LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This recently renovated 2BD/2BA 1,200 sq ft condo is located approximately ½ mile from Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square. This clean, modern, second floor condo has an abundance of amenities and sleeps 4 (1 king and 1 queen bed). The condo features updated flooring, paint, countertops, appliances, fixtures and furniture for your comfort to go along with vaulted ceilings and skylights for an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and high-quality cookware/utensils. The living room features a 65in HD TV, a blue-ray player, a Bluetooth sound bar, a comfortable sectional, a small seating area next to a wood burning fireplace, a stylish dining table, and pass-through bar to the kitchen (with barstools). The master bedroom includes a king-size Tuft & Needle Mint series mattress, a 50in flat screen TV, an attached full bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a double-door entry, a queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress, and a spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided with extra blankets for cozy winter nights. To maximize your comfort and convenience, the condo is thoughtfully equipped with central air-conditioning, electric baseboard heaters, fans, high-speed WIFI, cable television, games, movies, washer/dryer, ironing board / iron, hairdryers, extra toiletries, umbrellas, Duraflame logs, sunscreen, bug spray and more! One on-site reserved parking spot is included along with open parking options in unnumbered spaces on a first-come first-served basis.
Please note: This is a smoke-free / pet-free property. There is a Ring Video Doorbell on the front porch to protect the condo when unoccupied, but there are no other cameras or monitoring devices inside.

Our stay was for a week and it was so seamless and easy and comfortable! The beds were comfortable, the property very well stocked and so clean! We really appreciated the nice to have amenities. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Prescott is a very hilly city but the condo's location has a relatively flat walking route into town - less than 20 minutes leisurely walk. There is also an excellent brewpub just yards away!

My husband and I brought our daughter to Embry Riddle and stayed here for a week. The location is prime, close to Lazy G's and 12 minute walk to downtown. More than then just a great accommodation, the amenities took the cake. Check in was easy and communication was great. Will definitely be staying in Steve's rental again when visiting our daughter.

We had a pleasant stay at the house. Good location, comfortable furniture, very well stocked kitchen. Outside furniture could use a little cleaning. Communication with the hosts was very easy. They came with fast replies, and solved a bathroom issue in a very professional manner.

This place is amazing, everything is new and the bed was comfortable. Both of us had work issues so we were able to get on our laptops at the table and with no issues. Internet was good, Cable TV was fun. We had the best time here, rented a UTV and went riding for a couple of days. Definitely will come back here if we return!

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the condo, the very comfortable bed & bedding, and the well-stocked modern kitchen, as well as the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. The 4 minute walk to Lazy G Brewhouse made this location perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

I travel a lot for work and this condo was almost perfect. The only thing keeping it from perfect was it was on the 2nd floor and carrying my luggage and work equipment each day. The condo was clean, well organized, has every appliance, snacks, and execellent location. If you are in Prescott for work or personal I highly recommend you rent this condo.

Nice condo, with everything you need! We Love the Prescott historic downtown area, and this condo was about 1-1.5 miles from the courthouse square. The neighborhood was older houses, but the condos were nice!

Just as described. Very comfortable. Supplied with extras of everything. Owner very easy to work with and prompt answering any questions. Close to town. Loved the Prime Rib at Murphy’s best ever, and the Meat Loaf Sandwich w/tots at Lazy G brewpub, which is almost across the street was great. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott. This property was very conveniently located and had everything we needed. There was a bit of a walk from the parking lot up the stairs to the unit, but once we got everything inside it was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very clean and nicely updated. Everything we needed was there for our use and convenience. The property was very well supplied with all the necessities. We appreciated the gift of wine and all the snacks. All the appliances were new and worked well. The mattress, pillows and bedding in the master suite were all very nice and comfortable. It was an easy walk to Whiskey Row and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. We very much enjoyed our 6 1/2-week stay.

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. The unit is centrally located to the Courthouse Square where you can always find something going on in town. The owners care for their renters comfort is shown throughout the entire unit, with items such as a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, toiletries, and a very comfortable furnishings. We will definitley rent this unit again the next time we are in Prescott!

Such a sweet little space. We enjoyed the short walk to dining and shopping. The condo was clean and very well stocked with sweet treats. The owners made the whole experience very simple and were easy to work with.
