Our home has 3 1/2 + bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, with an Indoor heated pool, and Dock, So bring your own boat, waterskies, jet ski's, and paddle boards kayaks, and don't forget your bathing suit! Stainless steel appliances, stainless steel gas grill, nice patio furniture, Horseshoe pit, basketball hoop, zipline, outdoor shower, cable and WIFI, professionally cleaned,

This is our second wonderful family vacation here. The location of house and house to pond are perfect. The heated indoor pool,the beach,dock,six or so kayaks and sups, seven comfortable Adirondack chairs and outdoor table,hammock,huge parking area,lots of paper goods were great. The neighbors were friendly.
The one drawback is the house needs more care. The outdoor and indoor showers and first floor lighting need attention .

The house was very clean and organized. There is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The spot on the beach is great, dock and kayaks etc.. We rented a boat and enjoyed the lake. Close to shopping and salt water beaches, golfing etc. The only item is the lighting in kitchen , is difficult without the stove counter lighting to cook in evening. other than that the property was very nice.

Place was nice. Pool was the key selling point for a winter trip. Tv in every room, but I think something was wrong w the xfinity. Only master bedroom worked with Netflix to watch. That was a huge bummer. If it was warmer weather wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. They had lots of things to do for nice weather but wasn’t the time of year. House was over all nice and relaxing.

The home left much to be desired. It was very musty, and the home had many shortcomings: Outside shower did not work, inside shower was broken and only the handheld nozzle worked and not that well. The dishwasher had to be replaced and the new one did not fit the opening at all. Windows upstairs could not be opened unless the screens were removed because the cranks were broken. Many ceiling fans did not turn on. The property was littered with old non usable moldy furniture and the basketball hoop was set too low for use. Overall a total disaster. We left a week early and were glad we did!

House was very unique and in a perfect spot! We fully enjoyed every minute.
Not a factor in our vacation but more to owner… very few lights worked. The house was very dark. We tried to change light bulbs but were unsuccessful getting some lights to work. Also there are no wine glasses -we bought plastic ones.

This was our second time staying at this property and I don't expect it will be our last. Quiet location right on the lake yet close to Dunkin, Starbucks, Restaurants, Mashpee Commons shops, etc. We love the unique architecture and especially the heated indoor pool. The hosts had EXCELLENT communication and went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and we fully enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A++++++

The house was the perfect location for easy shopping and dining. The lake and beach were clean with plenty of kayaks and paddle boards. We had two days of rainy weather but the indoor pool kept the kids entertained. The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Overall great place, would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful week! Highlights were using the safely locked indoor pool, easy access onto the deck and private beach, provided kayaks and SUPS, and the walkability of the neighborhood.
Because of the baby,the large washer and drier were needed and appreciated. Also, when the baby cried at night, the large, separate first-floor bedroom with two couches and a double worked to keep the rest of us oblivious upstairs.
There were more kayaks, paddleboards, and lifejackets than listed- a happy surprise.
The kitchen is dark. Maybe different lightbulbs would help.

You could not ask for a better location, and the house itself is spacious and comfortable! The pond is clear and warm and heavenly. The indoor pool cannot be beat on cooler days. Owner was wonderful -- communicative, friendly, and easy to reach if there were unexpected issues (ex. power went out in the neighborhood one day because of strong winds; she was able to let us know when it might be restored).

Overall Fun Experience
The highlight of this property is definitely the heated pool and backyard pond. The kitchen was equipped with all appliances one could need. Cleanliness of the home was OK. The floors in a couple of rooms were full of sand and had to be sweeped. Overall though we had a fun experience kayaking, fishing and enjoying the backyard.

Weekend Stay
We rented this property for a college reunion between 5 friends… the pool was great when the wind was low (April on the Cape can be chilly obviously) and the beach was great when it was not. Highly recommend.

Very Fun
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend for my birthday. The pool was slightly smaller than expected but still had plenty of room and was absolutely wonderful for a March weekend. The Mashpee commons were very cute and between the pool, cornhole, horseshoes, etc, we definitely could’ve been entertained for several more days even in the cold weather where we couldn’t be out on the pond. The owner was very communicative, but gave us our space to enjoy our time together. I would definitely return!

Swim in the snow
The house was warm and cozy and was enjoyed by all who stayed on our trip. We were unable to check in when we arrived as the roofers were replacing the roof and needed to finish and clean up. After that, we had no issues and had a great time in the house and pool .

We enjoyed our stay here. The pictures don't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival. It's a great place for winter stays too, with the fireplace and indoor pool. We didn't tell our kids about the pool, and they were beyond giddy. We may go back in the spring.

