Beware!
This property is nothing like it is advertised. We witnessed multiple drug deals in the neighborhood as we arrived to the property. Once inside, we found that the place was roach infested and had not been cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the sink, the trash had not been taken out in some time, hair and dirty wash cloths in the showers, toothpaste in the sink, and the beds had not been made. Additionally, there was someone else’s food in the refrigerator and the freezer was covered in bugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed!

Large duplex in Atl
This property is one side of a duplex very close to Georgia Tech's campus. The main floor has 1 bed/1 bath with 3 beds/2 baths upstairs. It comfortably sleeps 8 adults but the couches that we put the kids on weren't super comfy. There aren't enough plates/silverware for a party of 11 which left me washing dishes often. The neighborhood feels a bit rough but I never felt unsafe at the house. Several houses in the area are being renovated and a few years from now this will be a beautiful neighborhood. It was a great location for our family trip to the Georgia Aquarium.

Atlanta weekend
The property was in good condition but in a bad neighborhood. The house was very secure but we didn't spend much time outside. The house was pretty clean (1 stray cockroach) and all amenities promised were readily available. Would have enjoyed cable or satellite TV but we knew when booking that was not available and WiFi worked well.
Owners were gracious and communicated well. Overall a positive weekend stay.

We really loved our stay at the Jamba House. The property was not clean when we arrived so we spent the 1st hour cleaning. The property manager however was prompt at coming to the property and addressing our concern. I was refunded part of cleaning fee (should have been all of it). We loved the close proximity to the event we were attending at the GWCC. Beds were comfortable and was so much better than staying in a hotel. We will stay here again. Thanks Mary B.

Great location for downtown Atlanta
This is a great location for exploring/working in downtown Atlanta. Easy access to the CNN center as well as to many historical sites. There was ample parking and enough room for at least six adults to have comfortable sleeping arrangements without having to share a sleeping space.

Overall good place, inside was clean and comfortable
This place was great for the price and was in a good location in terms of getting to places around downtown Atlanta. The owner was responsive and quick to answer questions.
