All the pools are beautiful. The rooms are big and very comfortable. All the meals and bars are amazing!
It is a perfect location for large families with many facilities for children -play areas, both in the pool and on the ground or indoors!
The only minus I offer is related to the toilet products. Toothpaste and toothbrush, ear sticks, low-quality shower gel, and similar products for personal hygiene are not offered, as I would have expected from a 4-star hotel! It is recommended to bring these products personally!

Excellent attention by all staff, after 6 days we left feeling part of the family (as we also had a family wedding at the hotel and were very well looked after).
Great meal choices
Everything was great, although the bed could have been a little bit more comfortable

Great Staff. Very nice and helpful. Wide variety of really tasty food. A lot of attractions for kids. Nice aquapark. We felt really taken care of.
The same breakfast for whole 7days stay. I think fresh juices and egg station for omlette and scrambled eggs is something that would make breakfast really nice. All the animation targeted at British tourists.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay from the time we arrived. The welcome from the front desk was just amazing. We were welcomed with a drink and made to feel Absolutely special. The food was absolutely gorgeous and drinks sooo sooo good. My children loved the waterpark and swimming pools. All the staff are extra friendly and really make you feel welcome

Food was good and atmosphere.
The drinks are awful. Cheap Local alcohol which makes you feel sick. For an expensive all inclusive I wouldn't stay here again. To buy just a Jack Daniels which is not expensive was 3.50 extra. Staff at bar were rude and some if the staff who did table service were terrific and some talked about just how exhausted they were.

we have been here before and you cannot fault the staff nor the facilities, they are all excellent. The food is of a very high standard but since modernisation the menu seems to be more limited and more repetitive.
This hotel was selected because we had had such a magnificent stay last time. we were disappointing the limited food this time but I am sure that compared to other hotels it would still be rated as very good.
it is at the very beginning of Paphos and if you like to visit other bars etc you will have to take the 611 bus or walk. This was not an issue for us but for those with limited mobility you are resigned to the hotel

I was here for a wedding which was planned and executed brilliantly. I was on an all inclusive deal, lots of variety of food, good facilities and friendly staff.
If you want a beach holiday this is not really the place, it's a bit rocky.

Very little.
The pool was dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, maybe months. The typical "package Brit" approach to bagging sun loungers at 6am, sometimes before, was frustrating. The practice went unchecked by hotel staff even if the sun loungers remained empty for the entire day. The food was average. There were frequent weddings, not a bad thing of itself, but the entire bar area by the pool was cleared most days to accommodate the wedding parties. This would have been fine had there been somewhere else to sit by the pool from 4pm. From around 4pm, the area was cleaned so drinks were accompanied by the dragging of chairs and tables as the seating area became smaller. There weren't enough chairs and tables to accommodate the numbers of guests on the terrace. As with the sun loungers, staff did nothing to stop the practice of "keeping seats" for guests who had not yet turned up - these were mostly kids playing in the park or running around the resort. Would never go back and could not recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience and value. Everything was clean, the staff was super nice and helpful, we had a great time.
The kids really enjoyed the different activities and the adults were able to relax
I would have liked more activities during the day for young kids 3-6

Hotel location, the beach, hotel facilities, the food- breakfast/lunch/dinner and the main pool and slides.
Having to leave to return home, other than that, nothing negative.

the staff were great and friendly. Malika accepted us just as we arrived with a great smile and took us straight to grub some food. receptionists were always nice and informative. facilities are great for family and kids.
I wish alcohol would be better quality. local cheep alcoholic drinks are not my favorites and wouldn’t mind paying a little more for quality. Also I wish the AC to get the room colder. but it was rather ok+.
