We had a great time. Thanks for everything, we felt at home away from home!
8.0 / 10.0
Everything was great other than the mattress in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable and the bath/shower water didnt get very hot. I liked how quiet it was and the location is great. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants which was a plus. I do wish there was a physical key to unlock the door other than just the digital. Would stay again.

The location was perfect, very scenic!

Unit was advertised as recently remodeled, but only observed new shower fixtures and 2 new small uncomfortable loveseats replaced the advertised pictured leather couch and chair. Light fixtures, baseboards, doors fram, etc appeared dated to 1980s. The provided toilet paper & paper towels were the thinnest I ever seen.
Location was great being located across pool and pickleball/tennis courts and only 1 mile to entrance of beautiful large mountain hiking park. Drive to downtown was about 25 minutes on busy roads. Easy walk to wine bar restaurant with music was great.

I was unaware there was a unit directly above us when I booked it. The unit was dark and required the use of lights during the day. We had difficulty operating the TVs, no printed instructions available. The instructions on the Vacasa app were not helpful. I contacted the help address on the app and did not get a response during our week long stay. Disappointing. Plus Vacasa added many fees to the booking through VRBO, I feel ripped off.

The property was well equipped and in an excellent location.

The 2 problems were inaccurate instruction on how to unlock and enter the property. I was locked out. It took 24 hours to fix.
The HVAC in the main rooms was broken. No heat, no AC, no air ciruclation. The weather turned cold & the apartment was cold. They could not fix the HVAC over the weekend....so I wrapped up in blankets & stayed in bed.

A good time was had by all
Lovely condo in great area. We felt safe and comfortable and being close to the pool was a plus. Free music from Three Canyons on the weekends was nice. TVs and appliances were great. Beds comfortable. We would go again! Two suggestions: a bed side light in the Master and a swiffer or the like to dust the floors. We had a great time!

Nice Clean Condo
Overall this unit was spacious, clean and well represented on the website. Guests should be aware however, there is a outside wine/beer garden immediately next door that plays live music outside on Friday and Saturday evenings until 9:30 pm. Also since this is Arizona, keep your eyes out for scorpions on the floor, I almost stepped on one by the washer and dryer.

Love this place
Second time staying here and so near my parents. My mom recently passed and this place has been so close to her house and super comfortable, clean, and it’s always nice to stay in similar “homey” places. Beautiful location!

Beware!
Nice Condo but towels are like sandpaper, lighting is dull, especially in kitchen where you need it. Management company requests starting laundry and dishwasher before leaving but charges a cleaning fee. Oh and once booked management company is challenging to reach.

Great location. Poor management
I stayed at this condo in February. The location can't be beat. It's in the Catalina Foothills, just minutes away from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. The condo itself was as advertised and the association has decent amenities. However, the management did a poor job. The condo had been only superficially cleaned before my arrival, so there were a fair number of dust bunnies beneath/behind some of the heavy furniture. I had to clean that myself. The bathroom showers and sinks didn't drain properly. Again, I had to fix that myself. Finally, there was no card allowing me access to the amenities. I called 4 or 5 times (and finally resorted to leaving a scathing voice mail) before that was finally resolved over a week into my trip. Unfortunately, those things soured me on what was otherwise a good experience.

An attractive condo in a good location. Kitchen was very well-equipped compared to most we have stayed in. Quiet community and good neighbors.

Couldn't ask for Anything More.
Clean, beautifully remodeled, private setting, convenient location on east side, friendly neighbors. Only negative was "Dedicated Parking" was not defined. Also would have been helpful to have instructions for TV(s).

Fantastic Sabino Canyon Condo
We visited for a long weekend of golf with our UA student. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us and located next to the courses we chose to play. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfy.

Beautiful Condo in Need of Better Cleaning Service and Security
What we loved:
This garden-level apartment had a nice backyard area that was perfect for our dog. The kitchen and living room and dining room are all open and the layout of the condo is nice. There's every kitchen appliance you could want and a washer and dryer. The parking spot is very close to the condo. The condo grounds are lovely and in a beautiful part of Tucson near the foothills. The host was very responsive to emails and there wasn't a bunch of unnecessary interaction, which I always appreciate. Getting into the condo at check-in was super easy, there's just a gate code and then a front door lock box. The host provides very clear instructions for getting through the gate and into the condo with no problem. They also provide two door keys and a keycard for gate and clubhouse entry.
What we didn't love:
This condo was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub and there was more hair in the beds. It made me wonder if they had even washed the sheets. There was also a pile of dirty rags and cleaning tools on top of the dryer. With a cleaning fee well over $100, this was very frustrating. Although the condo is beautifully decorated and looks gorgeous, it isn't very comfy overall. The furniture is beautiful but, for example, the leather couches have no throw pillows and there's only one ottoman and no coffee table. We were always wishing we could put our feet up and looking for somewhere to set our drinks. Also the mattresses are pretty comfortable, but the pillows are wrapped in plastic which made every night very uncomfortable. There are no power plugs convenient to bedside, it would be great to have some lamps with USB plugs on both sides of each bed. Another small detail is that the kitchen cabinets don't have any handles, so you're constantly grabbing the wrong corner or struggling to open drawers. Like I said the condo is very beautiful, but it's clear that nobody really lives in there, so the small conveniences and comforts have been overlooked. Last concern involved security. The locks for the two sliding doors didn't seem very secure and the front door could use an extra interior deadbolt. It's absolutely essential to provide security from the interior-only in a hotel or vacation home, since anyone could be making key copies. Once these issues are addressed my rating would be 10/10!

Weekend Getaway
Our stay was lovely. We only had an extended weekend and this spot was perfect. The condo was close to a wonderful trail system that we explored three different times. We used the pool and actually met a couple from our home town whom we had friends in common. The condo was clean on convenient. We would return.
