We loved the house, the pool, and the beautiful yard. We were celebrating my daughter's up-coming wedding with 11 ladies and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this property and may even return one day!

The pictures did not do the house or the yard justice as it was well above our expectations. The house was large, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and well stocked with everything advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor space available and made the most of our time there. The property did not disappoint in any way!

We truly enjoyed the place. It's set away from major neighborhood / really private so it doesn't feel like you're intruding on anyone's primary residence. Proximity was great to Old Town and checking out Papago Park. Outdoor kitchen was amazing for group dinners.

It's difficult to find a large, nicely appointed home that accommodates children, and this one definitely fits that description! With a removable pool fence, an amazing playground, and large lawns, it was a wonderful place for our three grandchildren. There was also plenty of room for our entire family to gather comfortably. I would have given it a 5-star rating if not for the hot tub. The pool was nicely heated, but the weather was chilly so we were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub as well. Unfortunately the hot tub was heavily chlorinated and riddled with algae, and those of us who went in ended up with skin rashes. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

Location is great about 5 min ride to downtown. Alberto the property manager was super accommodating for our group and a pleasure to deal with. Home is essentially a small private resort with everything you would need. It was very clean. Would stay here again and recommend.

It's difficult to find a large, nicely appointed home that accommodates young children, and this one definitely fits the description! House was clean but facilities/furniture were old and need to be updated. Internet never worked despite contacting managers. One toilet was broken, several outlets (including master bath) did not work. Hot tub was more of a tepid tub as we could ever get the temp above 90. Overall, a disappointment

We had a great time using the property and all its amenities. The pictures accurately depict everything the property has to offer and we especially enjoyed the expansive and private backyard. The rooms and living area inside was very nice, but theoutdoor space in the back really stole the show.

We had 5 couples stay in mid Feb and everything was perfect. The layout of the property, proximity to Old Scottsdale, amenities, etc. It was exactly what was described and delivered. House is great because it has 8 beds, game room, outdoor bar and kitchen, pool. Back yard is big. Maybe too big. Half is blank and unkept, but the half you use is great for 5-10 people. Like a lot of vrbo’s slightly out dated but very functional. I walked home from Old Town twice. Canal access for running is at end of street. Kitchen equipment is well stocked. If you have 6-12 people, it’s a great place.

Everything was outstanding from check in to check out! The property was in excellent condition and the pool made the hot days very enjoyable. The outside kitchen and bbq area was perfect for our group to cook and enjoy some drinks. I would definitely stay at this property again and will recommend it to anyone I know!

The house was amazing. Great trip for a group of 4 couples as we all had en suite rooms and tons of space. Outdoor space is great and the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies for cooking and grilling. A block away from a nice walking/running trail to old town. Would definitely rent again.

Simply Perfect

This was the perfect place for our family get together. Large bedrooms to satisfy our four families totaling 9 adults and 5 children. Enormous yard space to give the kids, young and old, to play. Location is close to everything yet away in a quite neighborhood.
