Surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the river, the residence is located 2km from the beach and the wonderful pine forest where you can find fully equipped bathing establishments for any tourist need. In the same property there is also the Romeo cottage which accommodates 2 people who also use the swimming pool and parking. The host lives in an apartment next to the villa. The surrounding area offers various leisure opportunities, including golf, sport fishing, both at sea and in the adjacent canal, tennis, boat trips in the lagoon and boat trips to Venice departing from the nearby hamlet of Cortellazzo. or from Punta Sabbioni.
