Great family little hotel

Possibility to stay out of touristic locations and still enjoy perfect family holiday. The pool is brilliant and if you want you can still go a beach. Overall it’s a must if you don’t like overcrowded resorts ;)

Perfect and with pleasure again

A very nice and modern Hotel in a quiet and beautiful landsquape area. The Service was great and the owner very friendly and guest orientated. I can really recommend this very nice hotel.

Maybe an additional power outlet near to the desk.... but this is really an add on to become perfect

Motorcycle tour

The accomodation was first class, we were met very warmly by Arlo who showed us around the facility . Will definitely stay more than one night so we can chill by the pool after a long drive. Able to garage our motorcycle out of the burning sun was a bonus. Yes we felt very welcome.

Breakfast was average in comparison to the accomodation, but sufficient. No restaurant on site but pub close by for food .

Very nice location and accomodation

Great room and bathroom, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, pool, surroundings.

Only small complaint we have is that breakfast has no choice and too many sweet stuff for the price - no vegetables, no salami, no cheese and awful bread, only a lot of cookies and sweet pastries.

A fantastic boutique hotel and one of the highlights of our Italy tour

The location and the hotel itself were spectacular. We were really well looked after Amos and Marco. Some of the rooms (1-3) are very slightly smaller and have a door to the outside patio/grass whereas rooms 4-6 don't have this but are bigger. All are well equipped with all the usual facilities, but make sure your mini-bar fridge is on ours was off and it took a while to find the switch inside the door! The bathrooms are super clean, modern and have great rainfall showers, along with a huge towel rail. The pool is excellent, extremely well maintained, but the sun loungers are a little hard as there is no cushion on them, but this is really really minor stuff when you consider how fantastic this hotel is. Don't forget to bring your own pool towels. Great cycling and running routes and also there is a great outdoor fitness gym on site. You are 40 minutes drive from Venice and about 25 minutes from a few beaches to the south of the lagoon, you are in 'real' countryside surrounded by the sites and sounds, including the local church bells that ring on the hour and half hour. They also have some cute Japanese Chickens on site. EV charging is on site and reasonably priced. Nice breakfast and everything was kept super clean - a really excellent boutique hotel - highly recommended

Modern, centrally located with friendly staff !

The staff was very nice and gave us good tips for the visits (notably, how to go to Venice by train). Breakfast was great (and so was the watermelon by the pool).

A bit more shade by the pool would have been appreciated. The spots under the shade were often taken and it was hard to stay under the hard sun.

It is a brand new house, very clean. The pool was great! The communication with the host was good and fast - he waited for us even though we arrived later than we had announced - thank you!

Excellent coffee. Great selection of brioche. Super friendly staff. Newly fitted and furnished modern rooms, tastefully and intelligently decorated. WYSIWYG! (What You See Is What You Get)

To gain the extra 0.1 percentage point, would strongly recommend adding some sliced cold meats and cheeses. In the future, if and especially when the demand is high, a traditional English/Irish Breakfast'.

Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Although we arrived to early he made it possible so we were able to check in. Room and bathroom was brand new. Enough parking spots.
