Nice hotel, decent value, location worked for our needs.

Nice clean room, nice shower, easy to park outside hotel, nice restaurant on site, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

TV was a bit small, no English channels, no 'normal tea' or sweeteners in the room just coffee, fruit tea and normal sugar. These are small details though, overall it was very good.

Freundlicher Empfang! Praktisch gelegenes Hotel für Kurse am KIT.

Zweckmäßig und praktisch eingerichtet, regelbare Heizung, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberes Bad. Gute ÖV-Anbindung (KIT und nach KA). Restaurant im Haus (hab ich nur abends genutzt).

Was mir nicht gefallen hat - das wurde kommuniziert und umgehend behoben.

Für eine Dienstreise in Ordnung.

Kleine Küche mit Utensilien. Handelte sich eher um ein 1 Zimmer Appartement mit Bad (Studentenbude).

Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Appartement kaum renoviert.

Fijn, goede doorreis locatie naar Zwitserland.

Parkeerplaats erg dichtbij het hotel (achter het hotel links). Grote gangen wat het makkelijk maakte met tassen & hond binnen te lopen.

Het was tijdens ons verblijf erg warm. Geen airco en zon op de ramen.

Location great. Near Lake for swimming

Breakfast. Not worth 27 euro for 2 of us for 1 breakfast. Very limited choice and not quality. If your staying in apt like we did. Far cheaper to go to Edeka where you can get plenty of choice for far cheaper and make it yourself.

Pleasant

Comfortable beds. Added child bed free of charge.

Breakfast could be better. They could have opened the room windows for a while before the arrival to cool down the room which was very warm (no airco) while ourside it was pleasent.

Never again. Do not recommend. Very tired the next day.

That we had a place to sleep.

We had to wait until we could park the car at the "private" parking spot. Beds were terrible (piece of wood). Restaurant was below our window, which caused a lot of noise untill the restaurant closed at midnight. Rooms were very hot and smelly (especially the shower). Breakfast was not great, neither how it was displayed and kept cold. Difficult te get a decent cup of coffee. Hair between the bread buns. Staff not very helpful nor friendly.

Breakfast was good, the restaurant had very good food and friendly weighters. The roon was very clean and cosy.

The TV had some problems, in which it wouldn'd start everytime. Just outside the hotel is a streetlight for a sub station, which is beeping, making noises all the time. It was somewhat annoying, since you could hear it with the windows closed. There was nobody at the front desk in the morning, some other guests had trouble making the payment or getting the bill. I recomend paying at arrival.

Very nice stay in tidy, clean rooms.

To be honest, upon arrival the hotel was a bit disappointing as it looks a bit run down. But, it is actually very nice! The inside is totally fine, the rooms are very clean, tidy and pretty spacious and the bathroom is also very good.
