Ein Ferienhaus, das für 10 Leute angeboten wird und auch für 10 Leute gemacht ist!! Es gibt Betten für alle (keine Schlafcouch o.ä.), es gibt zwei komplette Bäder + Gäste WC, am Esstisch haben 10 Leute Platz und auch in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht - bei uns blieb viel mitgebrachtes in den Kisten, weil wirklich alles da war!! Die Lage ist ruhig und selbst die S-Bahn hört man nur wenig. Die Anbindung an die City mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, so dass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann. ALDI, Edeka und Kaufland sind zur Not auch fußläufig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: die Betten sind sehr weich ;-) Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Die Größe und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist top, ebenfalls die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zum Alex und nachts ist es natürlich etwas lauter durch den Verkehr als bei uns an der Nordsee. Aber das war erwartbar :-) Gerne empfehlen wir das große Haus, in dem nichts fehlt, weiter.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders möchte ich die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und die ruhige Lage hervorheben. Die S-Bahn ist nur 3-Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt ! Von Anfang an tolle Kommunikation zwischen uns und den Vermietern.

Die Lage ist sehr gut von der Bahn Anbindung.. Man hat viele Einkaufs Möglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. War ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

We were visiting Berlin as a family and this house was perfect! It was large, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful Berlin suburb but within minutes of the S-Bahn and with excellect restaurants and shops nearby. If we were coming back to Berlin, we would definitely come back!

Es war alles super, nur leider erfährt man erst nach der Buchung, das man Terasse/Garten nicht nutzen darf :-(

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (6 Personen) in diesem Haus. Dafür war das Haus optimal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahn in direkter Nähe. Wir hatten jeden Tag frische Brötchen. Alles in allem eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.

Cette maison est très belle, spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût Très fonctionnelle, matériel et aménagement récents Monsieur Beier est un hôte très agréable Nous avons passé un excellent séjour - famille et amis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung und werden gerne wiederkommen. Optimale Bedingungen, gute Lage. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Prachtige ruime, nette, schone, lichte woning met alles erop en eraan. Goed vertoeven met 10 personen. Dichtbij winkels en S bahn om naar het centrum van Berlijn te gaan. Top vakantie gehad!!

Erstklassiges Haus mit toller Lage. Geschäfte zum Einkaufen in direkter Nähe sowie gute Restaurants und sogar eine Eisdiele. Und dazu direkt am Osdorfer S-Bahnhof, von wo aus es nicht einmal eine halbe Stunde bis ins Zentrum Berlin ist.

Wir haben mit zwei Familien das Haus für 5 Tage bewohnt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr positiv fanden wir die Nähe zur S-Bahnstation (5min zu Fuß) und Aldi; EDEKA und Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Startpunkt zur Berlin/Potsdam Erkundung. Unsere Autos musten nicht bewegt werden, also wäre theoretisch auch eine Bahnanreise ohne Probleme möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung ohne weiteres wieder buchen, denn in den 5 Tagen haben wir sicherlich nicht alles gesehen.

Mooie en volledig ingerichte woning

Lieber Herr Beier Sie haben ein sehr geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Haus. Nach einem langen Tag war es genau das Richtige für uns. Es war nichts was wir hätten Reklamieren können. Besonders gut kam bei meinem Mitarbeitern die Fuß Heizung 😊 das super Internet und die heisse Dusche.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünsche ihnen bis dahin alles gute.

We booked this house for our first trip to Berlin. We wanted quality accommodation out of the centre with easy access to public transport. It did not dissapoint. A top quality house in a terrific position only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Although adjoining houses to both sides the house was extremely quiet with great facilities. A well equipped kitchen with a large dining area, plenty of seating in the lounge with a downstairs toilet and then a further 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The host (Chris) could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. If you are looking for a quality stay in Berlin, out of the centre but with easy access to transport to the city then this house is a must. We would definitely stay here again.

Good house location in a lovely tree-lined residential area about 10 minutes to the S Bahn station. The showers were very good and the bathrooms were well appointed. There were however a number of disappointing aspects: No time was taken by the owner to show us around the house and how things worked eg dishwasher, front door locking or Lounge TV which we never got to work! We are a family of 4 adults, and told them this, but two children's single beds were made up. So those fitted sheets and duvets had to be moved by us. The quality of the bed pillows was absolutely rubbish - and only one pillow per bed - totally inadequate and no access to any more. We were left to work out how we should properly deal with / separate rubbish for the external bins and there were no spare black bags to replace those in the internal bins. Only two external garden seats were provided and no garden table. The owner did say that we should telephone him if we needed anything but we did not want nor did we think we should have to do this. We were also asked to strip beds and leave the bedding in the bathroom on leaving and do not think this was an appropriate request to make. We also feel that it would have been a nice gesture if some milk, perhaps a little bread and butter had been provided as a 'starter pack' for the guests after a days travelling before we got ourselves settled, unpacked and headed off to the nearest shop. If I were doing this I would be providing my guests with a local map / information pack of shops and restaurants to help guests settle in. Local shop [Aldi] and restaurants [ Italian and Chinese ] we tried were very nice.
