Excelente desayuno y ubicación perfecta para los propósitos de mi viaje.

El lavabo tiene ubicado el grifo muy en la orilla lo cual dificulta su uso. Creo que debería estar la salida del grifo más al centro del lavabo.

Muy poco personal a la hora del desayuno (3 personas), algo limitado el menú (por el costo de la habitación debería de mejorar). Olvidaron poner toallas y recibí el sanitario tapado.

El desayuno fue muy básico, pero bien en general, el hotel esta muy céntrico y es fácil moverse a todos los puntos de la ciudad.

Aunque el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, la zona no es nada agradable, la limpieza de hotel en general, deja mucho que desear, desde la entrada principal, se nota que llevan semanas sin limpiar. Mi habitación me la asignaron y estaba sucia, sin trapear, una de las camas estaba rota, nos sentábamos y se iba de lado. Al día siguiente de nuestra llegada, salimos a dar un paseo, cuando regresamos al hotel, según habían limpiado nuestra habitación y las camas estaban mal tendidas, como si hubieran solo jalado las sabanas, en el área del lavabo había basura, se notaba que no limpiaron, todo el tiempo tuve que estar pidiendo más toallas porque solo dejaban 2, cuando éramos 3 personas. el segundo día de estancia, pedí que se realizara el aseo de la habitación mientras salíamos hacer algunas compras, regresamos como 4 horas despues y NO hicieron lo requerido, todo esto retrasó nuestro compromiso porque enviaron a limpiar en ese momento.

Convenient and well priced

Very convenient location, close to all kinds of services. Free and secure parking. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, with fast wifi and an HDMI connection to the large flat screen so you can plug your laptop and enjoy your own streaming. Bed was comfortable. Overall a great value for the price.

No room service.AC didn't keep the temperature and tended to run cold.

I love the front counter morning young lady’s they help my mom everything she need

the service at front counter and the kitchen awesome but communication telling us we didn’t have hot water was pretty bad I shower with cold water they never say nothing I didn’t like that

they should tell me they have a problem with hot water and I would get another hotel asap I didn’t appreciate it at all

Awesome place to stay in Monterrey

I would highlight the location, the comfort in the bed and the breakfast. the staff was incredible, i got the need to move my check in to early check in and make all they can to get me inside before planned.

the Smart tv was not connected to the internet and the bathroom extractor was not working.

Valuable chose!

Not very good, but it is valuable. The location is good, and the wifi is good. There is a printer at the front desk, it is very convenient to use.

The key card could not touch any other card or phone. Or it may be useless. The staff could not speak English, so we use translation app to communicate.

Very good wifi, conveniet location, but missing some daily essentials.

Im a heavy internet user, the WIFI works really really well. I'm able to even play some games without any lag problems. The breakfast are pretty good. Room is comfortable and clean. location is convenient.

There is once when I was washing my face, the water turn brown, I assume it is because someone is fixing the pipe. Also, I don't like how the room doesn't have a major white light. Only a few yellow lights make me feel sleepy. there is no hair dryer, and the cloth washing machine is pretty nasty. I can see how the washing machine has been used for a long long time without cleaning.