Great covid escape!
The indoor pool is perfect for young kids! Also lots of places to play hide and seek. Even at 40 degrees out, they were happy for an hour playing at the shore with shovels, buckets, and trucks.

Great place!
We rented last minute over holiday break to give our girls (10,11) something to do. It was December and cold but it was so nice for the kids. They loved the pool and the zip line. It was also great for us because our kids are older and the pool is in the house right next to the living room so we were able to hang in the living room to keep an eye on them while they swam. My husband and I also went into the pool a few times and it was warm and really nice! We all had a great time!

Christmas Vacation
We were looking to do a little something for Christmas this year with family, and this stay was perfect. Took a little while to get a few things situated with the house, but once settled it was perfect. We definitely want to go back in the summer time so we can utilize the beautiful outside!

Fantastic location
Amazing spot on the pond ( which is basically a lake). Plenty of space for everyone. Kids had a fantastic time with zip line and kayaks and sand toys. Hosts were very responsive. Had a little bit of hurricane damage but nothing that changed our experience and frankly we’re glad that we got to stay rather than getting canceled for them to make repairs

Family Vacation
My family and I stayed the 1st week of August. My children are ages 2, 14, and 16 so we have quite the spread but the house and area offered something for everyone. Overall, we loved the house. It was close to everything and there's even a D&D within walking distance so that's typically where we ended up on our morning walks. We were able to meet a few of the neighbors and they were very welcoming.
A few things to help those who are considering:
1. We brought our dog and were not prepared for how many other dogs were going to be along the same strip of beachfront as us. The houses are close together and often times, dogs would run from yard to yard. During the week it was much quieter but Friday, Sat, and Sunday, we had to keep our dog on a leash and close.
2. There were kayaks and paddle boards available and we had so much fun taking those out. The water is clear and clean.
3. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans so you'll have everything you need to cook at home. We never did find a measuring cup though (lol)
4. The pool was very nice to have because it rained one day so it was nice to have that option.
5. If you're brining a little one, there is a converted crib in the master that functions as a toddler bed. I believe there's also a pack and play in the closet.
6. I will admit, the pirate ship was really cool but a little wobbly and could use a little TLC. My little guy was fascinated with it though.
7. For those who are gluten free, there are so many options around the area! White Lion is literally within walking distance and offers delicious baked goods. There's also Wicked, which I admit I visited multiple times (pizza, paninis, bakes goods, pasta...etc.)
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with. If you're considering booking, you won't be disappointed.

Dated! Did not look like the online pictures
We looked at the reviews prior to booking this property and I have no idea how it got so many good reviews. The house wasn’t very clean and smelled musty. The pictures must have been taken at least 15 years ago. Everything is dated, not what you expect for the amount of money we paid. The horse shoe pit was overgrown, hasn’t been used in years. There was a branch growing though the crack between the wall and the door to the first floor bedroom. We ended up buying our own charcoal grill because the grills at the property didn’t work. Everything was beat up and old both inside and outside. Wouldn’t stay at this property if I have seen it in person prior to booking. We were looking forward to this vacation, first vacation in two years due to Covid and first one with our one year old. We made the best of it but renters beware. If we paid less, you get what you pay for, not in this case.

Perfect family trip on quiet lake. LOVED.
We loved everything about our stay at this property. It is located on a large pond(more like a lake) with a dock that had sleeping ducks each morning. It is only a 3-10 minute drive from anything you would need from Starbucks/DD, CVS, ice cream shops, boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I was surprised how many places nearby had gluten free and allergy friendly menu items! There are fun features at the property like a zipline, which our almost 6 and almost 9 year old loved, smalls shells on the beach, and quiet, low traffic, streets to walk on. The indoor, heated, pool was a huge bonus on chilly days to keep the kids entertained. The architecture and layout of the home was wonderful and unique. Lots of extra space for larger groups as well. The only thing worth noting is there was no microwave so plan around that. The hosts were very responsive with our questions. I absolutely recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Great lake location!
The indoor pool wasn't huge, but the kids LOVED it and had a really great time playing in it. The lake location was beautiful plus we enjoyed the kayaks, zipline, and other amenities. The property had a few areas that were a bit worn out, but the hosts were super responsive whenever we had any questions. It was a great family getaway for fun and remote work/school.

Overall we had a great stay. The weather was terrific so we spent most of the time outdoors where the view was beautiful. We wished the dock was out but we were probably there too early in the season.
