlier and provided me with laundry powder.

BUT this flat definitely needs some improvements. First of all, the windows… isolation is so bad, I could here the traffic of the boulevard right under the flat as well as if windows were opened. Also, there were no shutter to properly hide sunlight, neither street lamps or noise. So you wake up because it’s too noisy and because of daylight (I am adding a pic of the bedroom taken around midnight to show you the light coming from outside). Not a calm and good place to take a rest. Also, the flat was not cleaned before I arrive : toilet seat was dirty, the bath carpet was very dirty (see picture), crumbs on the table and the floor was pretty gross (I could see stains !). I doubt it is deeply cleaned between each guest, I think a quick cleaning is made and basta. Really disappointed, I had better expectations for this flat as the price was quite high.

Friendly and attentive host. Smooth check-in/check-out.

The property is a bit dated with a number of small annoyances that need fixing. For instance, the toilet cistern won't stop leaking; the kitchen tap drips, the bedroom mattress is really uncomfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is not the best to sleep on. As well the windows' frames installed have very poor noise insulation. The outer noise sensation in the bedroom is like you're outside or with open windows. The boulevard beneath is noisy. Other than that, the appointment is really reasonably priced and for a one night stay it is okay.

Great Apartment Near the Railway Station

Apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, and featured a large balcony facing the street. Bedroom was spacious as well and bed was comfortable. Kitchenette had all the necessary utensils and dishes for cooking food. Bathroom was clean and included a shower compartment – no problems with warm water. I received most of the information about the apartment from the manager via online messaging. I was met by someone to hand me the keys, but when leaving, I just needed to drop the keys in the letter box. The building is only a few hundred metres from the railway station and a little over a kilometre from the old town. There’s a large shopping centre with a supermarket nearby.

The apartment is so beautiful. The bed is big. I loved the color combination. I loved the idea that i can make food. The aircondition is so good. All the things is almost new or new i guess. Delfina is so nice, she try her best to communicate and talk to us.

The chair. They need to replace the chair for the heavy people like me and my husband 😁😉.
