This complex is the perfect getaway for couples or families. The ranch features many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.
T-Bar- M 101 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sleeps and allows 10 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs-
2nd Bedroom: Queen with Twin Trundle -downstairs-
3rd Bedroom: 2 Double Beds -upstairs-
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs-
This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.
Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.

$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)

Nice stay with everything provided. The accommodations were nice, the pool and picnic areas were well kept. We had three families visiting and there was room for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy property. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect relaxing get away. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pools were closed for maintenance during our stay and I was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub.

It was the perfect place for all ages in our group. The pool was excellent! Several of our group enjoyed playing tennis. Our condo was roomy even with 3 families! Highly recommend anyone staying there!

Condo Unit was in great shape and shared with family. We had a family reunion, so several condo units were rented by family. Facility was nice, well maintained, and pool was perfect for family gathering. We did grill out as they had two grills located on a nice hard surface for us to gather. It was a two story unit with nice size bedrooms and nice living area.

We rented this property for our family to stay together when traveling for a wedding. The property was clean, and well maintained. The downstairs kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The upstairs bathroom could use some aesthetic updates, but is clean and functional. The a/c worked great, as it was over 100° every day of our week long stay. The pools were great too! Love the wading pool for littles. The community was very quiet and it felt safe. Beautiful area! Would definitely recommend this property!

We rented this unit, along with another in the same building, for an 8 ladies tennis weekend. The condo was spacious but was a bit darker than the other. It’s probably from the darker color floors and blue wall paint. It also felt a bit more dated and perhaps would do well with a little “freshening up.” All in all it was a fine and convenient place to stay to do a tennis weekend at the Newks Tennis Ranch.

Nice condo in a wooded setting. Deer present and very nice landscaping. Check in was as advertised. Condo was clean, a/c and refrig were on. All utensils and plates were present.
Only maintenance issue was the master bedroom on the first floor didn't have enough A/C coming through the vent for cooling. Left the door open and that made that a non issue.

We had a good stay and overall very few complaints, but the bedroom on the right side was 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo the entire time and the garbage disposal smelled like something had died in it and never been removed. Other than that it was exactly what we wanted, just wish we were aware of these two issues prior to our stay.

I don’t recommend staying at this location. Pool was closed for weeks before and we weren’t told until 1 hour before our check in. We had two kids, one being a 1 year old so he won’t float. The pool was the only thing we were able to do with him. So we spent 5 days hanging out in a condo with him when we could have at least looked for something else. Not very considerate to your guests in July in Texas.
The beds are externally hard. One bed downstairs you can literally feel the springs. Pillows are so thin. Ended up sleeping the first night on the trundle bed and the rest on the living room couch. Furniture is old and not in good condition.
Condo seemed a little dirty but not terrible.
Toilets don’t function great.
We’ve stayed at places for years for the Comal and Frio and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had with the stay.

We had fun at the attractions in New Braunfels, i.e., Schlitterbahn, the Comal River and Natural Bridge Caverns. One disappointment was the only swimming pool available to us was closed the entire week we were there. There was some work going on next to the pool but no work was being done during our stay and yet the pool was closed the entire time. My teenage grandchildren were very disappointed by this. Overall, we made the best of the situation and had fun.
