The property is very nice and has homely atmosphere. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Room is very clean and look very professional.

Big comfortable bed
Room was quite small, no desk or chair available which made work quite inconvenient. Uncomfortable pillows.

The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I received a lot of welcoming messages from the owner through booking.com
Often very loud: nearby kitchen noises, the street and some cars/trucks just by the window, the bar right one floor down, with clients in the street and somewhat drunk until 2am on Friday evening.. less late on other days. Check in starts at 17:00, which is not a good surprise when landing in Europe early morning. When it rains, all the steps of the outdoor entrance stairs are flooded. All emails and door codes, very impersonal.

I stayed in the 'La Chine' room. It was a pretty cool vibe, and provided all of the necessary amenities you'd need for a medium stay (which is what I had). I particularly liked that the rooms where pin coded, and that there was access to a washing machine on the first floor. Also, if you are in Orsay for a particular reason, it is fairly centrally located which is nice.
I stayed in the 'La Chine' room. While the ambience was nice, the room was situated on the top floor of this building, and therefore the room contained exposed rafters. These contributed to the vibe, but also were somewhat inconvenient, requring you to duck semi-frequently while walking around the apartment. I also encountered some wi-fi problems that were initially serious and then, after the intervention of the proprietor, middling.

Good position for saclè university, only 20 Min by foot. Nice bed and bathroom.
The light outside Mont Blanc room door turn on since the sensor detect something, even of there are no people.

it was in perfect close location to town center. the bathroom was large and bright.
the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy and there is a pub below that is extremely noisy. in the summer months a fan would be appreciated because our room was so hot we had to choose between quiet heat or noisy coolness.

Close to public transport, the owners were very nice, the place was nicely decorated
Our room was under the roof and we bumped out heads several times, the shower is in front of the bed, no separate bathroom which I didn’t see on the pictures, but the biggest inconvenience was the noise. The rooms are not very soundproof, and some guests were cooking and partying at 11pm in the kitchen. As we were travelling with our baby, the situation was not ideal

The rooms were clean and comfortable
For a family with small kids it's not ideal, but we made it work. My room was right above the bar so I could hear the concert they were doing until closing time, which was a bit annoying. The music was very good though

Super well-equipped, spacious, convenient location.

Good location and private room, easy check in!
Maybe feel strange in front of the entrance, but not a problem!

missing towel hanger, missing soap in wash basin

Very cosy rooms, comfortable beds, clean, nice kitchen. Good environment, walking distance to Orsay center with nice restaurants. Public parking, for free in the month of August. Small terrace in front of the entry. Keyless locks. Efficient and quiet air conditioning in the upper room under the roof. Good internet connectivity.
Toilet paper was rare. We found addional supply, on top of a closet, only when leaving. Our fault, but we would expect enough toilet paper somewhere in the toilet rooms already. Quite noisy, the whole house was shaking when the big buses (temporary replacement of the RER trains?) went over the speed bumps. We had two rooms, in the upper room (cosy under the roof) the shower had no privacy. Fine for us, the parents, but was not acceptable for the youth. Solved by changing the rooms. So some shortcomings, but nothing serious.

Was clean and renovated. Nice modern styling with exposed stone walls. Self-service check-in and access was easy and well described.
The detail on the finish of the remodel was not great..edging of tiles, no threshold between bedroom and bathroom, paint details all gave the impression that it was a really great remodel that was just not quite finished...
Only one set of towels was provided even though the reservation was for 2. We had to share bath and face towels.
There was no hand soap on the sink. The only soap was attached to the wall in the shower, so we had to go in the shower, pump some soap and then bring it back to the sink just to wash hands.
Coffee was not available in the room and in the shared kitchen, the coffee machine did not work.
