Amazing location - great for getting out and walking the dog, walking to the beach - 5 minutes walk and for relaxing. The house is beautiful. So clean and welcoming. The furniture is amazing! Beds soft and made for a good nights sleep. Love the dining table! So many books to read - could stay for a year and still not read them all. Thank you we will certainly be back

We had 5 nights down at the cottage it was a fabulous little place to stay way bigger than we expected comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys and our pooches. A gorgeous family live next door with 3 delightful young children
The cottage was clean and well appointed with everything you need a lovely 5 min walk to the beach and 2.5km into town where awesome coffee awaits
Thanks Derek for opening your lovely holiday home to us we look forward to coming back again

We really enjoyed our stay, great little atmosphere, only short drive into town, nice little neighbourhood.
We also loved the fact we could bring our dog with us, she enjoyed the dog bed, great yard area too with a nice deck area.
100 percent would stay there again

Nice little cottage
Was a nice quaint cottage, enjoyed it, comfortable bed. All facilities are there. Although, access to the bathroom and to the backyard was awkward. Hot/cold shower water pipes are very noisey, and the twin bedroom heater tripped the circuit repeatedly.

Excellent stay in Quindalup
We are leaving Dunsborough with huge smiles thanks to our lovely stay at the cottage. We had warmth, fabulous cooking facilities and beautiful rooms to stay in. We took our own bedding which suited us perfectly. Would recommend again and again!

Me and my dog
A very old but quaint cottage. It had a few issues. Traffic noise from nearby highway. Shower not good - water hammering noise, hard to get a hot shower. Outdoor patio not connected to living area or kitchen.

Hidden Gem
We had an wonderful few days away. The location was perfect with 600 metres walk to the beautiful, clean, endless sandy beach. The house is at the end of a quiet road and is definitely a tardis. So much space for the six of us and are two large dogs. So many books and games to choose from. Well stocked kitchen, so much crockery and glassware. It was a home from home. We’d definitely come again.

Arrived to a neat tidy and clean property. The house covered all amenities well for our short stay.
The property was clean tidy and had everything to hand. Situated in a lovely quiet location, but still within walking distance to town and beach and well situated for day trips out.
We were there for a short few days away with our granddaughter and dogs.
The garden is fully fenced and secure. I had no worries about leaving the dogs behind in the garden while we popped out to eat or visited where dogs weren't allowed caves etc. Knew they would be safe there.
Ample space inside, well equipped kitchen, laundry areas. Comfy sofas and beds ( that makes a change when away🤣)
Over all a very happy stay , would highly recommend. Hopefully on return trips to the area we can rebook.

Great Stay
Pleasant and great location. Will definitely be going again.

Tranquil
The house is located at the end of a private driveway nestled next to a wetland, a short way off caves road. It is a short drive to Dunsborough townsite or a 30 minute walk.
There is a dog beach nearby albeit seasonal, if you want to walk it off a leash. The house is quiet and comfortable although we had to cut our stay short due to the bad weather. The only downfall was there was limited covered area outside to dry off before entering the house. This wouldn't have been an issue at other times of the year. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved being close to everything but feeling like we were away from it all at the same time! Loved being able to walk/scooter to the beach. Great garden for the dog and really well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back for sure!

Superb location in out of the wayCul de sac.Unusual layout having to access back yard via bedroom, would benefit from fly wires so you can open front doors or air con in kitchen / dining area to also cool bedrooms. Most uncomfortable during heatwave. Very comfortable beds. Near to beach, all in all fabulous.
