Superb

Good location for Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. I stayed there due to catching easrly morning Eurostar. Very clean and comfortable

What a fantastic find this hotel was.

What a fantastic find this hotel was. From location (2min walk to Euston) to comfort. Absolutely brilliant! The staff are also so friendly. I will definitely be coming back here. The Complimentary breakfast was also very kind and tasty. Thank you very much.

Superb

The room was comfortable, had good facilities and the breakfast was very good. The location close to Euston Station was also very good. Overall a very positive stay

I cannot think of anything specific that i could fault regarding my stay.....

Exceptional

I really suggest this hotel. Everything was delicious. The staff members are very kind. Breakfast is good and last but not least our room was very cleaned and nice. We will sure come back in future

Noisy on the ground floor rooms due to being directly above underground, trains running frequently.

Adequate.

The location is OK if you know your way around (we do). Walking distance to Camden Market and close to a tube station. The bar is OK, but not inspiring. There is a flatscreen TV, but you have to ask to have it turned on. As it is guests only the ambience is depending on day form.

Our room was on the second floor with no lift. It was VERY small. You could just about move around the bed and that was it. We literally had to wait for each other to get 'out of the space I intend to occupy next'. Due to the space constraint there was no fridge, so drinks brought to the room remained at room temperature.

Great location near to Euston station and good value for money.

No window in room, so no natural light and also felt a little cramped. Could hear the trains running every 10 mins or so, but got used to it after a while and they stopped about 11pm.

The location is very central near Euston station. The West End is within 20 minutes walking distance.

Quality like in hostels from 80/90

Location was fine

Windows and windows curtains looks like was not cleaned /washed up from few years. All floor in the hotel is a old carpet stinks cooking oil. In the toilet you have slide door but you need to lift them up to slide.. sink in the toilet is broken.

Disappointing

The bed was very comfortable

I got the deluxe room and it was so small, the bathroom door didn’t lock properly as the door and lock wasn’t aligned properly, the drywall was falling apart in the corners, one light switch (for the mirror) didn’t work and there was an LED light about the headboard but didn’t work and was peeling off.

Very friendly staff and perfect calm location close by the station and underground

Unfortunately hanging up with tape (literally). The window was broken and taped up. The toilet seat was completely detached. The shower handle was barely hanging on. The hairdryer only worked when finding the right angle for the button to work. The room was way smaller than expected and even the covers of the nightstand lights decided to leave the place. A pity because the staff is awesome and the location perfect. Unfortunately no English breakfast available

Very good

It was very good value for the money, rough around the edges but got what you paid for. Clean and staff very friendly and helpful with allowing to drop bags off.

A good hotel for the price, decent location and really nice hotel staff service.

Breakfast was simple, but good, room nice, had all I needed and heating was on. Location is good.

Room was rather small for 3 people, but that was just minor discomfort and did not influenced our stay at the hotel.
