Buena opción para alojarse en el barrio antiguo

El hotel está bien ubicado, hay muchas cosas en los alrededores y también se puede solicitar servicios de transporte con facilidad. Los servicios en la habitación funcionaron muy bien

Hubo dos temas con el agua en la habitación. En una ocasión dejó de haber agua completamente en la regadera y en otra ocasión no había agua caliente

La Ubicación

La habitación tenía dos camas una frente a la puerta y la otra más hacia la cocineta, en la cual no hay cocina hornillas ni nada para cocinar, o sea la cocina está de más. Nosotros fuimos en enero por Lo que hacía bastante frío y más al estar tan cerca de la puerta

Tranquilo y comodo.

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel muy limpio y muy bonito, nos toco todo tranquilo y no hicimos contacto con personal, todo fue por wats y de forma autonoma llegas y entras. El restaurante esta a la vuelta y la comida deliciosa!

El escritorio para trabajar no tenia conexion electrica asi que no lo pude utilizar. El frigobar hacia mucho ruido pero fuera de eso todo perfecto.

La ubicación y la atención del servicio

Falta limpieza en los accesorios de baño y que estuvo muy encerrado la habitación, contemplaba ventanas sin embargo como daban al área común donde convergían las demás habitaciones por temas de privacidad nunca pudimos abrir las persianas, es decir la vista era hacia el interior.

The best hotel in Monterrey.

What did I like? Everything! My room was huge, spotless and comfortable. The hotel is located near many attractions yet is on a quiet street. I will stay here on my next visit. Also, the owner Alejandro is awesome.

Great centric stay for weekend

The location was very good. The neighborhood was safe and it is close to Barrio Antiguo attractions and Parque Fundidora. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The shower space is a little small.

Superb

Lovely hotel. Well equipped and well cared for, very clean and comfortable. Very close to museums, restaurant district, and other tourist attractions, and able to walk around during the day with no problems. I wish I could have stayed here more.

Check-in process is somewhat inconvenient. You need to communicate with the hotel before you arrive, let the staff know when you arrive via whatsapp, and check in at the office in a separate building.

Our stay was fun, adventurous, and full of healthy fun.

Although they do not serve breakfast, there is a small restaurant at walking distance. The restaurant is La Casa Del Panque. Totally recommend it and the chilaquiles.

I started conversation with Alejandro, owner of the place, days before my trip. He made me aware of pool not being available and also asked me the estimated tie for my arrival. The day of my arrival with my elderly parents, we were greeted by Israel and gave us the hotel information: WiFi code, door codes, near restaurants. Hotel is in the Barrio Antiguo neighborhood with near access to Paseo Santa Lucia(River Walk), about 5 minutes from Macro Plaza.

Beds were a little high and little hard, specially for my elderly parents.

Fantastic hotel

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. You might want to bring your own pillows or pillow cases. The cases were too short and the pillows were a little yellow but the rest of the facility was spotless! It's very close to restaurants, shops, museums and night life. I would highly recommend this fantastic place! I would definitely come back, great value.

Perfect location!

Only steps away from Santa Lucia and a short walk to either the Macroplaza, Barrio Antiguo or Parque Fundidora. The room was very pleasant and clean. The neighborhood looks rough but is very safe. The pillows were new and too firm for us, but that is the only negative, so it's okay.

The hotel wouldn't be better: 1. the location is completely brilliant - 2 blocks from very clean, safe touristic downtown; 2. the room is clean, big with all necessary stuff; 3. the host, Alejandro is completely super - I felt like visiting the best friend. He gave us the list of restaurants to visit and all of them are super; 4. All questions were resolved super quick; 5. The complimentary laundry was very good quality and very in time

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very well located, safe and clean. Alejandro is awesome! He was able to find us some tickets for the Tigres match! We will come back to this place if we ever go back to Monterrey
