We had an absolute great time exploring the area with family. The houses location was within walking distance of many places and the lakeside trail. The house was well stocked with all essentials for cooking and sleeping! Would Bill this house again!!

It was a surprising gem. The house was updated and very clean. We were able to grill and cook in the cute updated kitchen. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house for your next visit to Lake City.

4 sisters had a wonderful time in Lake City on Lake Pepin. The house was clean, beds comfortable, location excellent. Enjoyed sitting in the back porch in the evening to play cards. Loved that we could walk and wander downtown and the marina. There are free bikes at the marina that 2 of us rode. We saw a few eagles flying close.

Cute house, great location, very clean, everything we needed was there. For us it was an emergency visit and the greatest thing was the owner. I can't say enough about how accommodating Joe was for me in a very hard situation for my family. I would MOST DEFINITLY rent from him again. Hard to find people like that in this day and age.

Great location. Easy walk to stores and restaurants in town. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings or taking a stroll by the lake. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. If our travels bring us back to this area we would stay here again.

Good place. We found it to be clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Despite it being an older home the owners have made numerous, recent improvements on the house that were quite evident to us.

Had nice stay for five women. - cousin’s get together. Comfy beds clean bathrooms. Great location for surrounding towns for shopping, antiquing, eating and sights. Although we could sit /eat at kitchen peninsula would have appreciated even a card table and chairs on porch for card/board games. Had slight issue getting access when we arrived but owners responsive and apologetic. Overall good time

Beautiful and very clean home with awesome backyard and beautiful view out front window. Easy communication with owners , with timely responses. Stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown. Very comfortable beds! Would rent this home again. We were a group of 4 women on girls weekend ( for 4 days) and had an awesome time shopping in town and local other towns. Spent alot of time relaxing in back yard. This a is a definite number one place if your looking in the Lake City area.

Our stay was delightful from start to finish! This home is very clean, quaint and cozy and has everything we could have needed or wanted. Our “contact/ owner” was readily available via text message to answer questions or concerns. The location is ideal and within walking distance to points along the marina! We enjoyed every moment!

This house is in such a wonderful location, just across the street is the Lake City Marina and the beautiful lake beyond. Grocery store is two doors away, several restaurants within a few blocks and cute shops to explore. The house is amazingly quiet inside, we didn't hear any road noise. Beds and bedding are top notch and very comfy. We will definately come again!

We arrived to a very clean and comfortable home nestled in the heart of Lake City. It is a very nice summer rental within walking distance of everything you need, this home provides everything you need minus an iron.. but that’s no big deal there is shopping within a block or two. Be ready to wake up early to see the most Beautiful sunrise as there are no room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Charming cottage looking over the marina. Lovely little backyard that has outdoor seating for a group. The cottage itself was neat and modern. Walking distance to the marina and the little town of Lake City. Kitchen was supplied well. There were five of us and we all were comfortable.

Everything about our stay here was great! It’s a great location with a beautiful view of the marina. Nice backyard and patio to enjoy in a good neighborhood. The house was very clean with lots of extra amenities. Host gave us some great tips on places to visit. If we come this way again, we’ll be sure to book our stay here!

From the first opening of the door we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful home with great views (yes, plural) of the marina and all the little things that made you feel like Joe really wants his guests to have a great time and not worry about a thing. Having a great little breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and coffee spot next door made life that much sweeter! Everyone was so nice! We hope to be back soon!

The house was very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 6 adults and great backyard for grilling and eating outside. The location was remarkably convenient, across from the Marina, very close to a grocery store and some downtown shops. Check in was easy and Joe was an excellent host.

This older looking house was thoroughly remodeled by the owner, three bedrooms, two full baths and attractive landscaping. Located across from the marina, park like setting with a large play area for kids. Restaurants and supermarket close by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this updated home that shines with many well-considered features. Great kitchen, porch, and patio area. Very responsive communication from Joe, the property manager, so all went smoothly for our 5 night stay. Wonderful to have the grocery store, marina, river walk and the play park nearby, too.

The home was recently remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right across the street from the marina/lake. Views are outstanding and the back yard is like a slice of heaven! The owner was so responsive and the check in/check out process was a breeze! Will definitely be back.
