It was a wonderful holiday! Excellent location, very well maintained and a great team. Thanks to the entire staff and especially to the Romanians from the restaurant team: Elena, Lucian, Janos.
I hope to see you again next year!

Hotel’s location is great and it is adults only - so more privacy was experienced. One to one relationship with staff too.
Reception staff exceptional service ! Recommendable!
Actually it lacked food variety! It caters for the classic eaters based on meat but lacked seafood variety! No vegan food available and no caffeine free tea available!

We found the room really comfortable, loved the private pool & all the restaurants were excellent.
Our balcony was smaller than all others with a private pool & did not get any sun on pool after 2pm.

Very good value for money.
We chose the all inclusive option and got to enjoy the restaurants and beach bar with no additional cost, food and drinks were great.
Lovely staff in the restaurants and especially at reception (wish I’d remember the name of the girl who checked us in, super sweet!!).
Overall amazing experience, no complaints and we would love to return in the future.
The hotel is adults only and is so quiet an peaceful, if that is what you’re looking for in your vacation this is the hotel for you!

Absolutely lovely stay, the staff were so friendly and the service was was fantastic. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and they made us feel very special. The room was great with a fantastic view. We will be returning next year and we can't wait!

Everything, there's virtually nothing not to like. Everyone is so friendly & attentive. The facilities are first class & the hotel enjoys a fantastic location. We haver gone back to the same hotel apart from this one, & we will certainly be going back again & again.

Communication with us was bad.
Staff was not friendly.

- great place for total relaxation, hence it is not for people who are seeking for parties or activities or loud music
-all transfers arranged by hotel were good and on time
- we got upgraded for a better room(327), which was nice and had everything we needed
- beds were big and great- had a good sleep there
-room was cleaned twice a day
-breakfast was good with large variety, though there was no tuna or salads , but all in all good with no queues
- we had all our lunch and dinner at kymata restaurant which was good and with great sea view and breeze
- ALL the staff gave a great service and always with a smile, special thanks for Marios and Janus from the Kymata restaurant
- the All Inclusive package gave us pretty much everything we needed, good variety over the drinks menu
- the gym and tennis court were well equipped
- great pools and the beach was clean and with a jumping deck
- great champagne was given to us the day before departure
- when we checked in the hotel manager told us that the best restaurant the hotel has to offer ( A LA CARTE) is closed due to covid 19 illness of the chef which happened before our stay. they could have told that in advance.
moreover- i think that although there is still covid around , it is not the same as 2020 and things should be running normally.
luckily the otter restaurant was good as well
- maybe more activities could be offered in order to attract younger clients
- the VFM for 450 euros per night in all inclusive was good, but maybe it is a bit pricy

The pool area
The hotel is very old and out dated. They also have some backwards policies

From the fantastic welcome drinks and meeting which made us feel so welcome to the end of us visit we felt so looked after.
The hotel has many more beds outside than guests so you didn't have to reserve sunbeds. We nearly didn't come when we saw how many there were but less than 1 in 5 of them get occupied even when the hotel was full. Lots of space and very quiet. Just what we wanted.
Oxana and Joanna, Marios and George. Great ambassadors for the hotel ensuring service was done to a high standard.
The sunbed/pool team worked really well everyday making sure you had drinks orders taken and delivered quickly and continuously throughout the day. grigoris( Gregory) was excellent and he worked tirelessly ensuring sun beds were neat and tidy, no one from other hotels used them ( we watched him deal with an agreesive guest from the hotel next door superbly, which we thanked him for, and got his party to leave the hotel effectively and quietly. Amazing).
The sunbed team ensured everyone had cool towels and just were so lovely. You all were amazing, thank you for making the stay so comfortable and relaxing.
All the other staff we met Janos, Elena, Daniella, Veronica, Simon, Maria plus anyone else we saw, day after day, working hard to make this wonderful hotel so superb and immaculate. You are all great and we both thank you for making it a great holiday.
The rooms were lovely and kept very clean. Fresh water every day. The rooms were large and very comfortable.
The buffet at breakfast and the cooking station were fab and I am someone who normally won't eat at a buffets!
Drinks service outside around the hotel was also great. Lots of lovely areas to sit in.
The seafront restaurant was also lovely.
We had a brilliant week. If you are after great service and a week away as a grown up with no kids and quieter environment this hotel is perfect. If we come back to Cyprus we will stay here.
When there was outdoor entertainment it was great. This should be done every night. The indoor entertainment wasn't well attended, despite it being good, as guests don't want to sit inside in the summer.
I would suggest offering nail services acrylics/gels at the spa too.

Beautiful quiet hotel with private beach, good amount of well spaced out sun loungers, lovely and very clean room, friendly and welcoming staff
I think the only thing that could be improved where the lunch food and cocktails, not bad but not quite what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, burgers for example were a bit bland with no sauce, although breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner we had at the beachside was nice
