je m'abstiendrai de retourner dans cet hôtel au prix trop élevé bien que ce soit Paris

emplacement ,personnels ,

télévision en disfonctionnement chambre vétuste pas de fenêtre ouvrante, moquette et acariens douche avec moisi. Ascenseur descend les 15 étages avec arrêt a chacun.

Ok for business trip

Close to the high-way and close to where I needed to be.

Expensive, small room, in industrial area, breakfast area is not very cosy and limited choice.

Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Friendly staff and close to decent transport links

The room barely looked anything like the photos! Dirty, tired and dark, even after being moved rooms as the one before had broken bathroom tiles and stains on the carpet.

Small rooms as usual, pick drinking water with you while check-in

You’ll don’t get anything in your room and toilet except general liquid soap with towels.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel in paris. We just came to sleep without sleeping.

Preis-Leistung negativ! Kein gutes Hotel

Steckdosen Würfel mit mehreren Outlets - sonst hat uns nichts gefallen.

Lage am äußersten Rand von Paris, kein gutes Viertel, direkt vorm Hotel ein Autopark in dem Personen wohnen, nächstgelegene Metro Station umlagert von Männern, sehr shady, Zimmer sehr klein, Fenster nicht zum Öffnen, Lüftung sehr limitiert, haben mit offener Zimmertür gelüftet, Bettfüße komplett wackelig und kurz vorm Abbrechen, Türschnalle auf der Innenseite der Tür abgebrochen, Einzelbetten kleiner als 90cm, Handtücher nicht frisch, Bad bedarf gründlicher Reinigung und Desinfektion, Teppichboden fleckig, Lift benötigt ewig zwischen den Stockwerken, Zimmerkarte ist jeden Tag entmagnetisiert gewesen, teilweise mehrmals am Tag, Fotos auf der Homepage stimmen nicht überein. Preis-Leistung ist es nicht wert! Lieber bisschen mehr investieren und eine gute Nacht verbringen.

Polecam, jakbym miała się wybierać jeszcze raz to skorzystałabym z tego samego miejsca.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, z naszego pokoju widok na wieże eiffla stacja metra 5 minut pieszo od hotelu. Pod hotelem carrefour więc można szybko podskoczyć i zrobić zakupy. Pokoje sprzątane każdego dnia, łóżka wygodne, łazienka wyposażona w kosmetyki do kąpieli, ręczniki czyste. Klimatyzacje dająca ciepło i chłód działała super, potrzebowaliśmy małej pomocy technicznej i sprawie została udzielona. Personel przesympatyczny. // Very good location, metro station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a carrefour right next to the hotel, so you can quickly go and do some shopping. The rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is equipped with bath cosmetics, and the towels are clean. The air conditioning providing heat and cold worked great, we needed a little technical assistance and it was provided. Very nice staff.

Hotel ist kein drei Sterne Wert.

Guter Frühstück.

Zu kleine Zimmer. Badezimmer mit üblem Geruch. Lift eine Katastrophe mit Wartezeiten bis 15 Minuten.

Pretty good for a budget stay

The room is ok. Bed is comfortable enough. Hot water. We didn’t try breakfast. Two metro stations nearby- line 1 a 15-min walk and going to all the central sights. And line 9 a 5-min walk.

Sowers definitely need a renovation- very moldy and creepy looking. The location at night is very scary with drunks everywhere. No good shops nearby. The elevator took ages to wait for!!!

Für uns hat Unterkunft gar keine gute Erinnerung hinterlässt! Wir waren froh dass wir das Hotel endlich verlassen haben!

Gar nichts! Die Gegend unangenehm im Abend unterwegs zu sein!

Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig und unangenehm zum Schlafen! Zwei Nächte könnten wir nicht schlafen weil so schrecklich gestunken hat und wir haben uns gar nicht sicher gefühlt! Das erstes Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen und zweites Zimmer nach Ausfluss gerochen! Es gibt in Zimmer Fenster aber kann man nicht öffnen! Es gab nur drei Aufzug und eins davon war außer Betrieb! Und wir mussten immer so lange warten bis wir dran gewesen! Nie wieder hin! Das Zimmer pro Nacht ist auch nicht mehr als 30€ wert!

It was nice and comfortable.. but I think for the condition of the lobby, it can be more neat and proper..

I like how the room so clean and comfortable.. it’s enough..

Not the property but the communication between the staff. There’s some miss communication from staff when they explained something to me and I think they have to discuss about this matter cause it’s important for the better.

The lift from the car park was broken, the staff didn’t seem to be aware of this, we had a lady in a wheel chair, we had to walk three flights of stairs that had been urinated down, eventually we worked out a way to the rooms via the shopping centre, up three sets of steep escalators, it took us and hour before we got to the rooms, the disabled room had a double bed in which was unsuitable for the two guests, so we had to swop rooms, no tv pod in one room, the staff were very unhelpful in helping us, we had to exit the hotel via the hotel next door as no ramp for a wheel chair, this all could have been avoided if told before our stay and we could have made alternative accommodation

We had some misunderstanding with charges of city taxes. But we asked for manager and everything was cleared. Everything else was fine.

Basic small room and facilitys. Fairly comfortable stay and staff were very welcoming. Nice and clean, beds made and fresh towels daily.

Room was quite stuffy and warm. Even with a/c on it was very warm. Bedding made you wake up during the night in dampness due to heat/materials of the bedding. Area where the hotel is located didn't seem very nice.

Very poor

It was completely bad experience for me. Small, old and dirty room. The hotel doesn't deserve the money for the total package that they offer to the guests. It is too expensive for this awful experience. And also they take extra cost for the car park. I will not stay there anymore and I will also tell my friends not to stay .
