Praktisch an der Messe gelegen in Laufnähe

Toller Ausblick auf die Berge auf der Rückseite, zentral an Messe gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas üppiger sein, es,war nur 1 Weinglas da, im 1. Zimmer kein Korkenzieher

It was a pleasant experience but do note the place is co-located with myhome.

The room was clean and location was near the exhibition hall which was why we chose this place. Also there is a cafe downstairs which is convenient.

Not enough toilet paper. No instructions no setting the room temperature. No service desk although the place had indicated a service desk.

Superb :)

We liked that the host was super accommodating for our check in and check out timings,.the apartment was just the right size, with all needed amenities. Location is 5 mins from the metro.

I deduct one point only because the lift was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up and down a couple times.

In theory the property could have been good. The location is in a quiet area. Close to the rail system

We were notified that there was a fire in the bsmt of the complex, affecting the internet & the elevator. No mention of a discount for the rental, when we arrived there was a horrible smell on the main floor that carried up to the room we had rented. My wife suffers from these kinds of smells badly & has been having a bad cough ever since. True to the email is we didn’t have internet usage, which also meant no access to the television. This was actually a very big concern for us because our mobiles do not have a data plan & we had no way of contacting anyone about the property, or checking in on train routes for our next part of our holiday. There was no fan in the room so the air was extremely stuffy & the smoke residue from the fire was still unpleasant. The bathroom shower was very dirty & had mold in many places which is not hygienic, rather disgusting to have to shower in knowing there’s mold everywhere, which makes us wonder if the rest of the unit was as clean & was the bedding clean, disinfected in between users.

Our stay was all great, the location was good and right next to the train station. The price was great too. Everything was clean and orderly and though the receptionist didn’t speak a whole lot of english, he was very helpful and accommodating for us.

Our only issue was the electronic locking system. It took us a bit to learn out as it wasn’t very clear to us but we just called and had the owner unlock the system for us manually and it worked from there.

There was no information provided so we did not even know about the black out shutters. There was no air-conditioning and no fan although it was really hot.

The apartment is really good and warm in winter season . The check in process went smoothly. The owner provides clear instruction . He also kind and helpful . Definitely, we will back here when we visit Munich next time :)

Nice budget place for visiting Munich

Close to train station, near a mall, nice balcony, and quiet. Neighborhood. Also liked that there was vending machines downstairs that sold food and drinks. It also had a cafe in the building. Also, a fair price during Octoberfest.

Kinda far away from the festivities and the layout is a little odd, and it's a bit small. Very easy to hit your shin on the bedframe. The door lock is also kind of unintuitive.. But overall we knew this was a budget accomodation so we were fine with these things.

Lovely place (everything about it really), Cafe & Bakery just downstairs :). Great host!

The purpose of my stay was to attend the BIM World Expo so the location of the accommodation was perfect. Not even a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Centre. There is a large shopping Centre just 3 minutes walk where I could find everything I needed, food, drinks, shopping, a pharmacy, and bakeries. The studio was lovely! Very spacious, with a large bathroom and equipped with everything you need. Super nice that it has heated floors in both the room and bathroom. There is a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee (Thank you!) The place is very quiet and has both a terrace and a balcony. The host was super friendly and helpful and very quick in responding. The check-in was very smooth and the instructions were clear and easy. I totally recommend this accommodation!

The service who replys on booking messages are fast and helpful. The room was cozy, around 300m (10mins) walk from nearest metro station and very near to the Riem Arcaden (a very good mall for shopping and food court) and around 25 mins away from MarienPlatz by Metro. It has Microwave, small electric countertop cooker, coffee machine, hair drayer.

Size of the room is a bit small. We couldn't use the Air condition. It was a bit extra warm and couldn't turn down the heat. The shower head could also be better.

Nice location close to Messe and U-Bahn. Apartment is well equipped for a few days' stay. Easy communication with the staff and detailed check-in instructions.

The floor was dirty everywhere - the kitchen, under the carpet, the bathroom, the balcony. All the shelves were full of dust too. Bed, kitchen, sink and other elements where ok but i don't know when anyone washed the floor. Kithen few equipment (too few spoons, glasses, etc.) The balcony was full of cigarette ash. The staff was not present, so we communicated via the booking messenger. The response was quick and very helpful. Overall, it's a nice place if someone could clean it and equip the kitchen.

Very nice and convenient, equipped with everything I needed.

The payment conditions mentioned that the place will charge 1 night only in advance and the rest upon arrival, but, the owner of the property tried to charge all the amount in advance and sent several notifications that my card was declined. Luckily he didn't cancel the reservation and collected the full amount upon arrival.
